Abstract

Literasi Sains Siswa SMPN dan SMP Berbasis Pesantren Burneh: Eksplorasi Suhu dan Kalor Konteks Petis Klampis. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui perbedaan literasi sains peserta didik SMPN dan SMP berbasis pesantren Burneh menggunakan instrumen berbasis kearifan lokal petis Klampis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari peserta didik kelas VII di SMPN dan SMP berbasis pesantren Burneh, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 141 peserta didik yang diperoleh melalui teknik stratified random sampling berdasarkan nilai akreditasi SMPN dan SMP berbasis pesantren di Burneh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes literasi sains yang terdiri dari tiga soal uraian, tiga soal pilihan ganda, dan tiga soal pilihan ganda kompleks yang telah divalidasi oleh dua ahli dengan tingkat validitas 92,71%, dikategorikan sebagai sangat valid. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011<0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang mengindikasikan terdapat perbedaan literasi sains antara peserta didik SMPN dengan peserta didik SMP berbasis pesantren Burneh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, readability, student response, and improvement of students' science literacy towards digital Pocket book. Subject matter used is the classification of living things. This study is a type of R&D research with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 26 students of class VII-G of SMPN 5 Pamekasan. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The digital Pocket book based on ethnoscience of Madura Sonok Cattle obtained a validity percentage value from material experts and media experts of 89.06% and 93.06% with very valid criteria. (2) The readability aspect based on the student questionnaire obtained an average score of 90.82% with a very good category (3) The response aspect based on the student questionnaire obtained an average score of 92.26% with a very good category (4) The increase in student science literacy based on the N-gain score was 0.62 with moderate criteria, so that the digital Pocket book based on the ethnoscience of Madura Sonok Cattle can improve students' science literacy. The conclusion of the study shows that the digital Pocket book based on the ethnoscience of Madura Sonok Cattle produced is very valid for use as a science teaching material and can improve students' science literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar elektronik dalam bentuk modul IPA terpadu elektronik berbasis etnosains yang terdiri dari materi zat pengawet, kalor dan suhu serta kandungan zat gizi makanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan desian pengembangan menggunakan model 4D tanpa menggunakan tahap disseminate (penyebaran). Penelitian di lakukan di Kecamatan Kwanyar Kabupaten Bangkalan. Uji coba dilakukan secara terbatas yang memperoleh hasil kelayakan media sebesar 88,18% dengan kriteria penilaian sangat valid dan hasil reliabilitas media memperoleh nilai sebesar 93,27% dengan kriteria sangat reliabel (sangat dapat dipercaya). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh maka kesimpulan pada penelitian yang dilakukan dapat dikatakan modul IPA terpadu elektronik berbasis etnosains layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pendukung di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of scientific literacy of students at SMP Al Hidayah Bangkalan on the material of ecology and biodiversity of Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of SMP Al Hidayah. The sample used was class VII A and VII B with a total of 53 students using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique through science literacy ability test. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of scientific literacy ability of students at SMP Al Hidayah Bangkalan is categorized as Sufficient, with an average value in the competency aspect of 44.25. As many as 62% of students get an average score in the sufficient category. The indicator explaining scientific phenomena is categorized as sufficient with an average score of 51.42. The indicator designing and evaluating investigations, the average score obtained is 41.98 with a sufficient category, while the average is 38.21 with a less category on the indicator interpreting evidence and data scientifically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the increase in students' conceptual understanding between the control class using a conventional learning model (lecture) and the experimental class using a guided inquiry learning model assisted by interactive powerpoint on the material of the earth and the solar system. The study was conducted at the UPTD SMPN 1 Bangkalan school on grade VII students in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The sample used in this study were grade VII-B students as the control class and grade VII-C students as the experimental class. The results showed that there was a difference in the average posttest score between the control class and the experimental class. In the hypothesis test, the posttest results used the non-parametric Mann Whitney U test with a sig. (2 tailed) of 0,000 which is smaller 0,05 which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And there was an increase in conceptual understanding on the material of the earth and the solar system with an average N-Gain value of 0,58 which is included in the moderate criteria. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the guided inquiry model assisted by interactive powerpoint on students' conceptual understanding

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kecurangan siswa penilaian akhir semester genap di SMPN 1 Lenteng. berdasarkan aspek daya beda dan efektifitas pengecoh serta faktor penyebab terjadinya kecurangan. Jenis penelitian  ini adalah mixed methods dengan desain sequential explanatory design. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 25 butir soal IPA dan 75 siswa kelas VII. dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kecurangan siswa  penilaian akhir semester genap IPA dalam aspek daya beda  diprediksi melalui hasil pola respon yang sama pada skalogram pada kategori curang persentase 11%  dan kategori tidak curang persentase 89% (2) Kecurangan siswa  penilaian akhir semester genap IPA dalam aspek efektivitas pengecoh diprediksi melalui hasil yang sama pada nilai person DPF (differential person functioning) pada kategori curang persentase 11%  dan kategori tidak curang persentase 89% (3) Faktor penyebab terjadinya kecurangan siswa terdapat tiga aspek yaitu tekanan, peluang dan rasionalisasi.
