Abstract

This study uses Palugada Printing as the object of study, which is a small-medium-scale MSME engaged in printing and product branding services. The purpose of this study is to assess various risks that hinder the achievement of Palugada Printing's business objectives and determine the best treatment for possible risks. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive method and applies the ISO 31000 Framework analysis to carry out the process of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment, with the help of the Risk Management Matrix in assessing risk levels. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 main types of risks with a total of 13 risk events, including 4 events with Low Risk Level, 5 events with Medium Risk Level, and 4 events with High Risk Level that require special attention, limited business capital, lack of labor, not yet registered trademarks and designs to the HAKI system, and unstable cash flow. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing systematic risk management for MSMEs in the printing sector in order to improve operational stability, financial efficiency, and competitiveness amidst increasingly fierce digital competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on asset, dan debt to euity ratio secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham perusahaan indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat assosiatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpossive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel menggunakan program Eviews 13. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial return on asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa return on asset , dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The global economy has experienced significant instability due to various factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical conflicts, the exchange rate of the rupiah, Bank Indonesia’s interest rate (BI Rate), rising inflation, and changes in monetary policy. These conditions have directly impacted market performance, marked by stock price fluctuations and increased investment uncertainty. This study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock prices of Food and Beverage Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2024. The data used in this study are sourced from financial reports published during the specified period. The research method applied is panel data regression analysis to determine the relationship and influence between independent variables (NPM and DER) and the dependent variable (stock price). The results show that NPM has a positive effect on stock prices, indicating that higher NPM reflects better performance and profitability, which can attract investors and cause stock prices to rise. Meanwhile, DER has a negative effect, showing that higher DER values tend to lower stock prices and reduce investor interest in those stocks.

Abstract

Low mathematics achievement among Grade V students at UPTD SD Negeri 136 Barru was associated with limited classroom participation, textbook-dominated instruction, infrequent collaborative activities, and low learning motivation. This study aimed to examine the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model and its effectiveness in improving the mathematics learning process and student achievement. Classroom action research employing a mixed-methods approach was conducted with one teacher and 21 students. Data were collected through observation, achievement tests, and documentation and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The intervention was considered successful when teacher and student learning activities reached the Good (B) category and at least 76% of students achieved learning mastery. The findings showed that teacher and student activities improved from the Fair (C) category in Cycle I to the Good (B) category in Cycle II. The proportion of students achieving mastery also increased from 62% in Cycle I to 80% in Cycle II. These findings demonstrate that the TGT cooperative learning model effectively improved both the instructional process and mathematics learning outcomes of Grade V students. The study provides practical evidence that structured team-based competition can promote active participation, collaborative learning, and improved mathematics achievement in primary education.
