Abstract

Lake Toba is the target of a world-class tourist destination planned by the Indonesian government. Various policies and strategies were made to achieve these targets. The focus of the study in this study emphasizes the role of brand trust in mediating brand image on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were 125 visitors to Lake Toba selected by accidental sampling. The path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of brand trust in mediating brand image towards loyalty. The results showed that 1) brand image directly had a positive and significant effect on the brand trust of visitors to Lake Toba. 2) brand image directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Lake Toba. 3) indirectly, brand trust has a role in mediating brand image towards visitor loyalty at Lake Toba.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kemampuan pemeriksa dan kewajiban hierarki terhadap sifat LKPD Medan.Eksplorasi semacam ini adalah pemeriksaan kuantitatif. Populasi dan uji dalam kajian ini berjumlah 54 evaluator di Kantor Inspektorat Medan. Metode pemeriksaan informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rendisi SEM-PLS 0.4 dengan tahapan external model dan internal model. Konsekuensi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan inspektur mempengaruhi sifat LKPD kota Medan memiliki koefisien way 0,668 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika semakin tinggi kemampuan evaluator maka semakin tinggi sifat LKPD Kota Medan. tanggung jawab hierarkis yang mempengaruhi sifat LKPD kota Medan memiliki koefisien way sebesar 0,754. penelitian ini memberikan saran-saran terhadap dampak-dampak dari ringkasan anggaran yang lebih berpengaruh dan tanggung jawab berwibawa menunjukkan bahwa para evaluator mengabdikan diri pada pekerjaan dan mempertahankan prinsip-prinsip umum isntansi dalam melihat laporan fiskal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel persepsi keamanan, kualitas informasi, kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Tokopedia di Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi keamanan, kualitas informasi, kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Tokopedia di Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Tokopedia di Medan dan sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan probability sampling yang berjumlah 100 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0 untuk validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial persepsi keamanan, kualitas informasi, kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Tokopedia di Medan.

Abstract

Capella Dinamik Nusantara is a company operating in the automotive sector, particularly in the distribution and sale of motorcycles and their spare parts. As an official dealer, this company collaborates with various well-known brands to provide quality products to consumers. The purpose of this journal is to analyze the influence of promotion, price, and product innovation on purchase decisions at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The population of this study consists of the consumers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The sample for this research includes 100 consumers from PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The results of data analysis using SEM-PLS statistical software indicate that the variables of promotion, price, and product innovation have a partial and simultaneous influence, with F-test values >0.062, T- test values with a T-statistic >1.96, and P-value <0.05.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyse the impact of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, profitability against financial distress on real estate services companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method used in this study is qualitative, this study uses purposive sampling techniques. samples of 80 companies in the Property and Real Estate department are presented in the BEI 2019 – 2022. The results of the research were that the liquidity variable affects the financial distress variable, the leverage variable does not affect the financial disaster variables, the operating capacity variables affects financial disasters, the profitability variables affect financial distresses, and then jointly the variables of liquidity, leverage, operating capability, and profitability affected the financial stress variables.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, and levels of work engagement contribute to the psychological well-being of employees in the campus environment of the ITB Business Institute. The research method used is a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees in various departments and units on campus. Extrinsic awards are evaluated through financial recognition and other material awards, while intrinsic awards include recognition of achievement, personal development, and a sense of accomplishment. Job engagement is measured through job satisfaction, commitment to work, and identification with organizational values. The collected data was analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between independent variables (extrinsic rewards, intrinsic rewards, and work engagement) and dependent variables (psychological well-being). The findings of this study are expected to provide in-depth insights into the factors that affect the psychological well-being of employees on the campus of the ITB Business Institute. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations to campus management in improving reward strategies and work engagement management to support the psychological well-being of employees. The practical implications of this research are expected to help create a more satisfying and productive work environment for all campus members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (Qris) Non-Cash Payment System in Affecting Sales at Coffeeshop in Medan City. This research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were coffeshops in Medan City that used a non-cash payment system of 127 outlets spread across Medan City. The data analysis technique of this study uses statistical analysis, namely the partial least square-structural equestion model (PLS SEM) which aims to conduct path analysis with latent variables. Variant-based structural equation analysis (SEM) which can simultaneously test the measurement model as well as test the structural model. The results showed that directly the effectiveness of QRIS on coffeeshop sales in Medan city had a significant effect. This result can be seen that the significant value of 0.004 is smaller than 0.05 and the tcount value is greater than the ttable (2.479> 1.979). Directly QRIS efficiency on coffeeshop sales in Medan city has a significant effect. This result can be seen that the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and the tcount value is greater than the ttable (4,452> 1,979). Simultaneously, the effectiveness and efficiency of non-cash payments through QRIS on coffeeshop sales in Medan city have a significant effect.

Abstract

PT. Honda Idk Cab. Cemara Asri adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri kendaraan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh promosi, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Honda Idk Cemara Asri. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT. Honda Idk Cemara Asri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumla. 100 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik kuota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan, karena nilai T-statistic (0,727) < 1,96 dan P- value (0,468) > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk variabel kualitas produk, nilai T- statistic (2,911) > 1,96 dan P-value (0,004) < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada variabel harga, didapat hasil T-statistic (5,562) > 1,96 dan P-value (0,000) < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dapat dilihat dari uji F. Pada hasil pengujian ini, didapat nilai NFI (0,837) > 0,062, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel promosi, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT. Honda Idk Cemara Asri.

Abstract

Fore Coffee Indonesia merupakan salah satu pelaku utama dalam industri kopi modern di Indonesia yang mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan pengalaman menikmati kopi berkualitas. Berdasarkan observasi awal, ditemukan fenomena di mana meskipun sebagian pelanggan merasa kurang puas terhadap produk Fore Coffee, ketidakpuasan tersebut tidak diiringi dengan perasaan puas terhadap pengalaman yang mereka peroleh. Akibatnya, banyak pelanggan yang enggan merekomendasikan produk ini kepada orang lain. Beberapa pelanggan mengungkapkan kekecewaan karena rasa kopi yang mereka terima tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi, terutama dalam hal cita rasa yang khas dan konsistensi. Ketidakpuasan pelanggan Fore Coffee dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor utama, yaitu kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi yang terdiri dari seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Prima Indonesia, dengan total sebanyak 587 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dan jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh 85 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Fore Coffee Indonesia. Hal yang sama juga ditemukan pada Kualitas Pelayanan, yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Selain itu, Harga juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Secara simultan, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Fore Coffee Indonesia.
