Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation on employee productivity at PT. Daimatu Industri Indonesia. The research method employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that job satisfaction, motivation, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. Partially, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while compensation has a significant negative effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 22.2% shows that the independent variables explain only a small portion of the variation in employee productivity, with the remaining 77.8% influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that the company should focus more on improving job satisfaction and employee motivation, while also reevaluating the compensation system to ensure it does not negatively impact productivity. This research contributes to the development of human resource management theory and provides practical insights for manufacturing companies in formulating strategies to enhance employee productivity. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PR Konci Mas Sakti, a cigarette factory in Bululawang, Malang Regency. A quantitative research approach is employed, with a population comprising factory employees. Using a non-probability sampling technique, a sample of 86 respondents was selected. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, and SPSS version 25.0 was utilized for data analysis. The results indicate that leadership style (X1), work environment (X2), and compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of pricing strategies, promotions and product quality on customer satisfaction. The population in the study of consumers who have bought or used Fashion SCH products in Malang City, the sample collected was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This study uses primary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis tests. The findings of this study are that pricing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Pricing Strategy, Promotion, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of e-service quality, price perception and digital promotion on customer loyalty. This type of research is explanatory research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used the Maholtra formula with a sample size of 80 respondents. To solve problems in research using SPSS assistance. Abstract

Abstact This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work environment, and human resource development on employee performance at BUMdes Mitulungi in Tulungrejo Village. Aquantitative approach was used, with survey data collected via questionnaires distributed to 37 respondents, comprising all BUMdes employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both simultaneous and partial effects of each independent variable on employee performance. The results indicate that transformational leadership, work environment, and human resource development simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Individually, each variable also shows a significant influence on performance improvement. Abstract

Abstract This study purpose to analyze the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Malang City. This research employs an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 60 teachers selected using a saturated sampling technique from four MI schools in the Lowokwaru District. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment) and the dependent variable (OCB). The results show that organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on OCB. Partially, each of the three independent variables also has a positive effect on OCB. The Adjusted R² value of 57.3% indicates that the model used is able to explain a majority of the variation in OCB. These findings emphasize the importance of improving organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and the work environment in fostering organizational citizenship behavior within the educational context. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to test and analyze whether Influencer Social Media, Brand Awareness and Brand Image simultaneously influence Brand Loyalty at the Ethica Fashion Store Malang. The type of research used in this research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Ethica Fashion Store customers in Malang. Sampling was based on the Malhotra formula and 75 respondents were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the Social Media Influencer variables (X1), Brand Awareness (X2) and Brand Image (X3) on Brand Loyalty (Study on the Brand Fashion Ethica Fashion Store Malang City). Partially, the Social Media Influencer variable does not have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty, while the Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on Brand Loyalty, and the Brand Image variable does not have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty. Keywords: Influencer Social Media, Brand Awareness, Brand Image and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, commitment, and organizational structure on the performance of student organization members, with a case study on the Ikatan Mahasiswa Alumni Salafiyah Syafi’iyah (IKMASS) Malang Raya. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents selected using purposive sampling from a total population of 56  active IKMASS members. The data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that simultaneously, communication, commitment, and organizational structure influence member performance. However, partially, only the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, commitment and organizational structure do not show a significant influence. These findings highlight the importance of effective communication in enhancing the performance of student organization members. Keywords: Communication, Commitment, Organizational Structure, Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of training, work culture, and inclusive leadership on employee performance at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques employed include multiple linear regression. The results indicate that training, work culture, and inclusive leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, each of these variables also has a significant individual effect. These findings confirm that improving human resources through training, fostering a positive work culture, and implementing inclusive leadership are crucial to enhancing employee performance in the banking sector. Keywords: Training, Work Culture, Inclusive Leadership, Employee Performance.
