Abstract

ABSTRACTFor two years beginning in the 2015-2016 period of profitability has fluctuated over the period. In the present study the authors will discuss on Funding and Liquidity Risk on profitability. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the effect of risk financing partially on profitability in Islamic banking (2) To determine the effect of liquidity partially on profitability in Islamic banking (3) To determine the effect of financing risk and liquidity simultaneously on profitability in Islamic banking ,This study uses a type of replication development research, this study included Explanatory Research this study took samples from the population by using purposive sampling or judgment sampling method. By using two types of variables: Dependent variable (the dependent variable) and Independent Variables (independent variable). Results from this study is the result of Financing Risk variables significant effect on profitability, while liquidity result and no significant negative effect on profitability.Keywords: Effects of Risk Financing, Liquidity, Profitability

Abstract

Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The culinary industry in Indonesia has developed since the early 2000s, giving rise to intense competition in the industry. The number of businesses that have sprung up has resulted in an increase in the number of similar businesses causing increasingly fierce competition. To deal with such situations and conditions, business actors are required to be quick and responsive in making decisions so that the businesses they establish can develop well. This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality, location and price on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of location on customer satisfaction and the effect of price on customer satisfaction.This study uses a qualitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Kedai Teman Kopi Malang. The sample in this study was 75 respondents obtained from the results of calculations using the Slovin formula. The variables in this study are Service Quality (X1), Location (X2), Price (X3) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 20.0 software for windows.The results showed that Service Quality, Location and Price Simultaneously Affect Consumer Satisfaction. Service Quality Partially Affects Consumer Satisfaction. Location Partly Affects Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend decisions on economic value added. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that is listed on the BEI in 2015-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 14.0 for Windows software. The results of sampling using the purposive sampling method and those that meet the sample criteria are as many as 20 companies.Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, it is concluded that simultaneous profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend decisions affect the economic value added. Partially, profitability variables and dividend decision variables affect the economic value added. While investment decision variables and funding decision variables do not affect the economic value added.Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Investment Decisions (PER), Funding Decisions (DER), Dividend Decisions (DPR), and Economic Value Added (EVA).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study in aim to know influence shopping lifestyle and of fashion involvement by simultan to Impulse buying behavior and influence of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement by parsial to impulse buying behavior. The type study is explanatory research. This research done in University of Islamic Malang. Population in this research is all student Faculty Of Economics University Islamic Malang 2013-2016 amounting to 1461 while research sampel amount to 100 respondent with sampling technique of accidental sampling.  Result of research indicate that by parsial shopping lifestyle have an effect on to impulse buying behavior and fashion involvement have an effect on signifikan by parsial to impulse buying behavior. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determined "The Influence of Workload, Work Discipline and Quality of Work on Employee Performance at the Injury Hospital Sidoarjo Clinic, Sidoarjo Regency". This type of research was a survey research that began in August 2021 with a population of all employees at the Sidoarjo Luka Home Clinic, both medical and non-medical employees. The sampling technique was in the form of total sampling, namely by taking the entire population for research, totaling 33 employees consisting of 20 medical employees (nurses) and 13 non-medical employees. The data analysis technique in this study wass a multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software and classical assumption testing. The research data was sourced from primary data and the data collection process used interviews and questionnaires. There are 3 types of questionnaires used, namely: (1) workload instruments with indicators of physical tasks, mental tasks and work organization; (2) work discipline instruments with indicators of obeying time rules, obeying company regulations and obeying behavioral regulations; (3) work quality instruments with reliability indicators in carrying out tasks, giving procedures, and responsibilities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that the variables of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Quality (X3) affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Sidoarjo Injury Home Clinic, with a significant value of each with value of 0.041 < 0.05, 0.013 < 0.05, and 0.026 < 0.0505 with a regression model of Y= 2.776 - 0.414X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.203X3. Simultaneously it can also be said to have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The calculation of the determinant coefficient also produces a value of 0.751 or 75.1%, which means that this research model is declared good because the value of the determinant coefficient is close to 100%. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Quality of Work, Performance, Luka Home Clinic

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze, describe and determine the effect of variety seeking, brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study on skincare product consumers Ms Glow Sumbawa). This type of research uses purposive sampling using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques used in this study are primery as the analysis technique. In this study the sample used is 85 respondents who will be the object of research. The method used is by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that variety seeking has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products, while brand image and product quality show that brand image and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products.Keywords : variety seeking, brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion to Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on the students of Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Malang. To be able to achieve the goal used method of analysis of data of normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F-test & t test. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang.Population in this research is student of Faculty of Economics from class of 2013/2014 until 2016/2017. The use of samples using nonprobability sampling technique using the method of accidental sampling with the criteria obtained 96 respondents who became the sample in this study.Based on the results of analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that simultaneously Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedoconic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying. While partially Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Sales Promotion significantly influence Impulse Buying in Malang Twon Square, Olympic Garden Mall, study on students of Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang .Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, and Sales Promotion, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this research is to know Dividend per Share (DPS), NetProfit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Price. Population inthis research is all Manufacturing Industry Company which listed in IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012-2015. Technique of sampling in this research usingpurposive sampling of 31 corporations. Analytical techniques in this study usingmultiple linear regression.The results showed that partially Dividend per Share (DPS) and Net ProfitMargin (NPM) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return onEquity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Whilesimultaneously Dividend per Share, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equityberpruh against Stock Price. The result of Adjusted R2 shows that Dividend perShare, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity contribution amounted to 43.5%against Stock Price.Keywords: Dividend per Share (DPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return onEquity (ROE) on Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intention To Leave Work . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,701 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,019 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,900. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention To Leave Work, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,587 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variabel terikat (Intention To Leave Work). Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja,   Intention To Leave Work
