Abstract

Zakat funds are collected from zakat maal funds for employees of the State Civil Apparatus in Paser Regency and distributed in the form of Consumptive and Productive Alms Infak Zakat Funds. The purpose of this study is to analyze and study the management of zakat infak and alms funds at the Amil Zakat Board of Paser Regency, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of zakat infak and alms management. The object of this research is the National Amil Zakat Agency in Paser Regency. The research design uses qualitative analysis with collective data by conducting in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. While the research informants consisted of administrators of the National Amil Zakat Agency and Muzaki who received productive zakat funds. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative with the help of Nvivo12 Plus software. The research results prove that the source of zakat infaq and alms fund collection at the National Amil Zakat Agency in Paser Regency comes from professional zakat and Infaq from the State Civil Apparatus, there have been no other efforts to collect from other sources. The distribution of zakat, infaq and alms funds can help micro businesses, especially during the covid19 pandemic

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has natural resources from a variety of cultures and ethnicities. Banten Province has beautiful and religious natural charm, making it a halal tourist destination, both locally and internationally. The aim of the research is to analyze strategies to increase the competitiveness of halal tourism in Banten Province. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interview techniques. Primary data was obtained from interviews with competent informants including the Banten Regional People's Representative Council, the Banten Provincial Tourism Office, the Indonesian Ulema Council and several Tourism Associations in Banten. and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. Qualitative data analysis using NVIVO software. The research results prove that to increase the competitiveness of halal tourism in Banten Province, the Tourism Office has taken strategic steps, including: The strategies used by the Banten provincial government in order to optimize halal tourism, namely conducting comparative studies, e-commerce or digital based tourism, Professional Human Resources Training, Infrastructure Development, Ease of Road Access

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and challenges faced by Majelis Wakaf dan Kehartabendaan (MWK) of Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) in Tasikmalaya Regency regarding the management of waqf assets for organic rice farming businesses. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique applied is thematic analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive perception regarding the use of productive waqf for organic rice farming businesses. However, the dynamic external environment introduces uncertainty that affects development strategies. 2) The challenges involve strengthening member participation, improving agricultural human resources, institutional reinforcement, and expanding marketing.

Abstract

The research aims to test and analyze the influence of the variables Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Financial Deposit Ratio on Non-Performance Financing. To test and analyze Operational Costs and Operational Income and Financial Deposit Ratio to Return on Assets directly or through the Non-Performance Financing variable as a moderating variable. The research object is Islamic banks in Indonesia using secondary data from financial reports from 2017 to 2021. The research design is a quantitative analysis using path analysis. The research results prove that the variables Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Financial Deposit Ratio have a significant positive effect on the Non-Performance Financing variable, the magnitude of the influence is 32.8%. The variables Operational Costs, Operational Income, and Financial Deposit Ratio are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the Return On Assets variable, with the magnitude of the influence being 76%. Based on path analysis, the Operational Cost variable does not affect the On Assets return variable with the Non Performance Finance variable as a moderating variable. Meanwhile, the Financial Deposit Ratio variable influences the return on assets variable with the Non-Performance Finance variable as a moderating variable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and mechanisms that LazisMu can adopt to ensure alignment between its environmental objectives and operational activities. The primary focus is on the application of ijtihad and tajdid of Muhammadiyah in environmental issues, guided by Islamic economic principles. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, this study examines the Islamic economic framework within environmental contexts and the implementation of LazisMu’s environmental initiatives. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted to gather primary data. Findings indicate two key insights. First, LazisMu has embraced environmental ijtihad as directed by Majelis Tarjih Muhammadiyah, transitioning from a traditional philanthropic institution into a catalyst for social and environmental transformation. Since 2020, this concept has been realized through the publication of Fikih Air and programs such as “Sayangi Daratmu,” “Program Tanam Pohon,” and “Sayangi Lautmu,” emphasizing ecosystem rehabilitation and community-based waste management. Furthermore, LazisMu optimizes Islamic financial instruments by leveraging zakat, infaq, and sadaqah in progressive funding schemes, such as tree adoption models and biogas utilization as sustainable energy. To ensure long-term impact, these initiatives are monitored through IKU and IKAL, while digital education reinforces zakat’s role as a driver of socio-environmental transformation.

Abstract

This research began with the issue of national health insurance contributions which basically became a polemic in society regarding obtaining health insurance by the Government in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Health is an important aspect in fulfilling human rights and is a benchmark. welfare in society.The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of contributionsSocial Security AdministratorHealth from the Maqashid Sharia Perspective. To analyze Maqasid Syariah's views on the increase in contributions for health insurance. To analyze Moaqasid Syariah's views on the implementation of standard inpatient rooms. Object of researchSocial Security AdministratorHealth, this type of research is normative qualitative, the data source used is secondary data in the form of regulations relating to BPJS Health, fatwas from the ulama council. The data analysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis.First research results: Implementation of contributions from the Social Security Administering Agency Health from the Maqasid Syariah perspective is an important effort in realizing a just, equitable and sustainable health system. By continuing to improve efficiency, transparency and service quality, this system can be more effective in achieving the main objectives of Sharia, namely protecting and promoting the welfare of individuals and society as a whole. Second, from the Maqasid Syariah point of view, the increase in contributions in health insurance is acceptable and is even necessary if (1) It is carried out with the principles of justice and solidarity. (2) Increases access and quality of services. (3) Transparency and accountability, (4). Not burdening the underprivileged. Third, from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah, the implementation of inpatient class standards in the Social Security Administering Body supports the main objectives of Sharia in the following way: (1). Increasing Justice and Solidarity, (2). Guaranteeing Mental Health and Safety, (3) Improving Mental and Intellectual Well-being (4). Protecting the Health of Future Generations, (5). Managing Resources Efficiently.

Abstract

Productive waqf is a financial instrument that has great potential to improve community welfare. The application of the ijarah agreement in the context of productive waqf provides added value in managing waqf assets. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the ijarah contract in productive waqf as well as the economic and social impact it has on society. The research design uses an associative qualitative approach, data is collected through surveys and interviews with waqf managers and beneficiary communities. The research results show that implementing the ijarah agreement can increase the productivity of waqf assets and have a positive impact on the community's economy. The implementation of the ijarah agreement has the potential to increase income and bring positive social change within the Yatim Mandiri Foundation. These findings are expected to contribute to waqf managers and policy makers in maximizing the benefits of waqf land for social and economic welfare
