Abstract

Sidorejo adalah sebuah desa di wilayah Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang, yang mengalami kemajuan luar biasa, dikarenakan peran Kepala Desa, beserta staff dalam bekerja memajukan desa, sehingga berhasil membawa Desa Sidorejo menjadi desa yang maju dan berprestasi. Terlihat berbagai macam pembangunan sarana dan prasarana desa yang semakin memadai. Hal ini mampu mengangkat nilai ekonomi dan kesejahteraan warga desa Sidorejo. Peran serta dan terobosan pemikiran program pemberdayaan kemasyarakatan oleh Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Desa Sidorejo, berperan dalam mendorong kesuksesan tersebut. BUMDes merupakan lembaga yang didirikan desa untuk meningkatkan potensi desa dan menambah pemasukan desa. Akan tetapi potensi ekonomi Desa Sidorejo belum dikelola secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi desa dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan dan percepatan pembangunan di Desa Sidorejo Kecamatan Jabung. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah partisipatif, yaitu metode yang berorientasi kepada upaya peningkatan peran masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses dan pelaksanaannya. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan melalui sharing berkaitan dengan identifikasi potensi desa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak usaha dan potensi ekonomi yang dapat menunjang penendapatan dan percepatan pembangunan desa belum dikelola secara optimal serta menghadapi kendala yang perlu diberikan alternatif pemecahannya. Dengan adanya identifikasi tersebut dapat dijadikan informasi oleh pemerintah dan tim penggerak PKK Desa Sidorejo dalam mengelola potensi ekonomi desa secara Optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan pendampingan adalah membekali para jama’ah Masjid Al Hidayah dengan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait kewirausahaan, melalui berbagai pogram antara lain: peningkatan kemauan dan kemampuan jiwa kewirausahaan, peningkatan sumber daya para jama’ah dengan memupuk rasa keberanian dalam menangung resiko, mengembangkan kreatifitas, memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang peluang bisnis dan program-program pembangunan yang memberikan prioritas pada upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dibidang sosial ekonomi. Mayoritas jama’ah masjid Al Hidayah memiliki status ekonomi menengah kebawah, maka target yang ingin dicapai adalah pendampingan pemanfaatan potensi lokal ke arah usaha produktif, pendampingan pemanfaatan modal usaha untuk penambahan pendapatan keluarga, mampu membuat produk-produk olahan susu.serta mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen usaha (termasuk produksi), kemauan dan kemampuan jiwa kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah partisipatif, yaitu metode yang berorientasi kepada upaya peningkatan peran masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses dan pelaksanaannya. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan melalui sharing berkaitan dengan peningkatan kemauan dan kemampuan jiwa kewirausahaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan yang baru terkait dengan kewirausahaan dan potensi ekonomi yang dapat menunjang pendapatan rumah tangga. Dengan pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan susu dapat memberi peluang bagi peserta untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of promotion through social media and price on purchasing decisions for Fiona brand fruit chips". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were social media followers of Fiona brand fruit chips who had made purchases. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total of 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of promotion through social media and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partial test results show that promotion through social media and price influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Social Media Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consists of 83 employees from PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Primary and secondary data were used to support the research.The findings indicate that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, job training does not significantly influence employee performance. In contrast, Kaizen culture and leadership style have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Plazza Pangestu Nusantara. Based on data analysis results using an Adjusted R Square of 0.298, it was found that job training, Kaizen culture, and leadership style contribute 29.8% to employee performance, while the remaining influence is from other variables outside the research model.  Keywords: Job Training, Kaizen Culture, Leadership Style and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image on the purchasing decision of Indomie instant noodle products simultaneously and partially on Warmindo consumers in Sidoarjo. The population in the study was the consumer of Warmindo who had purchased Indomie instant noodles at Warmindo at least once, the exact number of which was unknown. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products and partially product quality, price, digital promotion and brand image influenced the purchasing decision variable of Indomie instant noodle products. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Digital Promotion, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, interaction quality and service facilities on community satisfaction in Giripuro village. This study uses a verification method with a quantitative approach. and uses a Likert scale as a measurement tool. The sample of this study was selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with a snowball sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data testing uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that service quality, interaction quality, and service facilities have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction. Service quality partially affects community satisfaction. Interaction quality partially affects community satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of discounts, free shipping, and COD (Cash On Delivery) Check First payment on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study sample consists of 100 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that discounts, free shipping, and COD Check First payment have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings imply that e-commerce platforms like Shopee can optimize their marketing strategies by maintaining and enhancing these three factors to encourage consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Discount, Free Shipping, COD Check First, Purchase Decision, E-commerce

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted on permanent employees of PT Awana Sawit Lestari. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling method with 114 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS version 4. The analysis includes the outer model (Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity and Composite Reliability), inner model (R2 and Q2) and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that Job Stress does not affect Job Satisfaction, while Digital Leadership and Knowledge Sharing have a significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Additionally, Job Stress and Knowledge Sharing do not directly influence Innovative Work Behavior, whereas Digital Leadership has a positive impact on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Job Stress, Digital Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behavior. Keywords: Work Stress, Digital Leadership, Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Work Behavior, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of career development, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia, with a focus on the production employees of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 to identify the effect of independent variables on employee loyalty. The findings of this study are career development has a significant effect on employee loyalty, work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Career Development, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Fire Department of Batu City. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a population of 81 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, resulting in a sample of 43 employees with ASN (civil servant) status. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing through the F-test and t-test. The results show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment and organizational commitment do not have a significant influence. However, simultaneously, work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have been proven to significantly affect employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment
