Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan analisis deskripsi kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa ditinjau dari self regulated learning dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model problem based learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed methods dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Sampel penelitian untuk penelitian kuantitatif dipilih dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling, terpilih kelas VII.6 sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Sedangkan sampel penelitian untuk penelitian kualitatif dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis, angket self regulated learning, lembar observasi, dan lembar wawancara. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji anova dua arah, sedangkan teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan teori Huberman. Analisis hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis dan wawancara mengacu pada empat indikator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis antara siswa belajar dengan menggunakan model problem based learning dengan siswa belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang memiliki self regulated learning tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan self regulated learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. 4) Siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning tinggi memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis sedang. 5) Siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning sedang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis sedang. 6) Siswa dengan kategori self regulated learning rendah memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis rendah.

Abstract

The use of gadgets in elementary school children is alarming. Prolonged use can lead to negative things for the growth and development of elementary school children. This service aims to realize the golden generation in 2045 by providing education to elementary school children about the impact of gadget use. There are 3 main focuses of the training that will be carried out, namely: Understanding and definition of gadget use, positive and negative impacts of gadget use, and minimizing gadget use. These three main activities are important activities that are followed by elementary school children. The results showed that the students were very enthusiastic and eager to participate in this educational activity. They actively asked questions and discussed the impact of gadgets. Students in this class showed commitment to apply the tips and strategies taught in the educational activities. They promised to reduce their gaming time, choose positive content, and interact more with friends and family. The education program also received a positive response from the school principal and teachers. The headmaster gave high appreciation for the initiative of the academician students in conducting this education. collaboration between the academician and the school is needed in order to realize the sustainability of the program that has been implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Jannah Ampenan. Dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif jenis deskriptif melalui wawancara dan observasi, penelitian ini mengkaji lima komponen utama manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, supervisi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen di madrasah telah berjalan cukup baik. Perencanaan pembelajaran telah dilakukan dimulai dari penyusunan RPP yang lebih spesifik guna meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Pengorganisasian kelas telah dilakukan dengan semaksimal mungkin, namun perlu peningkatan dalam manajemen waktu. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan berbagai variasi, tetapi perlu penambahan metode yang lebih interaktif. Supervisi dari kepala madrasah telah dilakukan, namun frekuensinya dapat ditingkatkan lagi. Sedangkan evaluasi perlu pengembangan instrumen yang lebih komprehensif. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen pembelajaran di madrasah ini telah berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan proses manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Arab di masa depan, sehingga dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study explores social support strategies provided by colleagues to students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Jember, who work while studying. Student-workers face challenges such as academic pressure, limited time, fatigue, and role conflict. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that colleagues offer various forms of support, including emotional, instrumental, informational, appraisal, and network support. These strategies help student-workers manage dual-role burdens and maintain balance between academic and work responsibilities.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis salah satunya disebabkan oleh model pembelajaran yang tidak secara aktif melibatkan siswa dalam proses belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, salah satunya adalah model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan PjBL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment dan desain nonequivalent control group design. Menggunakan teknik sampling  purposive kelas VII-C ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VII-D sebagai kelompok kontrol dalam penelitian yng dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Dewantara. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis terhadap data N-Gain  memperlihatkan Sig. 2-tailed sebesar 0,002. Oleh karena nilai Sig. 2-tailed yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka  bersesuaian dengan kaidah penerimaan hipotesis didapatkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa menggunakan pembelajaran PjBL lebih baik daripada siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi bidang datar di SMP N 1 Dewantara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan PjBL memberikan peningkatan terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, yang kedepannya menjadi salah satu dasar untuk untuk peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Background: A lack of personal hygiene among adolescents can lead to various health problems, particularly reproductive health problems. Providing information through education related to knowledge about personal hygiene is one way to help adolescents maintain their personal hygiene. Subjects and Method: This study's subjects were 65 female students at Dayah Insan Qurani. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling from 7th—and 8th-grade students. The independent variable was the level of knowledge, and the dependent variable was adolescents' attitudes toward personal hygiene. The analysis was univariate and bivariate with a Chi-Square test using SPSS version 25 software. Results:  The level of knowledge among the adolescent girls at Dayah Insan Qurani was good at 35.4%, while the negative attitudes were at 56.9%. The results of the bivariate test indicated that female adolescents with good knowledge had a positive attitude of 65.2%, while those with negative attitudes were at 34.8% with a p-value of 0.012. Conclusion: Female adolescents with a good level of knowledge tend to have positive attitudes compared to those with less knowledge. It is hoped that the roles of parents, teachers, and peers can enhance education for adolescents through various media, enabling them to possess good knowledge and positive attitudes regarding personal hygiene.

News headline writing is one of the most critical aspects because it can affect readers' perceptions of the issues reported. The headline is the main thing that can attract the attention of readers, therefore writing a good and correct headline can affect the way readers conclude the content of the news. Based on this, the problem in this study is how the form and function of euphemisms and dysphemisms used in E-Sumatera Ekspres news headlines, especially political, criminal and environmental headlines (August-October 2024 edition). The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the use of euphemisms and dysphemisms in E-Sumatera Ekspres headlines (August-October 2024 edition). The results of the study found a total of 9 euphemism data consisting of 2 data of euphemism in the form of figurative expressions, 1 data of euphemism in the form of remodeling, 3 data of euphemism in the form of circumlocution, and 3 data of euphemism in the form of one word to replace another word. Furthermore, 22 data of dysphemism were found, consisting of 15 data of dysphemism in the form of figurative expression, 3 data of dysphemism in the form of metaphor, 1 data of dysphemism in the form of flipansi, 2 data of dysphemism in the form of remodeling, and 1 data of dysphemism in the form of circumlocution. The data shows that not all categories of euphemisms and dysphemisms described by Allan and Burridge are found in the research data. The research method used is descriptive method. This research reveals that the use of euphemisms aims to soften the delivery of sensitive information to make it more acceptable to readers, while dysphemisms are used to attract attention by accentuating dramatic or controversial aspects in the news.

Abstract

Malnutrition among school-age children remains a challenge in Indonesia, including Riau Province. One strategy is providing supplementary foods from nutrient-rich local ingredients. Coconut pulp often treated as waste, still contains carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, and iron. Sago is an abundant local carbohydrate source, cookies were selected as the fortification medium because they are popular among children and. To evaluate the effect of coconut pulp flour addition on the organoleptic properties and acceptability of sago cookies. This experimental study applied a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four formulations of sago flour:coconut pulp flour, namely P0 (100:0), P1 (80:20), P2 (60:40), and P3 (50:50). Organoleptic tests (aroma, color, taste, texture) involved 56 semi-trained panelists, while acceptability testing was carried out with 29 children aged 10–12 years. Nutrient content was analyzed by proximate methods, and iron was measured using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). Data were analyzed using the Kruskal–wallis and Post-hoc tests at a 5% significance level. Coconut pulp flour significantly affected taste and texture (p<0.05), but not aroma or color (p>0.05). The best formulation was P1 (80:20), with an average organoleptic score of 4.01. Nutrient composition of P1 included: carbohydrates 44,4%, protein 5.22%, fat 26.69%, iron 29.03 mg, dietary fiber 18.72%, moisture 5.91%, ash 1.62%, and crude fiber 4,16%. Acceptability testing indicated most children rated P1 as “good.” Formulation P1 yielded cookies that were organoleptically well-accepted, with high levels of iron and dietary fiber, and demonstrated potential as a functional snack derived from local food sources. Subsequent studies are recommended to focus on stabilizing moisture content in accordance with SNI standards, as well as conducting interventions among malnourished children and adolescent girls at risk of anemia, in order to investigate the potential of these cookies in supporting the fulfillment of iron requirements

Abstract

Berdasarkan data tahun 2024, target peserta kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar di adalah sebanyak 323 ibu hamil, namun yang berhadir hanya sebanyak 171 orang. Hal ini berarti hanya 52,9% saja ibu hamil yang mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dari target 100%. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara singkat yang telah dilakukan kepada 10 ibu hamil, 4 ibu hamil mengakui teratur mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dan 6 ibu hamil yang menjawab tidak teratur kelas ibu hamil, dengan alasan tidak tahu apa kelas ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu hamil yang tercatat telah melakukan K4 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar sebanyak 44 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar responden dalam penelitian ini tidak teratur dalam mengikuti kelas ibu hamil, yaitu sebanyak 25 orang (56,8%). Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 19 orang (45,5%) teratur. Sebagian besar responden dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang kelas ibu hamil, yaitu sebanyak 29 orang (65,9%) sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 15 orang (34,1%) memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang baik. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,011 sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar.
