Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) pada karyawan CV. Macakal Agro Gumilang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Jumlah responden sebanyak 67 orang dari divisi produksi sotong, dengan penentuan jumlah sampel minimum berdasarkan pada perhitungan G*Power. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCBIP dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,644 > 0,05. Sementara itu, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBIP dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,710. Nilai R² sebesar 57% menunjukkan bahwa OCBIP dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model.

Abstract

Pelajar SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya kedisiplinan dalam penggunaan gadget serta kurangnya kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, tim Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) melaksanakan dua program utama, yaitu edukasi disiplin digital melalui sosialisasi tata tertib, pelatihan soft skill, bimbingan belajar, literasi digital, serta psikososial dan konseling siswa; dan program peduli lingkungan melalui sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah, pembuatan tempat sampah dari galon bekas, serta penanaman pohon. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui keterlibatan aktif siswa dan guru dalam setiap sesi pelatihan dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap penggunaan gadget yang bijak dan perubahan perilaku yang lebih disiplin di lingkungan sekolah, serta terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih bersih dan hijau. Program ini berdampak pada terbentuknya karakter siswa yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan peduli terhadap tata tertib serta kelestarian lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Writing is a fundamental language skill that plays a critical role in shaping students’ ability to communicate ideas effectively, yet many junior high school students struggle with descriptive writing due to limited vocabulary, lack of imagination, and monotonous teaching methods. This study aimed to examine the effect of integrating Bengkulu cultural portraits as visual media on the descriptive writing ability of seventh-grade students at MTs Ja-Alhaq Bengkulu. A quasi-experimental design was employed with two groups: the experimental group (n = 25) was taught using Bengkulu cultural portraits, while the control group (n = 25) received instruction through conventional methods. Data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, paired-sample t-tests, independent-sample t-tests, and N-Gain scores with the aid of SPSS 25.0. The results demonstrated that the experimental group achieved a higher posttest mean score (M = 76.84) compared to the control group (M = 60.68), with an N-Gain of 0.4656 (47%), indicating a moderate level of effectiveness. Statistical analysis confirmed a significant difference (p = 0.001 < 0.05), showing that the use of Bengkulu cultural portraits substantially improved students’ descriptive writing performance. These findings suggest that integrating local cultural media not only enhances students’ cognitive outcomes in writing but also fosters engagement and cultural awareness. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on Bengkulu cultural artifacts as a contextualized teaching medium, which has been underexplored in previous studies. The implications highlight the importance for educators and policymakers to incorporate local cultural resources into language learning curricula as a strategy to improve academic achievement while simultaneously preserving cultural heritage.

Abstract

Akhlak merupakan pilar fundamental dalam ajaran Islam dan memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk kepribadian serta arah kehidupan manusia. Penyempurnaan akhlak menjadi inti risalah kenabian Rasulullah saw., yang bertujuan membimbing umat menuju kebenaran dan kemuliaan hidup. Kendati konsep pendidikan akhlak dalam Islam bersifat ideal, implementasinya di era modern menghadapi tantangan serius, tercermin dari meningkatnya krisis moral di kalangan generasi muda yang diakibatkan oleh lemahnya penguatan nilai-nilai akhlak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi narasi visual terkait akhlak muslimah dalam film Merindu Cahaya de Amstel karya Hadrah Daeng Ratu. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis wacana kritis (Critical Discourse Analysis) model Norman Fairclough yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi: analisis teks, praktik diskursif, dan konteks sosial budaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa film ini aktif membentuk wacana tentang akhlak muslimah ideal melalui narasi visual dan simbol-simbol budaya. Representasi akhlak dalam film dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai keagamaan dan struktur sosial masyarakat, mencakup tema tanggung jawab, identitas, spiritualitas, dan peran perempuan muslim dalam masyarakat kontemporer. Akhlak sosial digambarkan melalui empati, kepedulian, serta simbolisasi hijab sebagai bentuk ketaatan terhadap ajaran Islam sekaligus resistensi terhadap arus budaya yang bertentangan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' perceptions of AI-based learning among English Education students at Batanghari University. In an era where digital tools play an increasing role in education, understanding how students perceive artificial intelligence (AI) in the learning process becomes essential. This study adopts five key constructs to measure perceptions—engagement, interaction, satisfaction, academic performance, and behavioral intention—based on a validated framework by Khairuddin et al. (2024).The study employs a quantitative approach through a survey of 37 respondents from even-numbered semesters (2, 4, and 6). The questionnaire was distributed online and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. Statistical analysis included validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing through One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that students generally held a moderately positive perception toward AI-based learning. Among the five constructs, interaction received the highest average score, while behavioral intention had the lowest. Furthermore, the ANOVA test indicated a significant difference in students' perceptions across semester levels, confirming that academic experience influences how students view AI in learning. These findings suggest the importance of tailoring AI integration strategies based on students' academic maturity to maximize the effectiveness of AI tools in education.

Abstract

Students’ difficulties in speaking skill at tenth grades of SMA N 8 Jambi City that the main problems they face in learning speaking skills are a lack of vocabulary, the need for articulation, the need to speak without hesitation, and anxiety of making mistakes when speaking. This research is on students' difficulties in speaking English at the tenth grade of SMA N 8 Jambi City. The aim of this study is to describe the contributing factors of students' difficulties in speaking English at the tenth grade of SMA N 8 Jambi City. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive qualitative method. The researcher collected the data by questionnaire and interview. The data was analyzed by reducing the data, displaying the data, and drawing or verifying conclusions. The result of this study is that students' difficulties in speaking English are influenced by two factors, namely linguistic factors and psychological factors. Linguistic factors consist of a lack of vocabulary, a lack of pronunciation, and a lack of grammar, while psychological factors are a lack of confidence, shyness, and fear of making mistakes.

Abstract

This study looks into how students see YouTube as an extra tool to help them improve their English Speaking skills at Batanghari University. It focuses on four main aspects: vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency. The research used a qualitative case study method, with interviews conducted with 10 students who actively use YouTube in their learning process. The results show that YouTube can support vocabulary growth, grammar awareness, and pronunciation practice through exposure to authentic language and engaging content. Its impact on fluency is mixed some students feel more confident and speak more naturally, while others still struggle with hesitation due to factors like fast-paced speech or unfamiliar accents. The results of the research are students perception on the use of YouTube for learn English is positive, from YouTube they can learn anything especially for speaking skills. Also YouTube can make students good pronounce, increase students vocabulary, it helpful for grammar but less helpful for fluently. Overall, YouTube is considered a useful addition to learning, especially when paired with interactive practice and teacher guidance.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Trans7’s Khazanah as a medium of Islamic preaching among Mulya Bhakti residents in Cimahi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S–O–R) theory, the study finds that Khazanah effectively influences viewers cognitively, affectively, and psychomotorically. The program broadens Islamic understanding, evokes spiritual calmness, and encourages positive religious behavior within families. Moreover, it creates a space for spiritual dialogue, transforming television into a medium of reflection for urban audiences. The study concludes that media-based dakwah remains relevant when delivered aesthetically, humanistically, and contextually.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, diharapkan menjadi kesempatan bagi anak-anak yang ada di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan untuk berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait dengan Pentingnya Pendidikan Anak Pada Usia Dini. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada anak-anak yang ada di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah kami mendatangi langsung ke lokasi PKM yaitu di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ihsan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni anak-anak yang di Yayasan Nurul Ihsan dapat mengetahui manfaat dari pendidikan anak dan usia dini. Ilmu yang didapatkan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi dosen dalam upaya mengembangkan diri memberikan pengarahan, penyampaian materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda baik di dalam lingkungan kampus, keluarga dan masyarakat secara luas.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Anak, Usia Dini
