Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work ethic on teacher performance at SMP Muhammadiyah 11 Makassar City. Considered as an important component that supports professionalism and learning success is teacher work ethic. In this study, a quantitative approach was used together with a survey. The relationship between work ethic and teacher performance was studied using inferential statistical techniques after data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to a number of participating teachers. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between work values ​​and teacher performance. Teachers who have high work enthusiasm tend to get good results, especially in terms of planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. This finding suggests that improving teacher work ethic helps improve the quality of education. Therefore, fostering work ethic is an important part of the continuous development of teacher professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Kalumbatan Village, Banggai Islands Regency. Qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach were used. Data were collected through intensive interviews with parents of teenagers and community leaders. The results of the study describe several forms of juvenile delinquency behavior in Kalumbatan Village, including smoking, drinking alcohol, theft, promiscuity, and fighting between groups. The role of parents in overcoming this behavior is identified in five main aspects: teaching moral and religious values, habituating positive behavior, providing motivation and support, developing roles as role models, and enforcing consistent family rules. This study highlights the importance of the active role of parents in preventing and overcoming juvenile delinquency behavior. A holistic approach that integrates teaching, habituation, motivation, role modeling, and enforcing family discipline has proven to be very important in forming positive adolescent characters and preventing deviant behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in improving the learning independence of grade IX students at SMPN 1 Corawali, Sidrap Regency. Learning independence is a crucial aspect in the education process, especially PAI learning which emphasizes the development of character and religious values. This qualitative study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Management of learning independence is carried out through structured task schedules and periodic feedback, as well as encouraging student involvement in worship practices. Despite facing challenges such as low student motivation and dependence on friends, teachers continue to try to overcome these obstacles. Overall, the strategies implemented have proven effective in shaping students' learning independence, both academically and spiritually, showing significant potential in Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

Examining how the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning paradigm might increase students' motivation to learn is the goal of this study. TGT is a cooperative learning approach that creates an engaging and dynamic learning environment by fusing group projects, instructional games, and competition activities. Classroom action research, or CAR, is the methodology used in this study. Students who had taken part in learning utilizing the TGT model were given learning motivation questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The data analysis's findings demonstrate that applying the TGT approach helps raise students' motivation for studying. This is demonstrated by the rise in motivation scores derived from the examined questionnaire data. As a result, the TGT model can be applied as a substitute for traditional teaching methods to boost students' willingness to learn, particularly in junior high school Islamic Religious Education courses.

Abstract

Rasulullah Muhammad SAW as the umbrella of the ummah, with intelligence and wisdom has given an extraordinary example, among the attention is to consider the figure of women as a figure who has a central role in a civilization ummah. With the educational methods that he has applied, he has produced generations of women as a generation of support for the advancement and spread of Islam throughout the country. Among the rights of women to be met is the right to get education, both general sciences education and the religious sciences, especially science about matters relating to issues of womanhood. Like the Fiqh woman, Fiqh raising children, Fiqh muamalah women who will sustain the main duties as a woman who will carry out the duties as a housewife. The method of education for women is exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW is to provide time and place for women, and deliver material more specific besides other general materials with attention to aspects of intellectual and social background, and the process of education with a persuasive approach.

Abstract

This study examines how creating multimedia content production can help ninth grade students read the Qur'an more effectively. Students of SMPN 5 Pallangga, Gowa Regency. Analyzing the efficacy of learning strategies that combine text, audio, visual, and video media is the main objective of this study. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, used in this study, was carried out in two cycles: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. All research participants were ninth grade students. A. After the implementation of multimedia-based learning, the research findings showed a significant increase in the quality of students' Qur'an reading. Before the intervention, 28.94% of students met the completion criteria; in the first cycle, the figure increased to 60.52%, and in the second cycle, it increased to 89.47%. Students showed improvements in self-confidence, tenacity, and willingness to learn in addition to improving their proficiency in reading the Qur'an. These results indicate that creating multimedia content can be a useful tactic in teaching Islamic Religious Education, especially in terms of improving the standard of Qur'an reading. It is recommended that educators use this approach consistently to optimize learning outcomes, foster an engaging learning environment, and help students develop their attitudes and personalities. In addition to making learning materials easier to understand and more engaging, this method fosters a learning environment that helps students' attitudes and character development in religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school culture and extracurricular activities on the character formation of class X students at SMA Negeri 7 Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative correlational approach to measure the relationship between school culture and extracurricular variables (X) with student character (Y). The study population consisted of 355 class X students, with a sample of 78 students selected using the technique purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis included instrument validity and reliability tests, as well as analysis prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests) before hypothesis testing was carried out. The results showed that the level of school culture, extracurricular activities, and student character were in the moderate category. Inferential analysis using the t-test and F-test showed a significant influence between school culture and extracurricular activities on student character. The t-test shows the calculated t value for the school culture variable (X1) of 4.259 (p <0.05) and for the extracurricular variable (X2) of 2.191 (p <0.05), exceeding the t-table value of 1.992. The F-test shows the calculated F value of 25.941 (p <0.05), which is greater than the F-table value of 3.119, indicating a significant influence of both variables simultaneously. Based on the results of the analysis, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This study concludes that there is a significant influence between school culture and extracurricular activities on the formation of character of class X students at SMA Negeri 7 Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan Studi Kode Etik Jurnalistik Wartawan Pada Pasal 6, dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan cara induktif dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan telaah pustaka, dengan mengambil subjek penelitian yang berstatus sebagai wartawan Aliansi Jurnalis Independen Lampung. Proses pengumpulan data berlangsung kurang lebih selama 2 bulan.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa wartawan Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI) Lampung sepenuhnya memahami Kode Etik Jurnalistik pasal 6 tentang penyalahgunaan profesi dan menerima suap. Aliansi Jurnalis Independen membuat program pelatihan internal, diskusi, seminar kepada seluruh wartawan untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas para anggota aliansi. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk menjelaskan kembali mengenai Kode Etik Jurnalistik, walaupun wartawan Aliansi Jurnalis Independen Lampung sudahmengetahuinya.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas “Status Agama anak akibat Ayah atau Ibu yang murtad dalam hukum islam (Analisis Pasal 26 KHI Perspektif Maqasidu As Syariah)”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendekskripsikan Status Agama anak akibat Ayah atau Ibu yang murtad dalam hukum islam (Analisis Pasal 26 KHI Perspektif Maqasidu As Syariah). Penelitian ini merupakan Ditinjau dari jenisnya, penelitian ini bersifat literatur atau kajian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menghimpun data dari berbagai literatur-literatur. Literatur yang diteliti tidak terbatas pada buku-buku saja tetapi dapat juga berupa bahan-bahan dokumentasi, majalah, jurnal, ataupun surat kabar. Penekanan penelitian kepustakaan ini adalah ingin menemukan berbagai teori, hukum, dalil, prinsip, pendapat, gagasan dan lain-lain yang dapat dipakai untuk menganalisis dan memecahkan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk Menjaga akidah anak pasca perceraian akibat Murtad salah satu orang tua merupakan bagian dari ḥifẓ al-dīn dalam maqāṣid asy-syarī‘ah. Upaya yang dilakukan meliputi penetapan hak asuh kepada orang tua Muslim, pendidikan agama sejak dini, pendampingan tokoh agama, serta peran ibu dan keluarga besar dalam membimbing akidah anak. Semua langkah ini mencegah kerusakan iman dan membangun keteguhan spiritual anak dalam lingkungan yang tetap Islami. Dalam hal ini, murtad menjadi alasan yuridis gugurnya hak pengasuhan demi menjaga akidah anak. Analisis ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif-teologis melalui kajian ayat Al-Qur'an, hadis, tafsir, serta prinsip maqāṣid asy-syarī‘ah, khususnya ḥifẓ al-dīn (menjaga agama), yang menjadi dasar utama dalam perlindungan spiritual anak. Selain itu, proses pengalihan hak asuh dalam sistem hukum Indonesia dilakukan melalui putusan Pengadilan Agama dengan mempertimbangkan bukti kemurtadan dan kelayakan pihak pengasuh dari aspek keislaman dan kemaslahatan anak

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan kelas V di MIN 2 Jeneponto dan strategi yang digunakan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah telah munculnya berbagai permasalahan karakter di kalangan peserta didik seperti kurangnya kedisiplinan, sopan santun, kejujuran dan kepedulian sosial yang merupakan tantangan serius yang dihadapi oleh sektor pendidikan. Guru sebagai subjek proses pendidikan mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa melalui pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, kepala sekolah agama dan siswa kelas V di MIN 2 Jeneponto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam penerapan nilai-nilai karakter adalah melalui pengelolaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan komunikasi yang baik. Nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan dalam pembelajaran kewarganegaraan meliputi keyakinan agama, kejujuran, disiplin diri, dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini berdampak positif tidak hanya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter siswa di MIN 2 Jeneponto, tetapi juga dapat dijadikan acuan untuk sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter melalui peran guru dan strategi yang efektif.
