Abstract

Dengan ini Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cuci Motor AG di Lubuk Alung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan jasa cuci motor AG. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di cuci motor AG. Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di cuci motor AG. Berdasarkan uji f kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen di cuci motor AG. R square sebesar 52,8% yang artinya kualitas pelayanan dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada cuci motor AG sebesar 52,7%. Sisanya sebesar 47,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Dengan ini Setiap dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu, Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Sebagai dosen Institut teknologi dan sains nahdlatul ulama jambi memiliki kewajiban melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat, hal ini dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan kepedulian setiap lembaga atau institusi yang bergerak di bidang Pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan Tinggi dengan mengikuti perkembangan serta kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang media penyimpanan. Dimana para pekerja baik swasta maupun pegawai negeri, dan mahasiswa banyak memiliki data yang harus disimpan untuk dikemudian hari di gunakan kembali, namun kebanyak dari mereka kadang lupa dimana menyimpan data, tempat penyimpanan data rusak, dan lupa membawa media penyimpanan serta perangkat computer untuk membuka file yang telah di simpan. Sehingga banyak para pekerja menjadi stress, emosi dan harus menyiapkan media penyimpanan serta perangkat computer yang lengkap ketika membuka sebuah file di tempat rapat, tempat kerja atau dimanapun mereka membutuhkan data tersebut. Dengan begitu mereka jadi sibuk harus menyiapkan semua itu yang mana kadangkala mereka lupa untuk menyiapkannya ketika di luar kantor dan harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu cepat. Untuk itu kami memiliki kepedulian memberikan pengetahuan teknologi media penyimpanan yang aman dan dapat di gunakan diamana saja dengan perangkat computer maupun android dengan melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa “PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PENYIMPANAN DENGAN SISTEM CLOUD PADA KOMPUTER DAN ANDROID”.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, trust and perceived usefulness toward intention to use of customer of Tix Id. This study is using a quantitative approach because the data used is in the form of numbers and was calculated using statistical methods. This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust and the dependent variable, namely, the intention to use Dana in Tix Id. In order to focus more on the research being conducted, the scope of the research is focused only on users who are in South Jakarta and South Tangerang from March to August 2022. Result of this study is perceived usefulness in terms of saving time and money when purchasing a product or service has no effect on intention to use. Perceived ease of use, related to the ease of learning, understanding, and clarity in using a technology and making it easier for technology to do what users want it to do, has a significant positive influence on intention to use.

Abstract

This study uses the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 20 application. Results of the equation Y = - 5.130 + 0.249X1 + 0.747X2 + 0.409X3 for multiple linear regression. There is a partial effect of product quality (X1) on consumer buying interest, according to the findings of the t-test on the product quality variable (X1) (t-count value of 5.220 > t-table value of 1.992). (Y). There is a somewhat significant influence of promotion on consumer buying interest, as indicated by the promotion variable's (X2) t-count value of 7,379 > t-table 1,992. (Y). There is a relationship between the price of pasteurized milk and consumer purchasing interest, as indicated by the price variable (X3) having a t-count value of 2,304 > t-table 1,992. (Y). Partly, and the results of the F test show that there is an effect of product quality (X1), promotion (X2), and price (X3) of milk on consumer buying interest (Y) at the same time (f-count value of 170.823 > f-table 2.73). (simultaneously).

Abstract

The success of the implementation of community development is highly dependent on the role and participation of the Government and the Community. Both must be able to create synergy. Without involving the community, the government will not be able to achieve optimal development results. The problem in this research is how is community participation, what obstacles are encountered in increasing community participation and what efforts can be made to increase community participation in the preparation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) in Balai Batu Sandaran Village, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. This research is to find out how community participation is, what obstacles are encountered in increasing community participation and what efforts can be made to increase community participation in the Village Government Work Plan in Balai Batu Sandaran Village. The research method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data obtained are secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification or drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research on community participation in the preparation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) in Balai Batu Sandaran Village, from the results of interviews and observations it can be understood that the participation of the Balai Batu Sandaran Village community in formulating the Village Government Work Plan is still not active, because it is still low the level of community participation in the preparation and formulation of the results of the village government work plan deliberations.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was a period where initially all business sectors experienced a decline, starting from turnover, creativity and innovation in products, packaging, and efforts to promote business development in Indonesia. MSMEs in the city o f Padang are starting to move into their business activities, which initially started as an offline shop/door to door, now they have turned into an online shop. Every business owner must do an online shop because of the impact of the pandemic. the times from day to day are always included in terms of business promotion by using the Tik Tok Shop for MSMEs in the city of Padang. With this convenience, consumers do not need to be tired of spending time, transportation money to shop at the market or mall because all products are provided in one Tiktok shop application and free shipping is delivered directly to consumers' homes.

Abstract

One of the promotional techniques used to transmit messages and change consumer attitudes is advertising. The appropriate media must be used if messages are to be effectively delivered to customers. The growth of Indonesia's information media has led to an overabundance of advertisements in the news. Television, radio, magazines, newspapers, and other forms of media are utilized. In particular in Indonesia, where consumers are still brand-conscious and brands that have appeared in television advertisements are more well-liked than those that have not, television advertising is still seen as the most efficient method of product promotion. The purpose of this study is to examine adolescent consumer reaction characteristics in relation to price, personal selling activities and salespeople (personal selling), and the usage of celebrities as advertising supports in television media. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method employed. SPSS was used to calculate the analytical process. Purposive sampling methods were used to distribute questionnaires to 100 teenage male and female respondents in Jakarta in order to gather primary data. The results of this research show that the use of celebrity endorsers in television advertising, personal selling, and price has a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the response of teen consumers in Jakarta. The price variable has a dominant influence on the response of adolescent consumers.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata saatpandemi covid-19 seperti ini berbeda dengan KKN pada umumnya. KKN pada saatpandemi covid-19 bisa dilakukan secara kelompok langsung di lapangan dan bisa secara mandiri daring. Dengan adanya KKN di tengah pandemi covid-19 diharapkan Mahasiswa tetap memiliki urgensi pengabdian sehingga dapat mengembangkan kompetensi Mahasiswa dan interaksi dalam bersosial di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kuliah Kerja Nyata sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Populasi dan Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelompok 122 KKN IAIN Salatiga yakni 3 orang Mahasiswa serta 3 masyarakat. Metode pengumpulan data mengggunakan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Metode wawancara pada Penelitian ini digunakan bertujuan menggali informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai kebermanfaatan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata di masa pandemi covid 19. Hasil pada Penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa kegiatan KKN sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada masa pandemi masih tetap bisa dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat dan peran Mahasiswa masih bisa dilakukan dengan rangkaian kegiatan inovatif serta tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memberikan peluang terciptanya inovasi dalam pembelajaran, seperti pengembangan aplikasi permainan edukasi etnik dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional (Bebentengan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa melalui penggunaan aplikasi game edukasi etnik. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian “Quasi-eksperimental with non-equivalent control group design”. Kelas eksperimen berjumlah 26 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 24 siswa dilakukan di sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Solok.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal pre-test dan post-test serta respon siswa. Hasil: Diperoleh hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen sebanyak , pretest 51,86, posttest 81,33, dan nilai n gain yang termasuk kategori sedang sebesar 0,61. Selanjutnya kelas kontrol termasuk kategori rendah mempunyai pre-test sebesar 58 dan post-test sebesar 74 dengan nilai n gain sebesar 0,33. Hasil survei respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan siswa memberikan respon yang sangat baik terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Ethno-Edugames (Fortification). Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Ethno-Edugames (enhanced version) dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa PKBM Samboja Solok

Abstract

Para pemuda yang di Kecamatan Lubuk Alung tergolong para pemuda aktif yang beberapa diantaranya berinisiatif berwirausaha skala mikro. Semangat para pemuda berwirausaha ditindaklanjuti oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STIE Perdagangan dengan membantu mereka mengatasi beberapa persoalan yang umumnya dialami oleh usaha khususnya di bidang laporan keuangan. Oleh sebab itulah pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan membantu unruk memulai usaha dalam pencatatan keuangan yang rapi dan benar melalui penyampaian ilmu dasar-dasar keuangan. Metode yang dipilih dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah panduan praktis dan sederhana berupa pedoman bagi usaha mikro dalam membuat laporan keuangan sederhana yang di aplikasi dengan microsoft excel yang terangkum dalam bentuk materi PKM STIE Perdagangan. Training on Making Simple Financial Statements for Youth in kecamatan Lubuk Alung as an Effort to Equip Entrepreneurial Skills and Strengthening of UMKM Abstract: The youths in Kecamatan Lubuk Alung are classified as active youths, some of whom have initiated micro-scale entrepreneurship. The spirit of entrepreneurial youth was followed up by the Community Service team of STIE Perdagangan by helping them overcome some of the problems commonly experienced by businesses, especially in the field of financial reporting. That is why this community service is carried out with the aim of helping to start a business in recording neat and correct financials through the delivery of basic financial knowledge. The method chosen is by providing counseling and training. The results of this community service activity are practical and simple guidelines in the form of guidelines for micro businesses in making simple financial reports that are applied with Microsoft Excel, which are summarized in the form of PKM STIE Perdagangan.
