Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Waroeng Om products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: a) know the partial influence Motivation (X1) and Quality (X2) on Performance (Y). B) to know and analyze simultaneously Motivation and Quality to the Performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach.Sources of data of this research is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires and questionnaires) to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Malang. The data used is primary data. This analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation and quality partially influence on the performance, while for the motivation variable has no partial influence on performance and for simultaneous test shows that the quality effect simultaneously on the performance.Keywords: Motivation, Quality and Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of price, product design, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles at the Putra Rinjani Dealer Tulungagung, (2) the effect of price on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (3) the influence of design product on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (4) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (5) the influence of promotion on Honda automatic motorcycle purchase decisions. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research method by distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents of Honda motorcycle consumers at the Putra Rinjani Dealer Tulungagung. The results showed that (1) the variables of price, product design, product quality and promotion simultaneously influence the purchase decision of Honda automatic motorcycles, (2) Price partially does not affect the purchase decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (3) Partial product design partial has no effect. . affect the purchasing decision of Honda matic motorcycles, (4) product quality has partial effect on purchasing decisions of Honda matic motorcycles, (5) promotion has partial effect on purchasing decisions of Honda matic motorcycles. Keywords: Price, Product Design, Product Quality, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThe main of this research are to examine the impact of dividend policy, thedebt policy and profitability though the value of company. The data that used onthis research is secunder data, that is a report of company’s debit in ConsumerGoods, listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) annual report in2012-2015. The sampling method used in this study is purposive samplingmethod. Samples that passed the criteria in this study were 19 company inConsumer Goods. Data processing method used is descriptive analysis, theclassical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, F test, T test and the coefficientof determination test. The results showed that the dividend policy significantnegative effect on the value of the company and the debt policy has no effect onthe value of the company. As for the effect on the profitability of the company'svalue. Simultaneously, the house variable, DPR, DER, ROE significant effect thePBV. Furthermore, to examine determination of coefficient R2 value squard is0,0545 it means that the changing of dependent variable is caused by independentvariable that is 54,5%. While 45% the rest it is caused by other factor which isoutside from this research.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to determine the effect of trust, ease, diversity of products and lifestyles to the purchase kepijan Hijab brand hijab princess. To be able to achieve that goal used multiple linear regression analysis, F-test & t test. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires distributed to all Students Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang force 2013-2016 Social Media Instagram Users. The population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang force 2013-2016 Users Social Media Instagram. The use of samples using incidental sampling method, based on chance, obtained 68 respondents who became the sample in this study. Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously the trust, ease, diversity of products and lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decisions. While the partial trust, product diversity and lifestyle have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and partially ease no significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: Trust, Ease, Product Diversity, Lifestyle, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTNature tourism is a from of tourism activities that utilize the potential ofnatural resources and environmental order. Natural tourism omah wood is atourism that has a concept of tourism made of wood that is founded on pine treesthat grow on the slopes of many mountains. Beautiful scenery that can be enjoyedin natural attractions omah wood is the main attraction for visitors to stay or thetourists who come just to take pictures. Because of the interest of visiting can leadto public perceptions about nature tourism. The problem formulation in thisresearch is how influence of perception of value, brand perception and priceperception to the interest of visiting the tourists who exist in natural tourism omahwood. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how the influenceperseption value, brand perception and price perceptions of visiting interest innatural tourism omah wood. Population in this study is the visitors of naturaltourism wooden urban stone. Samples taken in this study as many as 2000samples with the method of purposive sampling. Data type used is primary data.This type of research is hypothesis testing research. Using multiple linearmethods. The conclusion of this study is the variable of perception of value have asignificant effect on the interest of visiting. Variable perseption brandsignificantly influence the interest of visiting, variable perception of price have asignificant effect on the interest of visiting. The variables of perception of value,brand perception and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect oninterest in visiting.Keywords : Value Perception, Brand Perception, Price Perception,VisitingInterest, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock returns. The population in this research are all the Consumer Goods Industry Companies that Go Public in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014 to 2015 period. The sampling in this research is using purposive sampling technique with 35 companies. Techniques of analysis in this research using multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. The results showed that Earning per Share (EPS) has positive effect but not significant on stock return of Consumer Goods Industry Companies that go public in IDX period 2014 to 2015 with regression coefficient 0,569 and the value of significant 0,00016. While Return On Equity (ROE) has positive effect and significant on stock returns with regression coefficient 1,52752 and the significant value 0,014. And then, Price Earning Ratio (PER) has negative effect and not significant on stock returns with regression coefficient -0,00333 and a significance value 0,296. The results showed Adjusted R2 of 17,3% that the contribution of EPS, ROE and PER to stock return is 17,3%.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of total quality management(TQM), performance measurement system and reward system on managerialperformance. Population of this research is all employee CV. Singkong Arto Maswhich amounted to 215 employees. The sample in this research using purposivesampling technique as many as 55 respondents. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression.The results of this study partially total quality management (TQM) havea significant negative effect on managerial performance, while performancemeasurement system and reward system have no effect on managerialperformance. Simultaneously total quality management (TQM), performancemeasurement system and reward system have an effect on managerialperformance.Keywords : Total Quality Management (TQM), performance measurement system,reward system, managerial performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) explain the direct effect of Sales Promotion Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) explain the effect of Sales Promotion and Service Quality on Repurchase Interests, (3) explain the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interests (4) explain the influence Direct Sales Promotion Service Quality for Repurchase Interests in Variable Mediation Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consisted of Sales Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Interest. The population criteria in this study are consumers with a minimum age of 17 years, are in the city of Malang at the time of research, and have purchased GrabBike Online services in the Malang City area, especially Lowokwaru District, at least once. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the method of collecting data through a questionnaire directly (offline) to 116 respondents who fit the criteria of the population. Abstract

Abstract               The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of Work discipline, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Performance of Employees at Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. Population in Research All employees working in the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. The sample used is the Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. As for Sampling Technique that if less than 100 better taken all so this research is census research.               Based on the results of this study it is known that the independent variables simultaneously affect Significantly to the bound variable is known value Fhitung 25,426 with the value of sig 0,000 <0,05 then H1 di terimah, meaning the variable discipline work, motivation and Commitment Organization simultaneously affect on Employee Performance. As well as work discipline variables, it is known that THTI value 8,725 with sig value 0.000, <0,05 means partially effect on the performance of employees. The variable of motivation is known value of Thitung 527 with value of sig 0,601> 0,05 meaning that motivation variable do not influence partially to employee performance. Organizational Commitment Variables known Thitung value -320 with sig value 0.750> 0.05 means Organizational Commitment variable does not partially effect on employee performance Keyword : Work discipline, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Performance Employees
