Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purposes of this study are to find out and analyze of three independent variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  : (1) Commitment, (2) Communication, (3) Quality of Service on through Customer Satisfaction. This study used descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study are the customers of restaurant Ayam Nelongso Malang by the sampling of female customers who had purchased and customers who had loyal customers eat food. The accidental sampling used convenience sampling with the amount of respondent are 92. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows : Commitment has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  with  3,700 and significant value is 0,00 (2) Communication has an effect and significantly on the Customer Satisfaction with  4,798 and significant value is 0,00 (3) Quality of service has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction with  and significant value is 0,00 (4) Commitmen, Communication, Quality of service and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  33,249 and significant value is 0,00. Keywords : Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Commitment, Communication, Quality of Service To Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review, CelebrityEndorser, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of products skincare Ms Glow to Ms GlowAesthetic Clinic Malang Customers. This research uses explanatory research and quantitativeapproaches. The population and sample of this study are 90 customers of Ms Glow AestheticClinic Malang. In this study informasi collection techniques used in the form of questionnairesand interviews. To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test,normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysistest, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. Research using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that the OnlineCustomer Review, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Image variables influence PurchasingDecisions simultaneously, partially the variabels Online Customer Review affect the PurchaseDecision while the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image partially does not affect the PurchaseDecision of products skincare Ms Glow to customers of Ms Glow Aesthetic Clinic Malang.Keywords: Online Customer Review, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, leadership style and work motivation on cooperative Pakis village units both partially and jointly. Population and sample are all administrators totaling 42 people. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire deployment methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis .The results of the analysis show that partially compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style and work motivation do not affect the performance of employees of the fern village unit cooperative. Together, it shows that compensation, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance Leadership in the fern village unit cooperative.Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract               This research aims to: a) To know and analyze partially product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) to consumer saturation level (Y) on Indomie instant noodle product. B) to know and analyze simultaneously product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) to consumer saturation level on Indomie instant noodle product. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. The source of this research data is the spread of questionnaires (Questionnaire) to the consumer indomie in students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang. The data used are primary and secondary data. This analyst is done by using SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that product type (X1), product size (X2), product packaging (X3) have an effect on consumer saturation level (Y).                Keywords: Product type, Product Size, product packaging and consumer saturation level.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is to know influence cultural, social, psychological and personal by parsial to purchasing of noodles product of instan Noodles Mie Sedaap brand at student of university of Islamic Malang. To know influence cultural, social, psychological and personal by simultan to purchasing of noodles product of instan Noodles Mie Sedaap brand at student of university of Islamic Malang.Type this research is explanatory research. This research done at student Faculty Of Economics University of Islamic Malang school year 2013-2016 which consuming noodles of Sedaap amount to 1777 student while research sampel amount to 95 student with sampling technique of purposive sampling. Result of research indicate that variable cultural, social, personal, psychological have an effect by simultan to decision of purchasing of noodles instan Mie Sedaap brand. Abstract

Abstract This study aims 1) To determine the effect of soft skill and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance, 2) To know the effect of variable soft skill and work motivation partially to employee performance. The population in this study is the total employee Hotel Pelangi Malang, amounting to 80 employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on statistical test F showed that both variables have an effect because it has a significance value less than 5% real level. Result of t test show significant influence from both variable to employee performance Pelangi Hotel Malang, both have t value> of t table. R square results obtained results of 0.701 means there is a strong relationship between soft skills and work motivation on employee performance Pelangi Hotel Malang. R square of 0.701 which means that soft skill and work motivation in explaining the fluctuation of employee performance variable is 70,1%, while the rest of 29,9% influenced by other factors besides soft skill and work motivation Keywords: Soft Skill, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Methods of data analysis in this study using quantitative methods with data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires. Questionnaires distributed to employees of production at PT. GatraMapanNgijokarangploso. Measurements are made with Likert scaled one to five. The results showed no significant effect between motivation on employee performance and also found a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Bank BRI Office of Cash Unisma, Malang. This study aims to analyze the effect of core service quality and service quality peripherals to customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially. Independent variables from this research are core service quality and peripheral service quality, and customer satisfaction variable as dependent variable. The sample used is 98 respondents. Data collection method used is questionnaire. The analysis used is Analysis multiple linear by using IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Labat-1, Arus Kas, dan ROA dalam memprediksi Laba yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Laba (Labat-1), arus kas dan ROA terhadap laba yang akan datang (Labat). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Labat-1 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,837 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. Arus Kas berpengaruh negative dansignifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,312 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029. ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,767 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,111.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji 0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variable terikat ( Laba yang akan datang).Kata Kunci :Labat-1, Arus Kas, ROA dan Laba Yang Akan Datang

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling method which produces 37 samples in 2016-2018. The data used are secondary data taken through documentation techniques which consist of annual reports of banking companies in 2016-2018. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer simultaneously have a positive effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Partial testing shows that company size and leverage have no significant effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The concentration of ownership, auditor's reputation, and chief risk officer significantly influences the disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Keywords: company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer.
