Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of participatory data-based planning (PDB) in the annual planning process at SD Negeri Ungaran 02, Semarang Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, this research examines how educational reports are utilized in planning, the role of various stakeholders in the process, and the impact of this approach on improving the quality of education at the school. Data was collected through interviews with the school principal, teachers, school committee members, and parents, as well as through observations and document reviews. The findings reveal that the participatory process of identifying educational reports and involving multiple stakeholders has led to improvements in students' literacy and numeracy skills. However, challenges such as achievement gaps between classes and the limited use of technology in teaching remain. The reflection process on educational reports also highlighted issues such as low parental involvement and variations in teaching quality across classes. While the participatory approach to developing the Annual Work Plan (RKT) ensures broad stakeholder support and alignment with students' needs, the findings indicate that further efforts are needed to address challenges related to parental involvement and the integration of technology in teaching. This study concludes that participatory data-based planning is a crucial strategy for enhancing educational quality, but a more comprehensive approach is required to overcome existing barriers, such as maximizing the use of technology and improving teaching quality consistently across classes. Recommendations are provided for the Department of Education, the school, and teachers to improve the effectiveness of PDB implementation and educational outcomes.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan global yang umum dan tersebar luas serta memengaruhi 56 juta wanita di seluruh dunia. Word Health Organisation (WHO) 2020 prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di seluruh dunia telah mengalami penurunan sebanyak 4,5% selama 19 tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2019, sedangkan di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil meningkat 44,2% dari tahun 2015 sebesar 42,1%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Sumber Informasi, Kunjungan Antenatal Care Dan Pemberian Zat Besi Terhadap Kejadian Anemia Ringan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I Primigravida Di Pmb Bogor Tahun 2024. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif analitik dan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional, dimana penelitian dilakukan pada saat pengambilan data antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama pada waktu yang sama, sampel pada penelitian ini 33 responden, telah dilakukan uji Validitas dan keseluruhan instrumen yang digunakan adalah Valid. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square diperoleh nilai P-value = 0,000 dimana nilai P-value < α (0,05) sehingga terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sumber informasi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester I primigravida. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square diperoleh nilai P-value = 0,010 dimana nilai P-value < α (0,05) sehingga terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kunjungan ANC dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester I primigravida. Hasil uji statistik Chi-square diperoleh nilai P-value = 0,002 dimana nilai P-value < α (0,05) sehingga terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian zat besi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester I primigravida di PMB Bogor tahun 2024.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendampingan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok di SMPN 1 Patimpeng adalah untuk membantu siswa memahami materi Bahasa Inggris dengan lebih baik melalui interaksi dan kolaborasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi selama pengabdian pada peserta didik di kelas VII.1 dan VIII.2 bahwa banyak siswa tampak mengantuk dan tidak fokus saat penjelasan materi berlangsung. Hal ini karena disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya motivasi belajar, kebisingan di lingkungan kelas atau suasana yang tidak kondusif untuk belajar serta ribut di ruang kelas pada saat memberi materi. Dengan diskusi kelompok memungkinkan siswa untuk bertanya, berbagi pendapat, dan saling menjelaskan konsep yang sulit dipahami. Pendampingan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan: identifikasi peserta didik, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pendampingan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan yang signifikan pada peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran karena interaksi aktif dalam diskusi kelompok. Selain itu, metode ini berhasil memotivasi siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan analitis terhadap materi yang dibahas, dan membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the core problem by choosing what is the best strategic alternative that can be taken by Islamic business units to accelerate the growth of the Islamic banking industry. By exploring aspects of internal and external problems. Then the solution from internal and external of various acceleration strategies based on expert opinion related to the phenomenon of the researcher's problem. This research methodology is descriptive qualitative with a quantitative approach and research using ANP (Analytic Network Process) analysis tools. In this study using experts totaling 5 people consisting of academics, practitioners and regulatory experts. The results of this study indicate that: 1). There are two main problems, namely external and internal problems. The most prioritized problem in determining the acceleration strategy is the external problem with an average combined value of 53%, while for the W (Rater Agreement) value of all respondents is 0.36. The most prioritized external problem is the problem of local government support with an average value of 35% with a Rater Agreement of all respondents of 0.64, while the priority problem in internal problems is the problem of capital. 2) for the most prioritized solution, namely the external solution with a combined average value of 54%, while for the W (Rater Agreement) value of all respondents is 1. In the most prioritized external solution, namely local government support, the W (Rater Agreement) value is 0.84. With an average value of 35%. 3. The most prioritized strategy is conversion with an average value of 26%, while for the marger, spin off and acquisition strategies it is around 25%, with a W (Rater Agreement) value of 0.46, meaning that the answers of the respondents have moderate agreement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the collaborative learning model on students' listening skills in the Indonesian language subject. The research approach used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study consists of all eighth-grade students at a junior high school in Padang City, while the sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, namely class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII B as the control class, each consisting of 30 students. The instruments used in this study include a listening skill test (pretest and posttest), an observation sheet for collaborative activities, and a student response questionnaire on collaborative learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through written tests, direct observations, and questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess the average pretest and posttest results, and inferential statistics using the independent t-test assisted by SPSS software. The results of the study show a significant improvement in students' listening skills in the class that applied the collaborative learning model compared to the class that used a conventional model. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the collaborative learning model has a positive and significant effect on improving students' listening skills. Therefore, this model is recommended to be implemented as a learning strategy for Indonesian language subjects, particularly in developing listening skills among junior high school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Picture Word Inductive Model (PWIM) in improving the English vocabulary mastery of sixth-grade students at SD Negeri No. 4 Balangnipa. The research was motivated by the lack of vocabulary mastery among students due to the use of conventional learning models. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest model was employed. The research sample consisted of 21 students. Data collection techniques included vocabulary tests, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery, as indicated by the increase in students’ average scores from pretest to posttest. Statistical analysis revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the PWIM method was effective. Observational data also showed active student participation and positive responses toward the learning model. The PWIM approach, which integrates visual imagery and contextual learning, was proven to enhance students’ engagement and retention of vocabulary. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that PWIM is an effective teaching model for improving English vocabulary mastery in elementary school students.

Abstract

Program pelatihan integrasi sapi dan ayam di Desa Bulo, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, Sulawesi Selatan, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas peternakan dan pendapatan ekonomi peternak skala kecil melalui Program Magang Mahasiswa Prodi Peternakan. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahap: sosialisasi, penyiapan bahan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi hasil. Sosialisasi melibatkan diskusi tentang manfaat integrasi sapi dan ayam serta seleksi 25 peserta dari berbagai desa di Kecamatan Amarasi. Bahan pelatihan yang disiapkan meliputi jerami padi, hijauan pakan, dan bahan aditif untuk fermentasi pakan. Pelatihan mencakup teknologi amoniasi dan fermentasi jerami, pembuatan silase, serta sistem integrasi sapi dan ayam. Evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan peserta dan komitmen untuk menerapkan teknologi yang dilatihkan, dengan rencana pengadaan mesin pencacah hijauan. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas ternak dan pendapatan peternak, mendukung program swasembada daging nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of language politeness in the comments of Fizzo digital reading application users-based on Leech's maximal theory of politeness. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with pragmatic theory, data was obtained from comments on popular novels by exclusive authors (star writers). The results of the analysis showed that most of the comments reflected adherence to the principles of politeness, such as the maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, it was also found that there were violations of the maxim which were generally triggered by dissatisfaction with the storyline. These findings confirm the importance of applying politeness in digital communication, as well as its potential as a teaching material to form ethical language competence in the technological era.

Abstract

Pendidikan religius dan humanistik sangat penting dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan kepribadian yang bermoral, penuh kasih, dan sadar secara spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan taktik yang digunakan oleh guru penggerak di SMP Negeri 1 dan SMP Negeri 6 di Kecamatan Seunagan, Kabupaten Nagan Raya, untuk mengadopsi pendidikan humanis dan religius. Menggunakan metodologi studi kasus, pendekatan penelitian kualitatif diterapkan. Teknik untuk mengumpulkan data termasuk dokumentasi acara pembelajaran berbasis sekolah, wawancara mendalam dengan guru penggerak, dan observasi. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa para instruktur yang memotivasi menggunakan sejumlah taktik penting, termasuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah dan menyenangkan, mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip agama ke dalam semua mata pelajaran, serta mengadakan acara keagamaan dan meditasi harian di sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan budaya religius dan humanistik di lingkungan sekolah, para pengajar yang memotivasi juga secara aktif bekerja sama dengan sekolah dan orang tua. Kesimpulan studi ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya guru penggerak dalam mencapai pembelajaran yang memprioritaskan pengembangan karakter, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab siswa selain keberhasilan akademis melalui taktik yang dipikirkan dengan matang, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan. Siswa di kedua sekolah menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran spiritual dan empati sebagai hasil dari metode tersebut.
