Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalis faktor-faktor penghambat pembelajaran pada awal kenormalan baru di Sekolah Dasar Inpres. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian Sekolah Dasar Inpres Jongaya di Kota Makassar.  Teknik penarikan informan guru kelas dilakukan secara sengaja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data yaitu triangulasi su,ber untuk mengkaji kredibilitas data dari sumber data. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan waktu pembelajaran terbatas yang hanya 3 jam per hari pada awal masa kenormalan baru sehingga guru kelas di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Jongaya berupaya menerapkan strategi dan  metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan di kelas. Namun strategi dan  metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan yang diterapkan oleh para guru kelas tersebut menemui beberapa faktor penghambat lain dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti pengelolaan  kelas, serta keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana belajar yang tersedia di sekolah.

Abstract

The phenomenon of child labor in the informal sector in Panakkukang District, Makassar which is increasingly attracting the attention of social workers to provide social services for them. The social services provided are of course based on the role of a social worker. This study aims to I) Find out how the description of the role of social workers in empowering child labor in the informal sector in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. In this study, the informants were 16 people. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that: I) Social workers in implementing the empowerment of child workers in the informal sector have a facilitative role, an educational role, a representative role and a technical role.Adanya fenomena pekerja anak pada sektor informal di Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar yang semakin hari semakin banyak jumlahnya menarik perhatian pekerja sosial untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan sosial bagi mereka. Pelayanan sosial yang diberikan tentunya berdasarkan peran yang dimiliki oleh seorang pekerja sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk I) Mengetahui gambaran peran pekerja sosial dalam pemberdayaan pekerja anak pada sektor informal di Kecamatan Panakkukang Kota Makassar. Di dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan adalah 16 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: I) Peran pekerja sosial yang terselenggara dalam pemberdayaan pada pekerja anak sektor informal meliputi peran fasilitatif, peran edukasional, peran perwakilan dan peran teknis.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani Lasitae Mandiri. Masalahnya adalah: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pengembangan wirausaha rintisan baru berbasis potensi rumput laut yang dibudidayakan,  (2) kurang pengetahuan dan keterampilan  dalam  kewirausahaan.. Sasaran eksternal adalah pakaian bodo yang memiliki aksesori yang terlihat cantik dan berbagai warna untuk orang dewasa, remaja, dan anak-anak. Pendekatan PKM yakni Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan mitra. Hasil yang dicapai sebagai berikut a). Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang potensi ekonomi olahan rumput laut sebagai potensi usaha rintisan baru b). Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang karakter yang diperlukan dalam berusaha, manajemen usaha, kegiatan produksi, pembukuan sederhana, rencana bisnis, pemasaran produk, dan pengemasan produk. c). Abstract

Orientasi pembangunan pertanian berbasis sistem agribisnis di Kabupaten Barru, yang sejalan dengan orientasi pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia saat ini.  Guna mencapai tujuan pembangunan pertanian tersebut maka peranan petani dan kelembagaan Kelompok Tani terus digalakkan melalui Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Barru. Namun pemberdayaan dan partisipasi para petani yang berada di Desa Pancana Kecamatan Tanete Rilau masih belum optimal.. Hal ini terlihat dari sebagian kecil petani yang masih belum terdaftar sebagai anggota kelompok tani dan  masih rendahnya tingkat pemahaman masyarakat tani tentang peran dan fungsi kelompok tani, pentingnya aturan kelompok pada suatu kelompok tani dalam pelaksanaan usaha tani. Tujuan pelatihan dan penyuluhan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, sebagai berikut   a) Meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus dan anggota kelompok tani tingkat pemula  tentang pentingnya peran dan fungsi kelompok tani; b) Meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus dan anggota kelompok tani tingkat pemula tentang pentingnya aturan dalam suatu kelompok tani. Metode penerapan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai solusi dari masalah mitra kelompok tani tingkat pemula, adalah melalui pelatihan dan penyuluhan. Sehingga peran dan fungsi kelompok tani pemula sebagai wadah kerjasama, proses belajar, dan produksi dapat dioptimalkan. Keseluruhan proses transfer IPTEK dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan terhadap kelompok tani tingkat pemula menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action Community Empowerment. Sedang metode yang digunakan adalah: 1) ceramah, 2) diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pelaksanaan berlokasi di Desa Pancana Kabupaten Barru. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yakni 1) meningkatnya pemahaman pengurus dan anggota kelompok tani tingkat pemula tentang peran dan fungsi kelompok, serta pentingnya aturan kelompok; 2) Meningkatnya pemahaman pengurus dan anggota kelompok tani tingkat pemula tentang keuntungan berkelompok dalam suatu kelompok tani dalam pelaksanaan usahatani mereka.Abstract. This can be seen from the small number of farmers who are still not registered as members of the farmer group and the low level of understanding of the farming community about the roles and functions of farmer groups, the importance of rules and regulations. group in a farmer group in the implementation of farming. The objectives of training and counseling in this community service activity are as follows: a) To increase the understanding of the management and members of the beginner level farmer groups about the importance of the roles and functions of farmer groups; b) Improve the understanding of the management and members of the beginner level farmer group about the importance of rules in a farmer group. The application method used in this community service as a solution to the problem of beginner level farmer group partners is through training and counseling. So that the role and function of novice farmer groups as a forum for collaboration, learning processes, and production can be optimized. The entire process of transferring science and technology is carried out through counseling and training for beginner farmer groups using the Participatory Learning and Action Community Empowerment approach. The methods used are: 1) lecture, 2) discussion and question and answer. The implementation is located in Pancana Village, Barru Regency. The results obtained by the training participants in this community service activity, namely 1) increased understanding of the management and members of the novice farmer group about the role and function of the group, as well as the importance of group rules; 2) Increased understanding of the management and members of the beginner level farmer group about the advantages of grouping in a farmer group in the implementation of their farming

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of the community tradition of Bulutellue, Sinjai, South Sulawesi which is inherited from generation to generation. This tradition is known as mappanre temme, which is a crowded event related to expressions of gratitude and joy by families because their children have successfully finished reading the Koran. The purpose of this study is to explain the position of the Koran in the socio-cultural space, the implementation and function of mappanre temme for the people of Bulutellue, Sinjai, South Sulawesi. The research method used is qualitative research using a religious anthropological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed so that it has the ability to read the verses contained in the Koran. The results of the study indicate that in the Bulutellue Village community, the Koran is normatively interpreted as the word of God that gives instructions for the path of salvation in this world and in the hereafter. However, in terms of cultural reality, the Koran is interpreted as a special object that is sacred and contains supernatural powers so that it can be functioned as a repellent against evil, healing disease, and fertilizing plants. This function is a trigger to learn the Koran, and if you are successful in completing the Koran and have the skills to read it, the mappanre temme tradition is carried out as an expression of gratitude while maintaining social harmony and friendship between community members, village government officials, and religious officials, as well as maintain and strengthen the relationship between students and teachers of the Koran.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan perlu ditumbuhkan sejak dini minat untuk siap Berwirausaha. Saat lulus sekolah mereka dapat mengimplementasikan jiwa wirausahanya sehingga menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang mereka miliki sekaligus membantu mengurangi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK di kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 74 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat Berwirausaha siswa SMK di kabupaten Mamuju. hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

The study of this article aims to illustrate the importance of social capital in community development in rural areas assuming that social capital energy still exists in community life in rural areas today but certainly needs to be improved sustainably. Using the method of literature study, so that the secondary databases obtained are compiled, analyzed and inferred. The data collection stage is through taking data from the library, reading, recording, and then processing the data from the materials obtained. The results of the study show that through the elements of social capital owned by the community in rural areas, the role of social capital can contribute to increasing community productivity, social development, economic development as well as the development and rehabilitation of various village infrastructures in a mutual cooperation. Social exchanges that are built in rural communities that tend to be based on certain motives including because there are certain motives of profit, interests and rewards, are intertwined through interlocking social networks. This is also supported by the existence of social values and norms in the culture of the village community.  For this reason, a sustainable increase in social capital in rural communities is expected to improve the economy and reduce poverty in addition to the increase in various other development sectors in rural areas today.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis strategi guru sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran pada masa kenormalan baru di SD Inpres Paradaiya No.99 Kepulauan Selayar untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian, yakni guru kelas 3 dan kelas 5, siswa dan Kepala Sekolah SD yang ditentukan secara sengaja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan  melalui observasi, wawancara partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik  triangulasi sumber. Analisis  data menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif, melalui tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upaya menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan pada masa kenormalan baru, maka strategi yang digunakan guru kelas dalam pembelajaran di  kelas, yakni melalui strategi belajar dalam kelompok kecil dimana siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok kecil yang beranggotakan beberapa siswa. Kemudian strategi belajar di area terbuka dimana pembelajaran dilakukan di luar ruangan kelas seperti di lapangan upacara atau lapangan olahraga, dan strategi belajar sambil bermain di dalam kelas, serta strategi guru melalui tanya jawab  ketika guru selesai menjelaskan materi pelajaran. Adapun makna tindakan sosial pada strategi yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran pada masa kenormalan baru merupakan tindakan rasional instrumental.

Abstract

This research study aims to describe and analyze the economic adaptation strategies of urban poor families during the Covid-19 pandemic through the concept of a livelihood strategy. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative type of research. The research informants were selected intentionally on 10 urban poor/vulnerable families who were beneficiaries of Social Cash Assistance and had household-based small businesses. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely descriptive-qualitative analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show the economic adaptation strategy of poor families in cities beneficiaries of Social Cash Assistance (BST) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Manggala District, Makassar City carried out by their families through a double pattern of living by utilizing the Cash Social Assistance fund to open a household-based small business and to increase the capital of small businesses that have been initiated so far, as well as working part-time as day laborers, washing laborers, and members of Makassar Recover to supplement their family income. While the social network livelihood strategy, they do it by utilizing existing relationships and social relationships to get jobs and orders and assistance in the form of basic necessities and sometimes money from the government. The expected economic stability of the family has an impact on the implementation of adaptation strategies seen in terms of education, income, employment, and family housing during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) Implementation of the SAFE4C program in developing child welfare in Kanjilo Village. (2) The impact of participating in the SAFE4C program in Kanjilo Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the determination of informants using a purposive sampling technique with informant criteria has been determined. In data collection techniques, observations, interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis to reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of the SAFE4C Program went through three stages, (a) Planning for a location recommendation program from DP3A, village communication, outreach, virtual meetings with potential facilitators, and communication, (b) Education program about parenting and training of handling problems involving children, (c) Follow-up  Outreach to schools Programs, implement and strengthen the step of handling children's problems and provide education related to children by the foundation. (2) The impact  from participating in SAFE4C program at Kanjilo Village can be seen in two ways. (a) The positive impact can add insight into children's problems and their handling, the step of problem-solving and the education provided shows a reduction in cases of child problems and Kanjilo Village is increasingly independent in solving child problems (b) the negative impact is more on the participants who are less conducive and embarrassed to tell stories, and the program is short-term in nature and depends on the coordination of the respective Villages after the program is finished.
