Abstract

Ability thinks critically is ability to make conclusions and judge authenticity as well as truth something based on prior knowledge-owned. Think critically as a complex process that requires cognitive level in process information. In study literature this will discuss development ability and critical participant education with the MOODLE -Based Blended Problem Based Learning Model to support alternative recovery learning during the endemic period of COVID-19. The MOODLE -Based Blended Problem Based Learning Model is considered suitable for develop ability think critical because Blended Problem Based Learning related learning with real world problems as context for participant educate for study think critical and skills solve problem , the MOODLE -based Learning Management System helps participant educate enter into the room digital class and can access materials learning in blended learning as effort restore educational conditions during the COVID-19 endemic. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of the Indonesian state in increasing Human Resources (HR) which aims to make people no longer depend on jobs provided by companies or business entities as a source of employment, but students learn to create jobs for themselves and even for others. So that with this, it is hoped that students will be able to shape themselves to have an entrepreneurial attitude based on the values of Pancasila. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of problem-based learning in fostering entrepreneurial attitudes based on Pancasila values. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that Problem-Based Learning based on Pancasila values is effective in fostering entrepreneurial attitudes, this is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the r value of product moment correlation which means problem-based learning is closely related to entrepreneurial spirit. on Pancasila values and there is a significant influence of problem-based learning on entrepreneurial attitudes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengetahui hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dari pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka belajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik di kelas X-1. Data yang diperoleh peneliti menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi dengan hasil belajar kelas X-1 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada kelas X-1 SMAN 30 Kabupaten Tangearang, ini sudah dapat terjalankan dengan baik terlihat dari tahap awal yang dijalankan sudah berjalan dengan baik selama satu semester walaupun masih dalam proses penyesuaian, dalam praktik nya program yang telah dijalankan seperti ekstrakulikuler, intrakulikuler dan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sudah terjalan dengan baik. Kelebihan kurikulum merdeka belajar yaitu guru dibebaskan dalam mendesain pembelajaran, waktu belajar yang fleksibel dan mendidik peserta didik agar mempunyai kepribadian yang mandiri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas penerapan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode studi literatur terhadap 18 jurnal yang terbagi dari 7 jurnal internasional dan 11 jurnal nasional. Dari beberapa jurnal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwasanya : 1) penggunaan media pembelajaran audio visual dapat menunjukkan hasil ketuntasan belajar 2) Bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran kepada pendidik guru, pembuatan kebijakan, pengembang materi dan perancang kurikulum bahwa media yang tepat guna dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. 3) bahwa media pembelajaran yang menggunakan media pembelajaran secara audio visual lebih baik dari pemebelajaran yang menggunakan secara konvensional atau ceramah

Abstract

This study addresses the subject matter of declining public confidence in local governments in Indonesia, primarily due to issues in public service delivery, highlighting the urgent need for improved integrated social services. The objective is to analyze the mediating effect of enterprise architecture orientation on the influence of environmental turbulence, flexibility strategy, business model innovation, and digital transformation on social service performance in West Java. Methods involved a survey explanatory approach with all 27 social service providers in West Java Province, employing whole population sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results indicate that environmental turbulence, flexibility strategy, business model innovation, and digital transformation significantly impact social service performance when mediated by enterprise architecture orientation. The conclusions suggest that a robust model emphasizing strategic architectural orientation and effective implementation of flexibility, innovation, and digital transformation can enhance social service performance amidst environmental challenges. This study contributes to understanding the complex dynamics of social service provision in local governments, advocating for strategic investments in enterprise architecture and adaptive strategies to improve public service delivery and restore public trust.

Abstract

Young retail investors in the Indonesian capital market often face challenges due to various behavioral finance biases that can negatively impact their investment decisions. This study aims to examine the impact of herding, overconfidence, mental accounting, loss aversion, and bias on the investment decisions of novice retail investors, focusing on the moderating role of demographic factors such as generation, gender, education, and income. Using a quantitative design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 254 retail investors, with 246 valid responses analyzed through a regression-based method and moderation analysis using Hayes' PROCESS macro for SPSS. The results indicate that all behavioral finance factors negatively impact investment decisions, with demographic variables significantly moderating this impact. The findings suggest that tailored financial education and advisory services can help young novice investors make more informed and rational investment choices, thereby improving their financial well-being and market participation. The limitations of this study lie in its focus on a specific demographic in Indonesia, while its novelty includes a detailed analysis of the moderating impact of demographics on behavioral finance biases.

Abstract

This article presents a comparative exploration of the economic values of Pancasila and Islamic principles to reveal the entrepreneurial mindset. Exploring the synergy between Pancasila, the five foundations of the Indonesian state, and Rukun Islam, the five religious value systems, to build an Indonesian national education value system (Beck & Irawan, 2016). This research also aims to explain gender differences in entrepreneurial tendencies among Islamic economists, by emphasizing the role of gender in entrepreneurial initiatives in this context (Costa & Pita, 2021). Furthermore, this paper explores the three pillars of Islamic entrepreneurship that contribute to economic development: the entrepreneurial pillar, the ethical pillar, and the religious-spiritual pillar, which guides entrepreneurs to run their businesses based on Islamic principles and values (Basit & Mitra, 2023). . In addition, this research seeks to reveal how the entrepreneurial intentions of students studying at Islamic Universities differ, emphasizing the importance of accommodating entrepreneurial intentions through university policies and curricula (Hidayati et al., 2022). This paper provides a comprehensive exploration of the entrepreneurial mindset in the context of Pancasila economic values and Islamic principles, highlighting gender differences in entrepreneurial tendencies, university-based entrepreneurial activities, and the development of entrepreneurial initiatives through Islamic principles and values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya Hasil Belajar dan Interaksi Sosial siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Maijah Gumulunglebak. Banyak sekali metode pembelajaran yang dapat membangkitkan minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran IPS salah satunya yaitu Metode pembelajaran Strategi SAVI. Penelitian ini bertujuan Ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mendapatkan. Metode Pembelajaran Strategi SAVI dengan siswa yang mendapatkan Pembelajaran Konvensional. Ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara Metode pembelajaran strategi SAVI dengan interaksi sosial siswa terhadap hasil belajar. khusus kompetensi dasar Mendeskripsikan Permintaan Dan Penawaran Serta Terbentuknya Harga Pasar dengan menggunakan Metode pembelajaran Strategi SAVI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode pembelajaran baik di kelas eksperimen maupun di kelas kontrol. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mendapatkan Metode Pembelajaran Strategi SAVI dan Pembelajaran Konvensional. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki tingkat interaksi sosial tinggi, Interaksi Sosial Sedang, dan siswa yang memiliki tingkat interaksi sosial rendah. Siswa yang memiliki interaksi sosial sedang mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki interaksi sosial rendah. Terdapat interaksi antara Metode pembelajaran strategi SAVI dengan interaksi sosial siswa dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The public sector, as the front guard of public services, has a huge responsibility in ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and innovation in the delivery of public services. One of the keys to achieving this goal is through the practice of Knowledge Sharing, or sharing knowledge, at all levels of the organization. This research aims to delve into the practices of Knowledge Sharing in the public sector as an effort to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of public services. However, the limited research investigating Knowledge Sharing practices in the public sector poses a challenge that needs further exploration. The methodology employed in this research involves utilizing data from 165 articles indexed by Google Scholar and Scopus, using the Publish or Perish application. Bibliometric analysis includes visual mapping using Vos Viewer to identify research trends, frequently occurring keywords, and the density of research on various topics. Network visualization illustrates clusters of terms that are the focus of research, such as performance, information exchange, knowledge creation, and motivation. By combining data from network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization, this research provides a comprehensive overview of the development of Knowledge Sharing research in the public sector. It identifies that topics such as codification and incentives are still underexplored, presenting opportunities for further research in the future.

Abstract

The performance of lecturers at the university level is very important to achieve goals, such as creating quality learning and developing a curriculum that provides equal opportunities for all students. Therefore, it is very important to examine the influence of innovative work practices and work ethic on lecturer performance. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the relationship between innovation and performance and the quality of lecturer performance. This study also seeks to identify relevant intervention models and work processes that have an impact on lecturer performance. Researchers in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire to collect data from 350 lecturers, who then took samples using the Slovin method, so that the total sample became 78 lecturers. The results of the study showed that innovative behavior significantly influenced the performance of lecturers at universities in Southeast Sulawesi. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance at universities in Southeast Sulawesi. It can be concluded that innovative behavior and job satisfaction affect lecturer performance.
