Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kekurangan gizi kronis pada balita yang menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan linear. Salah satu penyebab tidak langsung dari masalah stunting adalah pendapatan ekonomi keluarga yang dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua dengan stunting pada anak usia 4 sampai 5 tahun di Kota Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17955 anak dan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu 390 anak. Pengukuran jumlah sampel tersebut disesuaikan dengan derajat kesalahan 5%. Kemudian pengambilan sampel tersebut berdasarkan dari kriteria umur anak yaitu 4-5 tahun dan orang tua bersedia anaknya menjadi responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai R hitung yang diperoleh ialah 0,696. Hal ini berarti nilai R hitung lebih besar dari nilai R tabel 0,098. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua dengan stunting pada anak usia 4 sampai 5 tahun di Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawatan luka perineum termasuk salah satu kebutuhan ibu nifas, perawatan ini bisa dilakukan sendiri atau dengan bantuan orang lain Perawatan luka perineum bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadi infeksi, meningkatkan rasa nyaman, dan mempercepat penyembuhan. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan perineum dengan lama penyembuhan luka pada ibu nifas di Puskesmas Bukit Mulya Kabupaten Mukomuko. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari populasi (total population) ibu nifas yang mengalami luka perineum di Puskesmas Bukit Mulya tahun 2023 yaitu 30 orang. Hasil: Hasil uji Chi-square memperlihatkan bahwa dengan p-value.000 <α 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan Perawatan Luka Perineum dengan Proses Penyembuhan Luka pada ibu post partum. Kesimpulan: Ada Hubungan Perawatan Luka Perineum Dengan Proses penyembuhan Luka Di Puskesmas Bukit Mulya Kabupaten Mukomuko dengan hasil chi-square p-value .000 (p<0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover the factors that contribute to a mother's anxiety. The study employed a cross-sectional design, with the outcome being a mother's anxiety. There were 398 respondents who were mothers, had lived in Bengkulu City for at least three years, and were willing to be a respondent. The total was computed using simple random sampling. The result showed that the variables had conclusive significant with outcome included income (AOR: 6.7, 95%CI: 3.07-14.69, p-value: <0.001), perception (AOR: 3.04, 95%CI: 1.1 – 8.4, p-value: 0.032), health literacy ((AOR: 2.97, 95%CI: 2.1 – 4.3, p-value: <0.001), stress ((AOR: 2.3, 95%CI: 1.1 – 4.9, p-value: 0.031), and education (AOR: 1.8, 95%CI: 1.1 – 2.8, p-value: 0.018). The good one program should be released as soon as possible to assist them in selecting the appropriate contraception that will help them avoid side effects. Abstract

Intoduction: ARI disease is still one of the important public health problems to be considered because it is an acute disease and can even cause death. Data obtained from the ARI Poly at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City, in the last 3 years has always experienced the highest ARI cases in Bnegkulu City, in 2020 there were 354 cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of ARI in toddlers in the Working Area of the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu city in 2021. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The sample amounted to 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate (using chi square test with α=0.05) using SPSS 16 software. Result and Discussion: The results showed that more than half of the respondents had smoking habits of family members, more than half of the respondents had residential density, more than half of the respondents had LBW, more than half of the respondents experienced ARI at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2021. Based on the bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a significant relationship between the smoking habits of family members and the incidence of ARI, there is a significant relationship between occupancy density and the incidence of ARI and there is a significant relationship between LBW and the incidence of ARI at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City, 2021. Conclusion: It is expected that health workers at the Sukamerindu Health Center continue to carry out health promotion measures in the form of education to increase knowledge about what risk factors can cause ARI and how to prevent it.

Abstract

Bronchitis is an airway disease that is often found in the community and is a health problem because of its chronic, persistent, and progressive nature (Soegito, 2020). Bronchitis cases in 2022 increased very rapidly from no previous cases to 136 cases. (Rupit Hospital, 2022). The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of bronchitis at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency. This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 69 respondents. Data analysis was performed with the chi-square test with a significance level of 95% using SPSS 16 software. The results of univariate analysis showed, 20 (29.0%) respondents smoked ≥20 btg/per day, 16 (23.2%) respondents had risky jobs and had respondents who had a family history of 21 people (30.4%). The results of bivariate analysis showed there was a significant relationship between smoking habits Value p = 0.000. Occupation Value p = 0.038 and Family History Value p = 0.033 with the incidence of Bronchitis < α - 0.05 at the Rupit Regional General Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency in 2023. It is hoped that the Rupit Regional General Hospital of Musi Rawas Regency will always improve services in order to achieve patient satisfaction. Hospitals have an obligation to ensure that patients are satisfied with the health services that have been provided and ensure that all health workers have provided what patients are entitled to.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO), declared the COVID-19 or corona virus outbreak to be a global pandemic. children are at risk of contracting COVID-19 due to their high activity and tendency to group together (Pradana et al, 2020). In addition, children's immune function is immature, and children are susceptible to respiratory system infections (Nurhidayah et al, 2021). Vaccination against COVID-19 is one of the government's breakthroughs to fight and deal with COVID-19 in the world, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the Determinant Factors Affecting Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine for Children Aged 6 - 12 Years in the Work Area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a Cross Sectional approach. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 81 respondents who had school-age children 6-12 years in the working area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center. The independent variables in this study were knowledge, perceived seriousness, cues to act, perceived benefits, perceived obstacles. While the dependent variable is Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine. The statistical test in this study used the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, cues to act, perceived benefits, and perceived obstacles to Mother's Behavior in Receiving the Covid 19 Vaccine for Children Aged 6-12 Years with a p value of 0.000 <α = 0.05.

Abstract

Cases of pre-eclampsia in Bengkulu City are still one of the causes of maternal death. Based on data from medical colleagues, in 2013 it was 324/10000, 2014 experienced a slight decrease, namely 320/10000 January-October to 426 cases/10000 births caused by pre-eclampsia/eclampsia. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of Pre-eclampsia. Eclampsia at the Midwifery Polyclinic at the Mukomuko Hospital in 2022. This research was an accidental sampling study which was taken incidentally, the population was pregnant women who came to the midwifery polyclinic with a total sample of 81. Data collection was carried out using a direct interview technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using Univariate and Bivariate analysis with the chi-square test at α 5%. %), it was mostly known that pregnant women who had primiparous parity were at risk, namely 38 respondents (46.9%), a small number of pregnant women who had a history of hypertension before pregnancy experienced pre-eclampsia, namely 5 (6.2%), almost the majority of pregnant women who obese had preeclampsia 28 (34.6%). And the results of the chi-square value of ρ = 0.027, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, and 0.015, indicating a relationship between age history, family history of pre-eclampsia, parity, history of hypertension before pregnancy, and obesity with the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women at the Obstetrics Polyclinic Mukomuko Hospital in 2022... It is hoped that hospitals will increase counseling for pregnant women to carry out regular pregnancy checks so that possible complications during pregnancy can be detected early.

Abstract

Hand washing has health benefits, namely it can reduce the number of microorganisms, reduce germs found on dirty hands, so as to reduce the occurrence of infection. The goal of health education is to change people's or society's behavior from unhealthy behavior to healthy behavior. To change one's behavior can be done by teaching and learning. The role of nurses as educators can be done by helping clients to increase health knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education about hand washing on the level of knowledge and hand washing behavior of the patient's family at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital in 2022. The design in this study used a Quasy Experimental One-group pre-post test design method. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, the number of respondents was 26 patients' families who were in the internal medicine inpatient room at the Mukomuko Regional General Hospital. The independent variable in this study is the Influence of Health Education about hand washing while the dependent variable is knowledge and behavior of hand washing. Statistical tests in this study used the paired t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of health education on hand washing on the level of knowledge and hand washing behavior of the patient's family with a p value of 0.000 < α = 0.05. It is expected that nurses have a role in continuing to remind patients and families to practice hand washing behavior. Educational activities can increase the knowledge of the patient's family, which will lead to attitudes and ultimately foster individual or group behavior based on individual awareness and willingness to perform the six stages of hand washing.

Abstract

Hypertension causes high morbidity (illness) and mortality (death). In general, there are two ways to control blood pressure so that it remains stable, namely pharmacotherapy and lifestyle changes. The successful management of hypertension depends on the patient's own motivation and self-awareness to carry out self-care management designed to control symptoms and avoid complications. The purpose of this study is the relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to prevent complications with the degree of hypertension in the elderly in the working area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center in 2022. The design of this study used a descriptive corelational cross sectional method. Sampling used purposive sampling technique, the number of respondents was 54 elderly people with a diagnosis of hypertension. The independent variables in this study are self-efficacy and motivation and the dependent variable is blood pressure. Statistical tests in this study used the chi square test. The results obtained showed that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to prevent complications with the degree of hypertension in the elderly in the Working Area of ​​the Mukomuko City Health Center with a p value of 0.000 <α = 0.05. This research is useful for the community, especially the elderly with hypertension in order to be able to add insight and information about self-efficacy and motivation to prevent complications in order to control blood pressure.
