This research is a mini-qualitative research that aims to synthesize the transformative da'wah values that exist in the Aceh Pop Culture Fest which is being held in Banda Aceh at 18 to 20 March 2023, the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office. Research data were obtained from 2 sources, namely: the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office website which contains activity information about the Aceh Pop Culture Fest Fest and video recordings of the festival during the activity. The results of the study show that the Aceh Pop Culture Fest Fest is a cultural accompaniment carried out among the younger generation. This activity contains transformative da'wah values because it is oriented towards empowering people from bad to good conditions, from weak to strong conditions, so they can be competent in a global world.

Abstract: Online games are a game that is very loved today. In Banda Aceh City, there are very many online game players based on online gambling. This is very troubling for the people of Aceh, especially Banda Aceh City. Seeing this, the Aceh Ulema Consultative Assembly (MPU) made a ban or prohibit online gambling games. This research was conducted to see the response of online game players to the ban using qualitative research methods. Research data were obtained from field observations and interviews. From this research it was found that there were several forms of prohibition made by the Aceh MPU regarding online games, especially online gambling, namely fatwa, tausiyah and matlumat. The results of this research can also be seen that many online gambling players are also found in crowded places such as coffee shops that use Wifi, which is usually visited a lot to complete tasks or work, although there has been a fatwa prohibiting playing online gambling. So researchers hope that the Aceh government can take stricter action for rule breakers, as well as be more aggressive in socializing about the ban on online gambling.Keywords: Online Games; Bans; Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh.Abstrak: Game online merupakan sebuah game yang sangat digandrungi saat ini. Di Kota Banda Aceh sangat marak pemain game online yang berbasis judi online. Hal ini sangat meresahkan masyarakat Aceh, khususnya Kota Banda Aceh. Melihat hal tersebut Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU) Aceh membuat larangan atau mengharamkan permainan judi online. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat respon para pemain game online terhadap larangan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa bentuk larangan yang dibuat oleh MPU Aceh terkait game online terkhususnya judi online, yaitu fatwa, tausiyah dan matlumat. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga dapat dilihat bahwa banyak ditemukan pula pemain judi online ini di tempat ramai seperti warung kopi yang menggunakan Wifi, yang biasanya banyak dikunjungi untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan, meskipun sudah ada fatwa yang melarang untuk bermain judi online. Sehingga peneliti berharap agar pihak Pemerintah Aceh dapat mengambil tindakan yang lebih tegas untuk pelanggar aturan, juga dapat lebih gencar melakukan sosialisasi tentang larangan judi online.Kata Kunci: Game Online; Larangan; Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama Aceh.

Instagram is currently one of the media most frequently used by students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Communication Sciences, North Sumatra State Islamic University to search for information. This research aims to find out how much influence the use of the Instagram account @ussfeeds has on fulfilling the information needs of followers among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Communication, North Sumatra State Islamic University. The theory used in this research is the Uses and Gratifications theory, new media and fulfilling information needs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires which are measured using a Likert scale, then processed and then concluded. This research used purposive sampling, with the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, and the total sample in this research was 78 respondents. The analysis method is in the form of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using the Spearman's Rho Rank-Order Correlation formula via SPSS version 29 and using the Guilford scale or correlation coefficient. The results of this research show that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, indicated by a significant value = <0.001, which means a significant number <0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between variable x and variable y. This means that there is an influence between the use of the @ussfeeds Instagram account on fulfilling the information needs of followers among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Communication Sciences, North Sumatra State Islamic University.On the Guilford scale the result (rho) = 0.666 means this valueis on a scale (0.41 – 0.70), then this shows that there is a significant relationship between variable x and variable y. The value of the coefficient of determination (r2) obtained a figure of 0.666, which meansshows that variable.

Background. The learning process at the State School of Builders located in Aceh Tamiang, interpersonal communication is more intense between teachers and students, because one of the learning methods for students with special needs is individualised learning. Purpose. This research aims to analyze how the teacher’s interpersonal communication model develops self relliance for junior high school deaf students at the Pembina Aceh Tamiang State Special School.Not only that, what communication barriers occur and efforts to overcome these communication barriers. Researchers use the interpersonal communication model and symbolic interaction theory from George Herbert Mead. Method. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, with research subjects consisting of 4 middle school level teachers who are deaf. Data collection techniques were semi-structured interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles, Huberman and Saldana theoretical techniques, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity technique that researchers use is source triangulation. Results. The results showed that the teacher’s interpersonal communication model in developing students’ self reliance at the Aceh Taming Pembina State Special School uses non-verbal and verbal communication. However, teachers often use non-verbal communication because of students’ limitations in hearing, making teachers and deaf students when interacting more dominantly use non-verbal communication. The effectiveness of teachers’ interpersonal communication with deaf students can be seen through 4 aspects, namely openness, empathy, supportive attitude, and positive attitude. There are 4 factors inhibiting teachers’ interpersonal communication with deaf students in improving the independence attitude of deaf students, namely: physical interference, physiological interference, psychological interference, and semantic interference. Conclusion. The conclusion of this research is that the teacher’s interpersonal communication model in developing student independence at the Tamiang Aceh Pembina State Special School uses non-verbal and verbal forms of communication. The meaning of verbal communication for tunagrahita is a sentence or utterance spoken from the mouth, or called a mouth mimic, while the nonverbal communication they use is called sign language or symbol language.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi komunikasi antarbudaya penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mensosialisasikan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif interpretif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Infoman dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 (sebelas) informan yang terdiri dari penyuluh keluarga berencana, akseptor KB metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang, akseptor KB non metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang dan pembantu pembina keluarga berencana desa (PPKBD). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyuluh keluarga berencana memiliki kompetensi komunikasi antarbudaya yang meliputi motivasi melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat agar dapat memilih kontrasepsi yang sesuai dan terhindar dari henti pakai penggunaan kontrasepsi, pengetahuan terkait materi penyuluhan dan pengetahuan budaya, kemampuan membangun komunikasi dengan masyarakat, kemampuan menerima perbedaan yang ada dimasyarakat dan memiliki karakter yang baik. Upaya yang dilakukan penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mengatasi hambatan komunikasi adalah membawa akseptor KB untuk memberikan testimoni kepada masyarakat, melakukan konseling kepada suami dan istri serta menjelaskan hukum penggunaan kontraspsi dalam agama Islam.

K-pop or Hallyu is the Korean wave, which is a feverish phenomenon ranging from music, drama, fashion, food and anything related to Korea. The entry of Korean culture into Indonesia is growing rapidly through drama series and K-pop music. Social media is very familiar among the public, social media also has a fundamental function, namely cultural transmission. Korean Popular culture is one of the results of cultural transmission which is now loved by many people. This study aims to determine the perceptions of Korean drama fans towards Korean culture through analysis of interview data with members of the @kdrama_menfess community on X social media. This research uses qualitative research methods with thematic analysis, collecting data with interview techniques, and using the Stimulus Organism Response (S-O-R) theory. The subjects studied were 10 informants from followers of the X account @kdrama_menfess who were purposively selected. The results of this study show that Korean drama fans find various interesting aspects in Korean dramas, such as interesting storylines and moments that illustrate Korean culture. The experience of watching Korean dramas also affects the way fans perceive Korean culture, with some feeling more connected to characters that reflect certain aspects of the culture.

This study aims to analyze the application of journalists in carrying out journalistic duties in Medan City. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research informants were ten people who were determined purposively. Observation, interviews, and documentation are data collection. Data analysis refers to the Milles-Hubberman model: data reduction, data presentation, drawing, and testing conclusions. The results of research on the application of journalists in carrying out journalistic duties in Medan City cannot be realized in totality because there are conflicts of interest, such as the interests of media authorities, advertisers, and the government who drive the news and the personal interests of journalists. It is possible to implement the independence of journalists with the style of writing Feature news (typical essays).

This study explores the practice of interfaith figure communication in efforts to build religious harmony among the community in North Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, group discussions, and documentation. The subjects include religious figures, community leaders, and government officials in North Labuhanbatu Regency. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, with stages of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that interfaith communication among religious figures in Labuhanbatu Utara is based on Islamic principles that respect human values and build harmony. This communication is crucial for strengthening social interactions and achieving common goals in creating sustainable harmony. Religious figures in the FKUB (Forum Komunikasi Umat Beragama) of Labuhanbatu Utara play a role in preventing religious conflicts through dialogue and coordination with local government. Barriers to building harmony among religious communities in Labuhanbatu Utara include distorted information and fake news on social media. The role of the internet and social media has changed how people obtain religious information, making religious figures more involved in politics and facing various challenges.

As the digital world develops rapidly, marketing dynamics also change, requiring constant strategy adaptation on the part of marketers. The emergence of Generation Z as a new economic force in the digital marketing era is one of the most significant developments in the last ten years. So, on this occasion the researcher wants to research the tricks and techniques of Generation Z in promoting a product to make the current digital marketing industry develop, this research is a case study conducted on generation Z influencers in carrying out tricks and techniques in promoting somethinc products. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, which allows researchers to understand individual or group behavior and related social phenomena. The research results revealed that Generation Z's use of influencer marketing techniques succeeded in attracting consumer attention and contributed to increasing sales of Somehinc products. This research also shows that Generation Z marketing techniques, especially through Instagram social media, have a significant impact on product marketing.

This research aims to analyze the communication patterns of islamic religious instructors in improving family resilience in bireun district. This research method is qualitative-descriptive. The time required to conduct research on communication patterns of Islamic religious instructors in fostering family resilience is carried out for 6 months, namely from March 2023 to September 2023. Based on the research results, researchers found the communication pattern of Islamic religious instructors with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience is carried out by direct and indirect communication by the instructor to the community. Communication messages carried out by Islamic Religious Counselors with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience are messages related to problems that occur in husband and wife families. Barriers to Islamic religious instructors' communication patterns with the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience are psychological barriers, because husband and wife do not want to be honest about all the problems that occur in their household, so that the problems are resolved quickly and do not become drag on. The result of communication between Islamic religious instructors and the community or community groups in an effort to increase family resilience is the awareness of each married couple in communicating with the instructors regarding various problems that occur in their household, so that this makes it easier for the instructors to carry out his duties.
