Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Biro SDM Polda Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 119 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analisyss) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) dan Lisrel untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja. (5) dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja. (6) kompensasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Botubarani, Gorontalo, dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan ekowisata berkelanjutan sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi masyarakat pesisir. Meskipun desa ini memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor ekowisata, pemanfaatannya masih terbatas dan belum memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang maksimal bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola ekowisata yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Kami menggunakan berbagai metode, seperti penyuluhan edukatif, pelatihan keterampilan praktis, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan produk lokal berbasis potensi alam. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama dalam mengelola wisata, mempromosikan produk lokal, serta memanfaatkan media sosial untuk tujuan promosi. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan, dan kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya dari segi ekonomi, tetapi juga dalam pelestarian alam. Ke depan, dengan dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah daerah, kegiatan ini berpotensi berkembang lebih luas dan memberi manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat pesisir

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, promotion, and ease of access on consumer buying interest in Agung Supermarket Limboto. The background of this research is based on the importance of effective marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest in the midst of fierce retail competition. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires that are distributed to consumers of Agung Supermarket Limboto. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study show that the variables of service quality, price, promotion and ease of access have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that improvements in all four aspects can drive increased consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dewan Komisaris Dan Direksi Terhadap Kinerja Keberlanjutan Melalui Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Di Bei Tahun 2019 2023.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive yaitu teknik sampel dengan perbandingan tertentu. Data hasil uji penelitian menggunakan Eviews versi 9,2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) pengaruh dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di bei. 2) pengaruh direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di bei. 3) pengaruh dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di bei.4) pengaruh direksi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di bei. 5). pengaruh kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi sub sektor makanan dan minuman di bei.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze financial activity and debt management in measuring the company's profit capability (studies in the hotel industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange). The purposive sampling method was used for sampling with analytical techniques using financial performance ratios and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that financial activity had a positive and significant effect on earning capacity, debt management had a non-significant positive effect on earning capacity, and simultaneously financial activity and debt management had a positive effect on earning capacity in hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job analysis, human resource (HR) quality, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Pohuwato Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 33 BPBD employees in Pohuwato Regency. Data analysis techniques utilize multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that job analysis, HR quality, and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This suggests that better job analysis, higher HR quality, and a more conducive work environment lead to improved employee performance. Conversely, the work discipline variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that excessively strict or inflexible work discipline implementation can negatively impact employee performance. Simultaneously, the four independent variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at BPBD Pohuwato Regency. Based on these findings, improving HR quality and the work environment should be the primary focus in efforts to enhance employee performance at BPBD Pohuwato Regency. Additionally, further evaluation of work discipline policies is needed to ensure they are more adaptive to the working conditions of BPBD employees

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the symbiotic relationship between entrepreneurship and digitalization in Society 5.0, emphasizing the pivotal role of entrepreneurs in navigating and leveraging digital technologies to foster innovation and propel economic development. Research Methodology:  This study uses quantitative methods to explore entrepreneurship in the era of Society 5.0, focusing on digitalization for innovation and growth. The population comprises entrepreneurs in Indonesia who use digital technology in their business. The sample comprised of 200 purposively selected entrepreneurs. Data were collected using an online questionnaire on the use of digital technology, innovation, and business growth. Data analysis, including validation, descriptive analysis, and SEM-PLS, was conducted using Smart PLS. The results are expected to provide insights into digital strategies for business innovation and growth. Results: The results highlight how entrepreneurs can leverage digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, and big data, to develop innovative products, improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and make better decisions. The benefits include global market access, improved customer experience, and better business sustainability. This makes entrepreneurs more competitive and responsive to market change. Limitations: Today's entrepreneurship faces limitations, such as technology dependence, adaptation difficulties, data security risks, and the digital divide. Entrepreneurs also encounter global competition, changing regulations, a lack of digital skills, poor technology infrastructure, and funding difficulties. Overcoming these challenges requires support from the government, the private sector, and educational institutions. Contributions: This research helps institutions develop digital policies and training programs, adds to the global literature on entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0, provides digital strategies for management, and improves entrepreneurs' competencies in utilizing digital technologies. It provides practical guidance to support business innovation and growth in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of service quality on public satisfaction with the police image in the issuance of driver's licenses (SIM) at the Traffic Police Unit of Boalemo District Police. Through path analysis involving 100 respondents regarding SIM services at the Boalemo District Police, the findings indicate that service quality significantly influences the police image. Service quality also significantly affects public satisfaction, while the police image also significantly influences public satisfaction. Additionally, service quality indirectly influences public satisfaction through the mediating variable of the police image.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of job loyalty, communication, and supervision on the work spirit and performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal) of Bone Bolango District Police. The population of the study consisted of 127 respondents selected using a census method. The analytical technique used to address the research problem and test hypotheses was Path Analysis, aided by Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) and Lisrel software for data analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (2) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (3) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (4) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (5) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (6) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (7) work spirit has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (8) job loyalty has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (9) communication has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (10) supervision has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit.
