Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of service quality and trust on members’ loyalty in the Savings and Loan Cooperative Kopdit Obor Mas Hokeng Branch, with member satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with regression analysis involving 100 active cooperative members who meet certain criteria. The study’s results indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on both member satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, member trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, but does not significantly affect member satisfaction. Member satisfaction has been shown to mediate the effect of service quality on member loyalty. However, member satisfaction does not mediate the effect of trust on loyalty, indicating that members’ trust more directly influences loyalty in the cooperative. This study contributes to understanding the importance of service quality and trust in building cooperative member loyalty. It provides recommendations for KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Hokeng Branch to continually improve service quality to strengthen long-term relationships with its members.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an important function in an organization to achieve its goals. In recent years, developments in information and communications technology (ICT) have brought about major changes in the way HRM is implemented. One of the innovations in HRM is the application of E-HRM (electronic human resource management). E-HRM is the use of ICT to support HRM functions. Implementing E-HRM can provide various benefits for organizations, such as increasing efficiency and effectiveness, increasing the quality of information, and increasing employee satisfaction. This research aims to examine the influence of implementing E-HRM on human resource behavior in Indonesia. This research uses a survey method with employee respondents from various companies in Indonesia. The research results show that the application of E-HRM has a positive influence on human resource behavior, namely: (1) increasing employee commitment, (2) increasing employee job satisfaction and (3) increasing employee performance

Abstract

The research aims to explore how the qualities of generative AI is integrated into daily professional practice to enhance the application of cognitive skills. The research involved 261 respondent of millennials and z generation employee. The instrument development in this research were drawn from cognitive knowledge domain and media richness theory compositing the AI media richness context. From the data analysis using PLS-SEM indicates that the over-relying on generative AI at certain level can dampen the cognitive knowledge mechanism which may also called as metacognitive laziness. This condition is need to be address to ensure employee cognitive ability to not only understand specific knowledge but also contextualize the knowledge to solve daily tasks as well as the strategic problem within the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran self-efficacy sebagai variabel intervening pada hubungan antara workplace training dan pengembangan profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 253 orang, dengan jumlah sampel 155 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy dan kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan profesional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, self-efficacy terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat pengaruh workplace training dan pengembangan profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelatihan di tempat kerja dan program pengembangan profesional yang terencana dapat mendorong peningkatan keyakinan diri karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen PT. Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya untuk lebih memfokuskan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada peningkatan pelatihan berbasis pekerjaan dan program pengembangan profesional yang mendukung efikasi diri karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of cultural organization and information technology capability on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance at the Forestry Services of East Java province. It also examines and analyzes the effect of organizational culture and information technology capability on organizational performance, as measured by organizational citizenship behavior, at the Forestry Services of East Java province. The study applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics with Smart Partial Least Squares. The population consists of 208 managerial employees at the Forestry Services of East Java province. Moreover, the data collection technique used was saturated sampling. The sample consisted of 208 employees from Forestry Services in East Java province. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. As a result, it shows that both organizational culture and information technology capability have a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance at the Forestry Services in East Java province. Likewise, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on organizational performance at the Forestry Services in East Java province. Similarly, organizational culture and information technology capability have a significant effect on organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior at the Forestry Services in East Java province, with a significant value less than 0.05%.
