Abstract

This research describes the influence of marketing communication on the promotional team's performance at the Academy of Secretary and Management of Taruna Bakti. The research aims to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication to the getting of students and to know if there is a hidden influence between marketing communication and its execution in ASMTB. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Further, this research is equipped with path analysis to analyze the data. The results show some staggering findings. First, there is a strong relationship between marketing communication and the business world that used ASMTB's alumnae. The relation is 0.997, and if it is interpreted, the connection is solid. Second, there is also a relationship between marketing communication and potential students that will enter ASMTB. The relation is 0.151, and if it is interpreted, the relation is very weak. The last is, there is a close relationship between marketing communication and the alumnae. The relation is 0.345, and if it is interpreted, the relation is very week.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a communication model based on local wisdom originating from Sundanese culture, namely Silih Simbeuh, which is carried out by bureaucrats to socialize their policies to the public. The method used is qualitative, with a survey approach – descriptive. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. 29 research informants were determined purposively. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of reduction, display, analysis, and concluding. The objects of research are three governors who actively use social media, namely Anis Baswedan (DKI Jakarta), Ridwan Kamil (West Java), and Ganjar Pranowo (Central Java). The results show that the use of social media can be an effective and efficient communication tool in disseminating policies, through increasing public participation. This is shown in the form of following social media accounts, comments, reposts, and other interactions. The results of other studies show that the communication model using social media based on the Silih Simbeuh concept has proven to be effective in minimizing potential conflicts between policymakers and citizens and between citizens. The research location is narrow, the respondents are limited, and the methods used do not allow for generalizations. Further research is needed with more comprehensive coverage of respondents and methods Silih Simbeuh's local wisdom values can minimize conflicts in the communication process between policymakers and the community

Abstract

Pandemic memiliki dampak yang sangat besar dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan public yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat bagaimana perilaku Birokrasi, pola komunikasi Pemerintah serta regulasi yang diterapkan dalam pelayanan publikditengah pandemic seperti ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan literatur review. Literatur review diambil dari pnelitian terdahulu perihal pelayanan public dimasa pandemic yang dapat mendukung data untuk penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Konsolidasi bagi adaptasi pelayanan publik pada masa pandemi terutama bagi perilaku birokrasi, pola komunikasi dan regulasi perlu dilakukan pemerintah secara terpusat yang disertai dengan pengawasan seiring berjalannya dinamika perubahan yang mengikuti perkembangan situasi agar pelayanan publik bagi masyarakat dapat tetap berjalan dengan harmonis, baik bagi pelaku kebijakan maupun masyarakat sebagai tujuan dari pelayanan publik.

Abstract

: The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global health problem and causes various problems in the social, educational, and economic fields. One form of effort made by the government in efforts to deal with the effects of COVID-19 in the village is the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program, sourced from the Village Fund budget, but in its implementation there are still many problems related to effectiveness. In measuring effectiveness, three factors are used, including the accuracy of timing, whether the results of the analysis show that it is effective, and the accuracy in selecting the beneficiary families. The method used in this descriptive qualitative research is research that aims to describe and explain events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts or phenomena that occur in the field. The results showed that the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program had been running in accordance with the procedures set by the government and the accuracy of the targets, but there were still discrepancies in the information so that some people who should have received the assistance did not receive it. Meanwhile, obstacles to the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance, including access to some villages, are difficult to reach, resulting in delays in distribution.

Abstract

Purpose – Technology adoption is commonplace in household management to, among others, save time and effort in completing household chores today. This is marked by the burgeoning use of various household tools for cooking, washing, and the use of cell phones. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of household technology users and its effect on household management productivity.  Methodology – In this study, the method used was qualitative, with a survey-descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews with 19 purposively selected informants, observation, and documentation study and then analyzed in stages, i.e., reduction, display, analysis, and conclusion drawing. Findings – The results showed that the use of technology in household management boosted housewives’ productivity, which in turn affected the roles of other family members. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that most housewives could use technology to form happy, peaceful, and prosperous families. Based on these findings, the use of technology has a favorable influence on how housewives execute their duties in managing households, particularly with regard to the object under investigation. Originality – This research develops the role of women in household management supported by the use of technology.

Abstract

  Introduction: The elderly population continue to increase. Health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially that allows everyone to live a socially productive life. HypertFDXCension is a major health problem in developed and developing countries, hypertension is a non-communicable disease and is the number one cause of death globally Objectives: To determine the effect of the relationship between attitudes and self-efficacy with the activeness of posbindu visits to patients with hypertension in the working area of ​​the Sidoharjo Health Center, Sragen Methods: This type of research was quantitative, this research method used cross sectional. Sampling of 65 respondents. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square test. Results: The results showed a positive relationship between self-efficacy and activity with p value 0.013 with an OR value of 10.6. Attitude and activity also show a positive relationship as evidenced by the p value of 0.005 and the OR value of 21.6 Conclusions:  There was a significant relationship between attitude and self-efficacy with the activeness of Posbindu visits in patients with hypertension in the work area of ​​the Sidoharjo Health Center, Sragen.

Abstract

Background: MPASI is a food introdued to infants at 6 months of age to meet their nutritional needs. According to Indonesia hralth demography surveys beby who reeive 0-1 months 9,6%, at 2-3 months at 16,7%, and 4-5 months at 43,9%. Objective : Find out the level of mother’s knowledge about giving weaning food to baby aged 6-12 months. Methods: Descritive research. The sampling technique with total sampling of 37 mothers in Pengkol village. Results: The results of the univariate show the respondents characteriate as folloe some mothers had graduated in hight school (62,2%), aged 20-35 years (81,1%), woeked as housewife (62,2%), and the level of mother’s knowledge in medium category (78,4%). Conclusion : The research showed that the level of mother’s knowledge about giving weaning food to beby is medium (78,4%)

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Karangmulya masih rendah hal ini dikarenakan belum optimalnya manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang diduga pelaksanaan strategi pemerintahan desa yang belum optimal.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi analisis statistik dengan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi dan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang yang menggunakan teknik sample cluster lembaga masyarakat Desa Karangmulya.Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa strategi pemerintahan desa masih kurang baik kurang baik dilihat dari perencaan, pengawasan, dan masukan, terhadap Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa serta pengelola BUMDes yang kurang baik dilihat dari tindakan yang dilakuakan masih belum sesuai yang berdampak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Karangmulya hal ini terilhat masih kurang responsif dari masyarakat dalam peningkatan perekonomiannya.Adapun pengaruh Strategi pemerintahan desa mempeunyai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen badan usaha milik desa sebesar 84,70%, Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sebesar 73.60%.  Temuan dilapangan target kerja kepala desa harus mengukur kemampuan dan dukungan dari berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah sumberdaya manusia yang memadai dan mempunyai kompetensi yang baik, delegasi yang di berikan oleh kepala desa dalam manajemen badan usaha milik desa

Abstract

A cultural and population changes have a biggest influence, the older Asian population, India became the second most influential country after the United States, the high investment costs, the lack of competence and competitiveness of Indonesian human resources as the second largest country after India resulted in the ASIA business situation and required Indonesia changed to become a country that counts in ASIA through the development of mindset and character based on local wisdom owned. The implementation of characteristic sharing organizational culture based on Pancasila philosophy and research based on local wisdom "sareundeuk saigel sabobot sapihanean, silih asih silih asuh silih, simbeuh at sunda with symbol of culture grandeur of kingdom Sumedang become base to change mindset and improve competence of competitiveness Indonesia facing ASIA future shock 2020. The methodology using a literature study review and research is descriptive of local wisdom as a local cultural collaboration received by both internal and external environments and its findings are recommended to decision-makers for practical action in solving problem. Characteristics of sharing organizational culture implemented in the economic, cultural, social sector is the mindset to establish relationships with business actors through the use of culture, chinese trade, using the number of workers of low-educated classes, local raw materials, gender and anti-monopoly attitude through equal dimensions value harmonious, loyal, work together, survive and high spirit.

Abstract

Changes in organizational climate and employee mutation as a consequence of changes in organizational structure are the interesting things for an object of research. This research is directed to explaine the influence of organizational climate and mutation through job satisfaction on employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling.  The analysis shows that: The influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction is categorized as weak but significant. The influence of mutation on job satisfaction is categorized as weak and insignificant. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance is categorized weak and significant. The effect of mutations on employee performance is categorized weak and it is not significant. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is categorized weak but significant. The influence of organizational climate and mutation on job satisfaction is categorized moderate and significant. The influence of organizational climate, mutation and job satisfaction on employee performance categorized as moderate and significant. The efforts that can be made to improve employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency are by giving fair rewards to employee performance, carrying out mutations in a planned and periodic manner, and improving communication between work units so as to create synergies to achieve performance targets.
