Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang. There are 51 employees in this organization so in this study the sample was taken using the census method because respondents were all employees in the organization. For statistical analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. From the statistical results obtained using multiple regression analysts that leadership has a calculated t value greater than t table (2,011) of 2.947, motivation of 3.034, work discipline of 3.342 and the results of the F test showed 16.636. This shows that leadership has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance while simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on the performance of UPT overlapping water resources management Tumpang employees. Key words: leadership, motivation, discipline of work and the employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of MSMEs is a manifestation of true entrepreneurship and is deeply rooted in the daily work of entrepreneurs in their respective fields of business. Like ordinary people, people with disabilities need decent work to continue living with all the limitations despite all the limitations they have. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the variables of entrepreneurship motivation, independence and self-efficacy that affect business success in people with disabilities in the city of Malang by applying snowball sampling technique with several criteria obtained as many as 60 respondents. The research method uses multiple linear regression tests such as t test, R square determination and F test to obtain the results that simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial motivation, independence, and self-efficacy affect business success, while partially self-efficacy does not affect business success. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Motivation, Independence, Self-Efficacy, Business Success

Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF PURNA PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) IN IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMY. Data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) shows that the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program for placing workers abroad is one alternative to reduce unemployment in the country. However, the role of Purna PMI's efforts on community economic development in Malang Regency has not been widely studied. With this service, it is hoped that it will be known how mu ch the efforts of Purna PMI have played a role in expanding job opportunities, empowering the community's economy. The method used in this research is the Community Based Interactive Approach Method (CBIA). The socialization was carried out by providing material on the community's economy from the perspective of Management, Employment, Organization and Banking. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to Retired PMI. With the implementation of the socialization program regarding the improvement of the community's economy, all parties benefit, especially for the Retired PMI Malang Regency. Overall, the implementation of the socialization can be said to be successful because the participants were able to master it, as evidenced by the distribution of questionnaires to the participants and the comparison of the percentage before and after the socialization that was obtained with the figure before socialization was 21% and after socialization was 84%.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah, Musyarakah and Murabahah financing income on profit growth at KSPPS BMT UGT Nusanatar Head Office periose 2018-2021. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all financial statements of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, where the sample in this study consisted of 4 samples in the form of annual financial reports of KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Head Office 2018-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Mudharabah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth, Musyarakah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth and Murabahah financing income had a significant positive effect on net profit growth. While simultaneously Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing income affect net profit growth. Keywords: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah financing income, net profit growth.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The location of this research was carried out on active members of the 2021/2022 Malang Raya Formation. This research is a quantitative research. This study used the case study method where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to members of the Malang Raya 2021/2022 Formas management who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula with the results of 90 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test show that simultaneously affective commitment, continuing commitment, and normative commitment have a significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The results of the determination test show a proportion of 78.2%, where the performance of the board can be influenced by organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style. It is suggested to the next researcher that it is expected to be able to examine the performance of the management using another methodology due to the possibility of bias towards the respondents' answers in the questionnaire. Keywords : Management Performance, Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and digital marketing on the decision to purchase Aerostreet shoes for students at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The independent variables used are product quality, price, digital marketing, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who purchased Aerostreet shoes. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that the variables of product quality, price, digital marketing partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Price, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the Influence Of Training, Compensation And Work Motivation On Employee Performance At Pt. Second Best Packing (Sbp) Mojokerto. This type of research includes is quantitative. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Determination of the sample using the formula slovin and obtained a sample of 72 respondents. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. The variables Training, Compensation, Work Motivation , significant simultaneously significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of self-service techniques and the quality of service and digital marketing on Shopee Food customer satisfaction. The data used in this study were distributing questionnaires to participants and using primary and secondary data to determine the number of active business students in the department. The population of this survey consisted of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang class of 2019, but the sample for this survey consisted of 95 people with certain criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis using F-tests and t-tests to test hypotheses. Research also shows that shopeefood has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In part, self-service technology, service quality, and digital marketing have a significant impact on Shopee Food customer satisfaction. Keywords: Self Service Technology, Service Quality And Digital Marketing

Abstract

Abstract The goal of this research is to determine how elements such as product, price, location, and promotion affect consumers' decisions to buy. Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted. The Consumers of the Products are the population in this study Varisya Collection Tumpang. Although this study's sample was calculated using the Slovin formula so there are 112 samples. Using a questionnaire, we collected primary data. The data analysis technique used includes the instrument test for validity and reliability, the traditional assumption test for Hypothesis testing for partial test, stealth test, and coefficient of determination, as well as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the research's partial findings, product has a major impact on buying decisions, price has a negative impact on buying decisions but still has a considerable impact, location has no significant impact on buying decisions, and promotion has a significant impact on buying decisions. Keyword : Product, Price, Place, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Motivation, Reward and Career Development on Productivity in CV Arjuna Flora Employees. The population in this study was all employees of CV Arjuna Flora. The method in data collection uses a questionnaire with a sample number of 46. The independent variables in this study are motivation, reward, and career development. The independent variable is productivity. The analysis method uses multiple linear analysis processed through SPSS Statistics IMB 25. The results of this study simultaneously show that Motivation, Reward and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Productivity. Partially, Motivation, Reward and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Reward, Career Development and Productivity.
