Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership styles, rewards, and punishments on the performance of Social Service employees in Batu City 2023. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 50 employee respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis used in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The results of this study simultaneously the variables of leadership style, reward, and punishment have an effect on the performance of Social Service employees in Batu City 2023. While partially 1) the leadership style variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, 2) the reward variable has a significant and positive effect on performance employees, and 3) the punishment variable has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, reward, punishment, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions in e-commerce Shopee. This research used a case study of students at the Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study stated that price, product quality and brand image simultaneously had an effect on purchasing decisions and price had no partial effect on purchasing decisions while product quality and brand image had a partial positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work environment and workload on work stress. This research uses a population and sample of PR DD Tajinan Malang employees, totaling 47 respondents. Questionnaires were used as a data collection method. The data analysis methods used in this research are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The research results state that Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, and Workload have a significant effect on Job Stress. Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Stress. The work environment has a significant effect on work stress. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of personal characteristics, communication and organizational structure characteristics on organizational commitment. The research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 463 UAM FEB UNISMA administrators for the 2020-2021 period. While the sample used is probability sampling with 82 samples. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously personal characteristics, communication, and organizational characteristics have a significant effect on organizational commitment, while partially organizational structure characteristics have no significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Personal Characteristics, Communication, Organizational Structure Characteristics, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding school is one of the non-formal educational institutions spread across Indonesia. Pesantren is a unique form of “community” environment and has positive life values and religious education. However, at this time, along with the development of the era, Islamic boarding schools do not only teach about religious knowledge, nowadays Islamic boarding schools are experiencing an extraordinary shift in values, especially with regard to the world of work. If in the past, pesantren was still considered taboo when talking about work or worldly affairs, let alone developing entrepreneurship, now the development of entrepreneurship in the pesantren environment has become a necessity, especially if this is associated with pesantren education which prioritizes independence and hard work. With this entrepreneurial spirit will give birth to various types of creative businesses that are in accordance with local potential and resources, so that the economic independence of students will be realized. Abstract

Abstract Changes in the economic field can be felt in that financial activities are carried out more easily and instantly, thereby saving time and effort. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Lifestyle, Cashless Society, and e-WOM simultaneously on the decision to use the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code payment system. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019 who had used QRIS among students of the Islamic University of Malang. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that partially Lifestyle and Cashless Society had a significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system, while electronic word of mouth had no significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system. Simultaneously Lifestyle, Cashless Society, and e-WOM have a significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system. Keywords: Lifestyle, Cashless Society, e-WOM, Consumer Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, perceived price and product quality on purchasing intentions of ivory mas cooking oil. This research uses consumer studies at the Hadi Jaya store in Malang City. The data obtained in this study by distributing questionnaires to consumers of ivory mas cooking oil at the Hadi Jaya shop. This study used a purposive sampling method using the slovin formula to determine the number of samples and it can be seen that the number of samples is 90 respondents. The analytical method in this study is the research instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test, t test) and processing determination coefficient test the data used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price perceptions and product quality simultaneously influence the purchase intention of ivory cooking oil. Meanwhile, brand image, price perception and product quality simultaneously and partially affect the purchase intention of ivory mas cooking oil. Keywords:: Brand image, price perception and product quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng is a village business unit that focuses on the cultivation and marketing of freshwater fish. The purpose of establishing BUMDes is to increase village potential, increase village income, and make it easier for the community to be able to consume fresh water fish to meet the nutritional needs of the community with the nutritional content present in fish. This service activity aims to add insight into Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes regarding the importance of developing digital marketing to increase the promotion of fresh water fish sales. The method of implementing this community service is participatory, namely a method that is oriented towards efforts to increase the role of the community directly in the process and its implementation. This assistance is carried out through sharing digital marketing knowledge, preparing the formation of media used for digital marketing, as well as the realization of digital marketing, and monitoring implementation. The results of this service activity show that developing digital marketing at Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes has a problem, namely, there is no workforce that can be given responsibility for implementing digital marketing. Therefore, the servant provides advice and understanding to the Karya Muda Pandanajeng BUMDes director to appoint members who have knowledge of social media and digital marketing, who can then develop online marketing through social media marketing.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Freshwater Fish, BUMDes ABSTRAKBUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng merupakan unit usaha desa yang berfokus terhadap budidaya dan pemasaran ikan air tawar. Tujuan pendirian BUMDes ini untuk meningkatkan potensi desa, menambah pemasukan desa, serta mempermudah masyarakat untuk dapat mengonsumsi ikan air tawar guna mencukupi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat dengan kandungan gizi yang ada dalam ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan terhadap BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng mengenai pentingnya melakukan pengembangan pemasaran secara digital demi meningkatkan promosi penjualan ikan air tawar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah partisipatif, yaitu metode yang berorientasi kepada upaya peningkatan peran masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses dan pelaksanaannya. Pendampingan ini dilakukan melalui sharing keilmuan pemasaran digital, persiapan pembentukan media yang digunakan untuk pemasaran secara digital, serta realisasi pemasaran secara digital, dan pemantauan pelaksanaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melakukan pengembangan pemasaran secara digital di BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng memiliki kendala yakni, belum adanya tenaga kerja yang dapat diberi tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, pengabdi memberikan saran serta pengertian terhadap direktur BUMDes Karya Muda Pandanajeng untuk menunjuk anggota yang memiliki pengetahuan mengenai media sosial dan pemasaran digital, yang selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan pemasaran secara online melalui sosial media marketing.Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Digital;,  Ikan Air Tawar, BUMDes

Abstract

Abstract In this research, the researcher aims to determine the existence of influence brand image, lifestyle and quality product on purchasing di decisions. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study used non-probability sampling which was obtained from the number of consumers who bought Iphone products at Billphone Malang from February to July 2023 as many as 215 consumers. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with the slovin method and a total sample of 68 respondents who had made purchases at Billphone Malang was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained by researchers that partially brand image influences purchasing decisions, lifestyle influences purchasing decisions and product quality influences purchasing decisions of Malang Billphone customers. Meanwhile, it was simultaneously found that brand image, lifestyle and product quality had an influence on the purchasing decisions of Billphone Malang customers.  Keywords :Brand Image, Lifestyle, Product Quality and Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, product quality and brand trust on repurchase (case study on Wardah consumers at Bravo Tulungagung Store). In this study, the number of the population is unknown. Therefore, this study uses the Lemeshow formula to determine the number of samples, with a result of 100 respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data sources as well as data collection methods using online questionnaires (Google From). For data analysis, SPSS Version 25 software was used to analyze instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that the variables of brand awareness, product quality and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. The brand awareness variable had a significant effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. Product quality variables have a significant effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. However, the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Product Quality, Brand Trust, Repurchase
