Abstract

Penyediaan dan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana merupakan aspek fundamental dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif, aman, dan inklusif, terutama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara konseptual bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana dijalankan berdasarkan arah kebijakan yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 57 Tahun 2021 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, berdasarkan data sekunder dari dokumen resmi, jurnal ilmiah, dan buku referensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PP No. 57 Tahun 2021 menetapkan prinsip dasar pengelolaan sarpras yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran aktif, keselamatan, aksesibilitas, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Lebih lanjut, ketentuan teknis dari prinsip tersebut dijabarkan dalam Permendikbudristek No. 22 Tahun 2023 yang memberikan panduan rinci mengenai jenis, fungsi, dan standar ruang serta peralatan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan sarpras tidak hanya bersifat administratif, melainkan harus menjadi bagian strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar dan menengah.

Abstract

Integrasi Islam merupakan pendekatan komprehensif untuk menyelaraskan nilai-nilai Islam dengan berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sistem pendidikan di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Namun, di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi madrasah ibtidaiyah menghadapi berbagai tantangan termasuk kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum, keterbatasan jumlah dan kompetensi guru, serta pengaruh globalisasi dan teknologi, kurangnya fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendukung, serta perbedaan pandangan masyarakat dan stakeholder. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis isu-isu kontemporer dan problematika dalam penerapan integrasi Islam di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dan data dari berbagai sumber yang tersedia di perpustakaan, seperti buku referensi, penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan, artikel, catatan, dan jurnal. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru, pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih adaptif, peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan dan perlunya pengawasan siswa terhadap kemajuan teknologi serta dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan integrasi Islam di madrasah ibtidaiyah.Islamic integration is a comprehensive approach to harmonize Islamic values with various aspects of life, including in the education system at madrasah ibtidaiyah. However, in the era of globalization and technological advancement, madrasah ibtidaiyah faces various challenges including a curriculum that is not fully integrated between religious and general sciences, limited number and competence of teachers, as well as the influence of globalization and technology, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, as well as differences in the views of the community and stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to analyze contemporary issues and problems in the implementation of Islamic integration in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research uses the library research method, conducted by collecting information and data from various sources available in the library, such as reference books, relevant previous research, articles, notes, and journals. The implications of the study show that there is a need to improve teacher competence, develop a more adaptive curriculum, improve educational facilities and the need for student supervision of technological advances as well as support from the government and the community to optimize Islamic integration in madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Pentingnya integrasi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Ilmu islam dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik, terutama di era globalisasi dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan yang pesat. Secara keseluruhan pendidikan ilmu islam dn pancasila berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademi, tetapi juga memiliki integritas, moralitas dan kesadaran sosial yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sumatera Barat pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai fenomena yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pendidik, orang tua dan peserta didik. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah; pengumpulan data, teknik kondensasi data, tampilan data, dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implikasi integrasi pendidikan pancasila dan ilmu islam berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, seperti meningkatkan religiusitas, kejujuran, kedisiplinan, rasa tanggung jawab, kerja sama, rasa kemanusiaan, toleransi, percaya diri dan cinta tanah air. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang terintegrasi dapat menciptakan individu yang tidak hanya memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila, tetapi juga mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga memperkuat identitas dan moralitas peserta didik di tengah tantangan globalisasi.The importance of the integration of Pancasila education and islamic science in shaping the character of students, especially in the era of globalization and rapid scientific advances. Overall, Pancasila education and islamic science play an important role in shaping the character of students who are not only academically intelligent, but also have integrity, morality and high social awareness. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah West Sumatra in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 school year. The approach used was qualitative with a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with educators, parents and students. The collected data were analyzed by steps; data collection, data condensation techniques, data display, and conclusion verification. The results showed that the implications of the integration of Pancasila education and islamic science contributed significantly in shaping the character of students, such as increasing religiosity, honesty, discipline, sense of responsibility, cooperation, sense of humanity, tolerance, self-confidence and love for the country. The implication of this research shows that integrated education can create individuals who not only understand the values of Pancasila, but also practice them in everyday life, thus strengthening the identity and morality of learners amid the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

School financial management should be managed properly. With clear and transparent financial management, it will affect operational systems and mechanisms to meet the various elementary needs of the school. Financial management  also plays a determinant role for the success of education.  Thus, financial management needs to be implemented by educational institutions, so that the use of school funds can be more effective and efficient and the budget misuse is able to be minimized appropriately. This study aims to find out how the education financial management system is implemented in managing BOS funds. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with the type of field research conducted at SMAN 17 Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data from this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentations.  As reseach participants, this study involved the head of school, treasurer of school, committee chairs, student guardians, educators and education staffs. Then, data were analyzed and conclusions were drawn.  Therefore, this study shows that the implementation of the education financial management system in managing BOS funds at SMAN 17 Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi Province has been implemented very well. This is evidenced by the steps carried out, including financial planning by holding meetings first, then financial implementation which is divided into three parts, namely acceptance, distribution and management. Another indicator is the evaluation system which is divided into two parts, consisting of the school's internal side and the education office's external side.

Abstract

The low level of Higher Order Thinking Skills and the conventional learning model applied in various schools is ineffective in improving students' HOTS, especially in Fiqh learning. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching learning model in enhancing the HOTS skills of tenth-grade students at MAN 4 Bantul. The study employs a quantitative and quasi-experimental design involving experimental and control classes. Cluster random sampling was used for sample selection. The research instruments consist of pretest and posttest questions that have been validated. Data analysis includes normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class, with an average N-Gain of 68.49%, which is considered fairly effective, compared to the control class with an average N-Gain of 28.43%, which is regarded as less effective. Thus, the Quantum Teaching model has proven effective in enhancing students' HOTS skills in the Fiqh subject. This research improves HOTS of Fiqh learning students based on quantum teaching models and becomes a reference for teachers in designing learning strategies oriented towards HOTS.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif di era industri modern. Dalam konteks ini, penyusunan rencana bisnis tidak hanya dituntut sistematis, tetapi juga kreatif agar mampu bersaing dan beradaptasi dengan dinamika pasar. Kajian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran Canva sebagai media digital yang dapat memfasilitasi perencanaan bisnis secara terstruktur sekaligus mendukung kreativitas desain visual. Metode yang digunakan berupa analisis literatur akademik dan praktis yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan bisnis, desain komunikasi visual, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam kewirausahaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Canva menyediakan format dan template profesional yang membantu penyusunan rencana bisnis sesuai standar, namun tetap fleksibel untuk dikembangkan secara kreatif. Selain itu, fitur kolaborasi daring memungkinkan keterlibatan tim secara lebih efisien. Penggunaan Canva juga terbukti mendukung peningkatan keterampilan digital, komunikasi visual, serta kreativitas, terutama pada pendidikan kewirausahaan dan pelatihan UMKM. Dengan demikian, Canva berperan penting dalam menjembatani aspek sistematis dan kreatif dalam penyusunan rencana bisnis, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi, efektivitas strategi, dan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Governor Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 77 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Inclusive Education, with a focus on access for Children with Special Needs (ABK), the existence of Disability Service Units (ULD), the availability of Special Education Support Teachers (GPK), and accessible facilities and infrastructure. Although this regulation is progressive and aims for comprehensive integration, several studies evaluating it using the Inclusion Index in public elementary schools yielded achievement scores of around 76%. These findings indicate a gap of nearly 24% from the ideal inclusion standard that suggsets although formal policies exist, their implementation is not optimal. The method used is a legal-normative approach with a descriptive qualitative approach through document analysis, regulations, media reports, and official publications up to the end of 2024. Analysis using Edward's policy implementation theory indicates that the clarity of communication greatly influences the policy's effectiveness, the structure's readiness, and the implementers' attitude. The findings reveal that there is still a gap between norms and reality in all four aspects. Thousands of children with special needs are not enrolled in school, which challenges communication and policy structure. The ULD is only active in some areas, indicating that the bureaucratic structure is not optimal. The number of GPK is still limited and unevenly distributed, reflecting resource constraints. Accessible facilities are not widely available, posing a real barrier to inclusion. However, there has been progressing, such as regular teacher training and support in certain areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the discussion method in madrasah management courses. This research method is qualitative research, the subject of this research in lecturer and college student, the object of this research is in the form of a discussion method implemention model in optimizing learning, data collection teachniques with observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the discussion method in Madrasah Management learning, class D student, IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung, has shown that the implementation of the discussions method has been going well, from the student preparation process, in understanding learning topics, and something interesting problem, and student responses are in accordance with the discussion material, have the skills to ask and answer, and have been active in discussions.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-regulation and adversity quotient on resilience and examines their implications for the psychological well-being of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. A quantitative, predictive correlational design was employed. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that incorporated validated scales measuring self-regulation, resilience, and psychological well-being. Path analysis was conducted using JAMOVI software with a robust model. The results indicate that self-regulation positively and significantly affects resilience, while resilience, in turn, positively influences psychological well-being. Moreover, both self-regulation and adversity quotient were found to have direct positive effects on psychological well-being. The analysis further revealed indirect effects of self-regulation on psychological well-being mediated by resilience. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-regulation and resilience among IRE teachers to enhance their overall psychological well-being.
