Self-Efficacy is an individual's belief in his own ability and competence to carry out his duties or activities which is demonstrated by the individual's way of acting and overcoming existing obstacles to succeed in achieving various goals. This research aims to test the validity and reliability of students' learning self-efficacy instruments using the Rasch model. The subjects of this research were students who took part in the athlete's open school program. The method used is a cross-sectional survey with a quantitative approach. The number of participants used was 69 students at one of the State High Schools in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia with an age range of 15-17 years. Data analysis using the Rasch model in the WinStep 3.73 application. The results of the analysis show that the respondent's interaction with the items is in the good category. The respondent's reliability value, which shows the respondent's consistency in filling out the instrument, is included in the sufficient category. The reliability of the instrument shows that it is in the very good category. The unidimensional value is included in the sufficient category. Apart from that, there are three items that are not appropriate. It is hoped that with the results of this research, instruments for measuring students' learning self-efficacy can be evaluated and developed so that an accurate instrument can be obtained in measuring students' learning self-efficacy

Abstract. The research is motivated by the importance of the social skills of adolescents, especially high school students, in fulfilling developmental tasks. The aim of the research is to produce personal-social guidance based on the social skills profile of high school students. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The research design used was a cross-sectional survey. The research participants were 258 class XI students at SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research findings show that personal-social guidance is based on the social skills profile of high school students which is generally in the medium category. The resulting personal-social guidance is suitable for use based on rational testing by guidance and counseling experts and practitioners. The research results can be used as a reference in implementing personal-social guidance services in developing social skills in high school. Abstrak. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kecakapan sosial remaja khususnya siswa SMA dalam pemenuhan tugas perkembangan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menghasilkan bimbingan pribadi-sosial berdasarkan profil kecakapan sosial siswa SMA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey cross-sectional. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 258 siswa kelas XI di SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bimbingan pribadi-sosial berdasarkan profil kecakapan sosial siswa SMA yang secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Bimbingan pribadi-sosial yang dihasilkan telah layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan uji rasional ahli dan praktisi bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan pribadi-sosial dalam mengembangkan kecakapan sosial di SMA.

This research explores the “Pamali” cultural practices of the indigenous community in Kampung Pulo, Garut, West Java as a form of internal control. A phenomenological approach was employed by involving traditional leaders (Pak Kuncen) and community members as informants. Five main “Pamali” were identified, reflecting the community's philosophy of life (simplicity, togetherness, love of nature, spirituality, and honesty). The community adheres to these “Pamali” in their daily activities, with Pak Kuncen and fellow members reminding one another of their importance. Regular community gatherings serve as a forum for mutual reminders and resolving issues related to “Pamali” violations. Adherence to these “Pamali” has an impact on the sustainability of the indigenous community in Kampung Pulo. Therefore, a guidance and counseling approach that integrates local cultural values is needed to address “Pamali” violations and maintain traditions in Kampung Pulo.

This research aims to examine the process of inheritance in the Reog Obyog art in the Singo Budoyo community in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan. This inheritance process uses the theory put forward by Jean Piaget because it is considered appropriate to the conditions that occur in the field. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis carried out was by collecting data in the field then carrying out the coding and data reduction process and drawing conclusions. The results of the entire series of research that have been carried out have obtained answers to the research problem, namely the process of inheritance of the Reog Obyog art, there are four stages of development, namely sensorimotor, pre-personal, concrete operational, and formal operational which occur as a series of forms of cognitive development processes in children as inheritors of this art in society. transmigrants in Banjarbaru City. According to the results that have been found, this research concludes that in the dance context, children assimilate new movements by incorporating them into movement schemes that they already know. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konseling pranikah yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa Minangkabau. sedangkan tujuan khusus dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan fakta empiric tentang (1) profil kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa Minangkabau; (2) rumusan hipotetik konseling pranikah untuk megembangkan kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa Minangkabau yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi; dan (3) efektivitas konseling pranikah untuk mengembangkan kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa Minangkabau. pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dan desain penelitian non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang mahasiswadengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument kesiapan pernikahan mahasisswa. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik Mann Whitney U Test. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa (1) profil kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang, baik dilihat secara umum dan berdasarkan aspek kesiapan pernikahan; (2) rumusan hipotetik konseling pranikah berlandaskan nilai-nilai pernikahan adat Minangkabau untuk mengembangkan kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa dinilai layak sebagai sebuah model konseling pranikah; (3) model konsleing pranikah efektif untuk mengembangkan kesiapan pernikahan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi langkah awal bagi mahasiswa untuk menilai dirinya dalam kesiapan pernikahan, serta menjadi data awal bagi konselor dalam membantu mahasiswa mengatasi masalah pranikah.

Remaja yang merasa tidak puas dengan penampilan dirinya, dapat mengalami eating disorder. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh konsep body image seseorang yang buruk (persepsi negatif) dan ketidakpuasan terhadap tubuh yang dimiliki sehingga dapat menimbulkan dorongan untuk menjadi lebih kurus. Adapun empat faktor penyebab gangguan makan anorexia nervosa dan bulimia nervosa yaitu faktor sosio-kultural, faktor psikologis, faktor keluarga, dan faktor biologis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa adanya kesesuaian dengan pernyataan bahwa body image merupakan sikap yang dimiliki individu terhadap tubuhnya, berupa penilaian positif dan negatif, juga didukung oleh hasil penelitian – penelitian terdahulu yang menjelaskan bahwa adanya hubungan antara body image negatif dengan eating disorders. Hal ini berkolerasi dengan hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan bahwa 26,1% body image berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan seseorang memiliki eating disorder.

Local wisdom has values that can be integrated in the scope of education. However, in reality, local wisdom is only an activity carried out by the local community without being interpreted into educational values.  The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive description of the value of mudun lemah in the Kemantren Village community, Cirebon Regency, which can be integrated in education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review and field study methods.. Primary data sources are community leaders as informants and primary data sources in the form of documentation in the form of photos and articles. Data collection methods used literature studies, documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis included data collection, data reduction, and data interpretation. The results of this study reveal that the value of responsibility as the main value and the value of gratitude as a supporting value in Mudun lemah have educational values that can be integrated in elementary school students.

In an era of increasingly diverse, fragmented, and global careers, the ability to adapt and navigate one's development in the context of work is crucial. Career adaptability is a psychosocial construct that indicates an individual's readiness and resources to cope with current and future vocational development tasks, job transitions, and personal traumas. This study aims to examine the profile of career adaptability among students in Indonesia across various dimensions. This study employs a descriptive method and a saturated sample of 369 eleventh-grade students. The instrument used is the Career Maturity Inventory from-C (CMI-C) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2011). The findings reveal (1) 58.5% of the students are in the mature category for career choice readiness, indicating that the students are adaptive in making career decisions and prepared to choose a job; (2) in the dimension of career concern, students are categorized as adaptive, (3) based on the dimensions of career curiosity and career confidence, students are categorized as non-adaptive, (4) based on the career consultation dimension, students are categorized as consultative. This article examines the existence of career guidance and counseling in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The significant growth of science and technology has made guidance and counseling an integral component of education. Using the method of critical appraisal and literature review, this study explores career guidance and counseling in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The results show that the existence of career guidance and counseling in the Fourth Industrial Revolution has significant implications for the increasing need for career guidance and counseling services, utilizing electronic information and communication technology devices, such as career e-counseling and career coaching. It can be concluded that individuals who participate in career guidance and counseling will be better prepared to face challenges and navigate their careers adaptively in response to future career changes. Kemandirian remaja merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam proses menuju manusia yang dewasa. Kemandirian dibangun mulai dari diri sendiri dan juga lingkungan. Lingkungan yang memadai akan meningkatkan kemandirian remaja. Salah satu lingkungan yang mendukung kemandirian remaja adalah pesantren. Alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel dibutuhkan untuk mengukur tingkat kemandirian remaja. Sebelum alat ukur tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian remaja, alat ukur tersebut perlu diuji terlebih dahulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen kemandirian remaja berdasarkan teori Stenberg yang mengatakan bahwa kemandirian remaja terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu kognitif, perilaku, dan emosional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pada 39 partisipan dari santriwan dan santriwati yang ada di Jawa Barat menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional survey. Hasil pengumpulan data kemudian dianalisis melalui rasch model menggunakan aplikasi winstap 3.73. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa item reliabilty termasuk dalam kategori istimewa, sehingga instrumen ini dapat dijadikan salah satu alat pengukuran kemandirian remaja di pesantren. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah mencari sampel yang lebih banyak agar instrumen yang dibuat dapat digunakan secara komprehensif.
