Abstract

Gastritis, also known as stomach ulcers, is inflammation (swelling) of the gastric mucosa caused by irritation and infection, one of the causes of which is psychological factors or stress. In fact, people, especially teenagers, think that gastritis is only caused. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between stress and the incidence of gastritis in teenagers at Bustanus Shibyan Islamic High School, Bulmatet Village, Karang Penang Sampang District in 2023. Method: This research design uses quantitative research methods using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all students at Bustanus Shibyan Islamic High School, Bulmatet Village, Karang Penang Sampang District, totaling 52 students and the sample was all students at Bustanus Shibyan Islamic High School, Bulmatet Village, Karang Penang Sampang District. The technique used is total sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet and analyzed descriptively and presented in table and narrative form. Based on the research results, it was found that the majority of respondents experienced gastritis due to moderate stress, 18 people (64%). The role of health workers, especially nurses, is needed to provide education in dealing with this problem, namely as educators who can provide information to the public about the importance of controlling stress in gastritis sufferers.

Abstract

Introduction: Smoking is very detrimental from an economic point of view, especially for smokers who do not have their own source of income, because they spend a lot of money just to consume it. Due to their resistance to harmful substances, smoking becomes more dangerous for people who are close to smokers, also known as passive smokers, who inhale their cigarette smoke without a filter. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge of the dangers of smoking in student at the Madura State Polytechnic. Method: The type of research used in this research was descriptive research using a survey research design. The population in this study were students who smoked at the Madura State Polytechnic. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling of 89. This study used one variable, namely a description of the negative impact of smoking on students. This research was carried out on May 4 2024. Data collection in this research was carried out by giving a questionnaire in the form of a g-form, then data processing was carried out in the form of editing, scoring, coding, tabulating and interpreting. Data analysis in this study used descriptive (percentage). Results: The research results show that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge about the negative impact of smoking on Madura State Polytechnic students. Conclusion: Knowledge and attitudes can influence smoking habits in teenagers. Cigarettes are very dangerous for teenagers' health because smoking is the same as introducing dangerous substances that have negative effects into the body.

Abstract

Industri manufaktur adalah Industri yang mengolah material atau bahan baku menjadi produk jadi atau produk setengah jadi dengan mesin produksi, dan memproduksi dalam skala besar. Investasi asing langsung merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak investasi asing langsung, jumlah tenaga kerja dan inflasi terhadap industri manufaktur di beberapa negara ASEAN pada tahun 2016-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data panel adalah kombinasi dari data time series dan cross-section. Kriteria pemilihan lima negara dengan pendapatan perkapita tertinggi pada tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari World Bank dan Asean Statistic Year Book. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa foregh direct investment berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur, jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan inflasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur di beberapa negara ASEAN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis pesantren melalui pengembangan usaha kopi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasan, Panti, Jember. Pesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan sosial-ekonomi, terutama dalam meningkatkan kapasitas santri agar mampu mandiri secara ekonomi. Usaha kopi di pesantren ini menjadi contoh konkret bagaimana lembaga keagamaan memanfaatkan sumber daya internal untuk menciptakan unit usaha berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi, dengan fokus pada analisis sumber daya fisik, intelektual, dan finansial, serta kajian SWOT terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal fisik yang dimiliki meliputi ruang produksi, alat roasting dan grinding, perlengkapan kemasan, serta warung penjualan di lingkungan pesantren. Modal intelektual terdiri dari pelatihan barista bagi santri, keterlibatan alumni sebagai mentor, dan pemanfaatan branding Islami dalam kemasan produk. Sementara itu, modal finansial bersumber dari dana internal pondok, hasil unit usaha lain seperti koperasi dan toko kitab, serta skema pre-order dan infaq jamaah. Ketiga bentuk modal ini menunjukkan sinergi yang baik dalam mendukung kegiatan produksi dan distribusi kopi. Dari sisi analisis SWOT, ditemukan bahwa kekuatan utama usaha ini terletak pada jumlah santri yang besar, keberadaan jaringan alumni sebagai pasar potensial, dan lokasi strategis di daerah penghasil kopi. Peluang eksternal mencakup tren minum kopi di kalangan muda, termasuk santri, serta potensi ekspansi ke marketplace digital dan jaringan kedai kopi syariah. Namun demikian, kelemahan seperti kurangnya keterampilan manajerial, keterbatasan SDM dalam pemasaran digital, dan belum tersedianya sistem pencatatan keuangan yang profesional menjadi tantangan serius. Ancaman utama datang dari kenaikan harga bahan baku, merek kompetitor yang lebih dikenal luas, serta pembatasan jam operasional di lingkungan pendidikan yang dapat menghambat distribusi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mencetak santri yang tidak hanya religius tetapi juga produktif secara ekonomi. Usaha kopi yang dilakukan tidak hanya menjadi sumber pemasukan pondok, tetapi juga media pelatihan keterampilan wirausaha bagi para santri. Hal ini sejalan dengan tren ekonomi pesantren yang mulai bertransformasi menjadi pusat inkubasi bisnis berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman (Zarkasyi, 2020; Rahmawati & Huda, 2021; Prasetyo, 2022; Amiruddin, 2023; Sari & Maulana, 2023).

Abstract

Elderly (elderly) is a life journey when humans enter the final stage of their life phase. The elderly are often also called the beginning of the end. Currently, this age group is increasing in number. The population pyramid that used to be pointed at the top is now getting wider at the top. For the elderly group, starting from pre-elderly, they will experience a completely different situation. Although the spirit is still burning, health and physical fitness begin to decline and are very noticeable when they reach the age of 60 years. Physical health and fitness, mental spirituality and memory, need to be maintained. The Covid-19 pandemic is a storm that has hit humans. Covid-19 is not the first pandemic-causing disease in the world. Unlike a pandemic, the spread of disease can also be in the form of endemics, namely diseases that continue to spread in a certain area and do not spread quickly to other areas. If a disease spreads quickly to other areas, then the spread of the disease is called an epidemic. Returning to Covid-19, this virus is very prone to attacking the elderly quickly and has a high mortality rate. The purpose of this community service is to empower elderly caregivers in the family setting and identify the effectiveness of the guidance model by caregivers. In 2019, the number of elderly people in Indonesia was 9.7% of the total population, or around 25.9 million people. It is estimated that in 2035 it will be 48 million people (15.77%). The elderly group is not only increasing in number but also increasing in life expectancy. The number of participants was 30 people. The methods used were discussion, demonstration, skills training and skills evaluation. The results of the training for caregivers showed an increase in knowledge based on pre-test and post-test scores. There was an increase in skills seen from four skills, namely communication in the elderly, active movement, passive movement, mobilization, and daily activity training. Activities related to improving caregivers' abilities in caring for the elderly who experience daily problems related to psychological approaches. It is recommended that community service in health institutions can be carried out periodically, and lecturers can improve their innovation so that they can contribute to the health of the elderly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kesehatan keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja yang di moderasi oleh manajemen insentif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif di mana data tersebut di peroleh dari sumber data primer yang berasal dari pengumpulan data kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Happy Outbound Indonesia. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Smart-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X1(lingkungan kerja) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Y(Kepuasan Kerja), X2(Kesehatan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y(Kepuasan Kerja), X1(Lingkungan kerja) yang di moderasi oleh M(Insentif manajemen) berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Y(Kepuasan kerja), X2(Kesehatan keselamatan kerja) yang dimoderasi oleh M(Manajemen Insentif) berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Y(Kepuasan kerja)

Abstract

Feminism in popular culture has developed significantly, especially in the representation of women in the entertainment industry. Third-wave Feminism or post-feminism presents an image of women who are free, independent and empowered, but still attached to the values ​​of femininity constructed by the media. As one of the world's musicians who raised the theme of women's empowerment, Katy Perry successfully brought the concept of post-feminism by presenting the image of modern women through her music. Therefore, this research aims to find out the image of women constructed by Katy Perry through the song lyrics and video clip Woman's World. The research was conducted using Roland Barthes' semiotic method to reveal the signs of post-feminism in the song lyrics and video clip. The results found that Katy Perry's performance is in line with the concept of post-feminism which shows women as a figure full of freedom, independent, but sexually objectified and individualist.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan kue Bhikang di Desa Kalikajar, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, pemasaran digital menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada Buk Mus selaku pemilik UMKM kue Bhikang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengukur hubungan antara variabel strategi pemasaran digital (media sosial dan promosi online) terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan media digital secara optimal mampu meningkatkan visibilitas dan volume penjualan produk UMKM (Kue Bhikang) secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Kalikajar untuk terus meningkatkan keterampilan digital dalam mengelola pemasaran produk secara online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Paiton Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur variabel motivasi kerja sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, perusahaan disarankan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan guna mencapai kinerja optimal.

Abstract

Cyber ​​Public Relations as a new place for companies to show their best image through media that is familiar to the community. However, in this case study, Holywings made a mistake in creating content which ultimately violated several Cyber ​​Public Relations codes of ethics which alluded to SARA elements. The brand image that has been built since the beginning of pioneering must be destroyed and get a bad image by the public due to the handling of the crisis which is felt to be irresponsible for the chaos that has occurred in the public eye. through a case study approach and a qualitative-method the authors conducted an analysis of violations of the cyber public relations code of ethics and the handling that should be carried out by companies when facing a crisis.
