Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang penerapan model Pembelajaran Perseorangan dan Kelompok Kecil (PPKK) yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan di kelas VII B7 SMP Negeri 14 Palu. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII B7 SMP Negeri 14 Palu sebanyak 27 orang serta informan yang dipilih pada penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang dengan tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan hasil tes akhir tindakan siklus I dan II. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran perseorangan dan kelompok kecil (PPKK) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang tahapannya yaitu : 1) pembukaan/pengantar, 2) informasi demonstrasi dan aktivitas perseorangan, 3) informasi dan aktivitas kelompok, 4) kuis evaluasi, 5) penutup. Kata Kunci : Model PPKK, hasil belajar, penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan Abstract : The aim of this research is to describe the application of individual and small group learning model (PPKK) that can improve student learning outcomes to solve addition and subtraction of fraction at VII B7 grade of SMP NEGERI 14 PALU. The research design refers to Kemmis and Mc taggart’s research design. This study was conduct into two cycles. The subjects of the study were all students VII B7 grade of SMP NEGERI 14 PALU as many as 27 people and informants selected in this study as many as 3 people with different levels of ability. The data of this study were collected through observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and end of cycle test results I and II. The result of this research indicate that the application of individual and small group learning model (PPKK) can improve learning outcomes, that is: (1) opening/introduction, (2) demonstrations and activities of individual information, (3) information and group activities, (4) evaluation, (5) closing. Key Word : Individual and small Group Learning Model, learning outcomes, addition and subtraction of fraction.

Abstract

The Sub-district Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) is one of the important instruments that will determine the quality of the election process at the sub-district level. This service was carried out because, based on experience from the implementation of previous elections, there are still Panwascam members who do not carry out their duties, authorities, and obligations as stipulated in the laws and regulations. Therefore, it is important to do community service in the form of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) with the implementer of Panwaslih Nagan Raya and present the author as a resource person. The lecture method, the use of laptops and LCD media to display power point material regarding the duties, powers, and obligations of Panwascam based on Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General elections, and tips for becoming a successful Panwascam. The results achieved through this community service activity are: First, Panwascam in Nagan Raya Regency as election supervisors in the sub-district area have an understanding of their duties, authorities, and obligations and are successful in carrying out supervision in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections. Second, to motivate Panwascam in Nagan Raya Regency to be able to carry out election supervision in the sub-district area in a direct, general, free, confidential, honest, and fair manner. Third, in the future, it is necessary to hold regular technical guidance for Panwascam with the theme of general supervision and supervision of each stage of the Election, so that the task of supervising the Simultaneous Election in 2024 will be better, stronger, and more effective.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia akibat gangguan sekresi atau kerja insulin. Salah satu komplikasi kronis yang sering terjadi adalah kaki diabetikum. Edukasi foot care merupakan intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif untuk meningkatkan sirkulasi darah, menjaga fungsi saraf, serta mencegah luka kaki diabetikum. Penelitian ini Adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan foot care pada penderita DM di Puskesmas Maccini Sawah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap pasien DM dengan riwayat penyakit lebih dari dua tahun. Intervensi berupa edukasi dan latihan foot care dilakukan selama dua hari berturut-turut, dua kali sehari, masing-masing 15 menit. Setelah intervensi edukasi dan latihan foot care, terjadi peningkatan keterampilan pasien dibandingkan sebelum intervensi (hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan). Kesimpulan: Edukasi foot care efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan, sikap pencegahan, dan kondisi klinis kaki pada pasien diabetes. Program edukasi ini dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam layanan promotif dan preventif di Puskesmas.

Abstract

Melitus merupakan penyebab kematian keempat akibat penyakit degeneratif dan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup lansia akibat penurunan fungsi organ, termasuk pankreas, yang menyebabkan peningkatan kadar gula darah.Latihan jasmani sangat penting dalam penatalaksanaan diabetes karena efeknya dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah dan mengurangi faktor risiko kardiovaskuler, salah satu teknik/latihan jasmani untuk penurunan kadar gula Diabetes Mellitus adalah dengan senam kaki, Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui Implementasi terapi senam kaki diabetes pada lansia yang mengalami diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Wilayah Puskesmas Maccini sawah.Setelah dilakukan implementasi keperawatan menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan kadar glukosa darah pada Ny.N setelah melakukan senam diabetik secara rutin dan dibarengi dengan mematuhi manajemen diabetik Kesimpulan: Dengan melakukan senam kaki diabetes secara rutin dapat membantu menurunkan kadar glukosa darah bagi para penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 terutama Lansia. Disarankan dapat menjadi sumber informasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam Implementasi terapi senam kaki Diabetes pada lansia yang mengalami Diabetes Melitus tipe 2.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of achievement motivation among scholarship recipients in a higher education context. Although scholarships are generally expected to enhance academic motivation and support students’ needs, many recipients perceive that financial assistance alone does not directly strengthen their motivation to achieve. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with five scholarship beneficiaries. The data were analyzed using a systematic process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that, in terms of choice, scholarships function not only as financial support but also as catalysts that strengthen students’ motivation, sense of responsibility, and academic focus. Persistence is shaped by internal factors such as personal aspirations, family values, and responsibility, as well as external factors including financial stability, routine mentoring, and performance expectations. In the dimension of effort, scholarship recipients demonstrate structured learning strategies, consistent study habits, and increased engagement in academic improvement activities. Overall, the study highlights that scholarships play a multidimensional role—extending beyond financial assistance—by fostering responsibility, perseverance, and disciplined learning behavior. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of motivational mechanisms among students receiving financial aid and underline the importance of integrated academic and mentoring support within scholarship programs.

Abstract

This Community Service program partners with the community in Sumare Village, Simboro District, Mamuju Regency, which is one of the villages inhabited by farmer groups. Based on initial observations, the farmer groups still rely on traditional methods without adopting modern agricultural technologies such as plastic mulch, drip irrigation, greenhouses, or planting media such as Cocopeat. Production is often a burden, especially when fertilizer prices rise and superior seeds are scarce on the market. Many farmer groups rely on middlemen to obtain fertilizer/seeds, with a burdensome post-harvest payment scheme. One product resulting from the use of coconut fiber is cocopeat. Cocopeat is a processed product of coconut fiber waste, where the separation of coconut fiber produces coconut powder that can be used as a planting medium. The main target is to create new household-scale business units and urban farming communities based on cocopeat, so as to be able to encourage additional income, open informal jobs, and strengthen community food security. The Cahaya Tani Farmer Group has utilized coconut fiber waste to reduce environmental pollution while being an alternative good planting medium for plants.

Abstract

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that causes high death rates in the world. Hypertension that is not treated in the long term will cause more serious complications. One non-pharmacological treatment method uses herbal therapy, boiled water from coriander seeds. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of boiled coriander seed water on the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers in the Sajoanging Community Health Center working area. This research design uses a quantitative type of research with a quasi-experimental research design One-group pre-posttest design. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, that is, samples were taken from the population of hypertension sufferers in the Sajoanging Community Health Center working area who met the criteria of 30 respondents. Meanwhile, the analysis used was the frequency distribution test and the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significance level of ρ < α = 0.05. The results of the pre-test and post-test systolic blood pressure research given boiled water from coriander seeds showed a value of ρ = 0.001 ( ρ < α = 0.05). As well as pre-test and post-test diastolic blood pressure given boiled coriander seed water, the value obtained was ρ = 0.001 ( ρ < α = 0.05). The conclusion of this study proves that there is an effect of boiled water from coriander seeds on reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in the Sajoanging Community Health Center working area, so that herbal therapy using boiled coriander seed water can be used as an alternative therapy for hypertension sufferers to control blood pressure.

Abstract

Excessive smartphone use can negatively impact the social behavior of adolescents, including emotional instability. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between smartphone use and the social interaction of adolescents in Borongloe Village. The method used in this study is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling with a total sample size of 91 respondents, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The relationship test was conducted using the chi-square statistical test with a significance level of <0.05. Results: The results of the study indicate that active smartphone use is more dominant than passive use, the social behavior of adolescents tends to be poorer rather than better, and there is a significant relationship between smartphone use and the social behavior of adolescents in Borongloe Village, Gowa Regency, with a p-value of 0.00 (p < 0.05). This study concludes that there is a significant relationship between smartphone use and the social interaction of adolescents in Borongloe Village, Gowa Regency. Therefore, it is expected that adolescents will become more aware of the negative impacts of excessive smartphone use and that parents and teachers will supervise the use of smartphones by adolescents

Abstract

Komunikasi memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karena menjadi sarana penyampaian pesan, maksud, dan kebutuhan. Kelancaran komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh kejelasan bahasa, intonasi, serta ketepatan bunyi tutur. Ketidakjelasan berbahasa dapat menimbulkan gangguan komunikasi, salah satunya gangguan artikulasi. Gangguan ini ditandai dengan penggantian bunyi, hilangnya bunyi tertentu, atau perubahan produksi suara secara keseluruhan. Anak yang aktif dan banyak berinteraksi pun tetap berisiko mengalami gangguan artikulasi, yang dapat menghambat kemampuan mereka menyampaikan kebutuhan dan berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan PkM untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para Kader Kesehatan serta masyarakat Desa Demakan, Kecamatan Mojolaban, mengenai pencegahan gangguan artikulasi melalui latihan Oral Motor Exercise. Sasaran kegiatan meliputi kader kesehatan, orang tua bayi dan balita, serta masyarakat yang peduli pada anak disabilitas. Penyuluhan dilakukan secara tatap muka menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner berisi 10 pertanyaan untuk mengukur pemahaman materi sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta. Sebelum penyuluhan, sebagian besar kader memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kategori cukup (66,67%). Setelah penyuluhan, mayoritas mencapai kategori baik (87,33%). Nilai rata-rata pre-test meningkat dari 3,10 menjadi 7,97 pada post-test. Analisis korelasi menghasilkan nilai p=0.000 yang menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang sangat signifikan dan hubungan positif terhadap efektivitas penyuluhan. Penyuluhan mengenai pencegahan gangguan artikulasi melalui Oral Motor Exercise terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan di Desa Demakan. Peningkatan nilai pre-test ke post-test dan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa intervensi ini penting untuk mendukung deteksi serta pencegahan dini gangguan artikulasi pada anak.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need to improve the quality of mathematics learning in the digital era, where the complexity of subject matter and low student learning motivation require innovative and adaptive approaches. This study aims to analyze the contribution of AI utilization by teachers in improving the mathematics learning process, particularly through the development of technological and pedagogical competencies. The research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review, examining research findings published between 2023 and 2025. The results indicate that continuous training and mentoring play a crucial role in enhancing teachers’ technological literacy, which in turn improves their ability to integrate AI into learning media and instructional modules in a more creative and adaptive manner. The findings also show that AI improves teaching time efficiency, facilitates the identification of students’ learning difficulties, strengthens critical thinking skills, and reduces mathematics anxiety. The implications of this study emphasize that the successful implementation of AI largely depends on teachers’ readiness through sustained digital competence development, enabling AI to function as a catalyst for creating innovative, human-centered, and 21st-century competency-oriented mathematics learning.
