Abstract

This study aims to obtain impressionsBrand Image For ASTON Gorontalo Hotel & Villas Customer Satisfaction which includesBrand Identity, Brand Personality, Brand Association, Brand Benefit and Competence, Brand Attitude and Behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that Fourth variabel is Brand Identity, Brand Personality, Brand Identity, Brand Personality effect on customer satisfaction whereasBrand Association does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction Obtained of service especially for friendly employees. Customers also recommend ASTON Gorontalo for a place to stay in Gorontalo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work competence, education level, work motivation and understanding of good governance on the performance of individual employees of the Pohuwato District Inspectorate. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that (1) emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on performance. (2) Work competence has no effect on performance (3) Education level has no effect on performance. (4) Work motivation has a positive effect on performance. (5) The understanding of good governance has no effect on the performance of the Pohuwato Regency Inspectorate Work Unit Employees.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the role of the XVI Gorontalo Higher Education Service Institutions in implementing service strategies for improving the management quality of private tertiary institutions, especially in terms of internal and external service strategies and managerial roles in improving the quality management performance of private tertiary institutions within the XVI region Higher Education Service Institutions. Gorontalo. The analytical method uses a technical SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) as a facilitator through its services can bring together various supporting interests. Education, Student and Academic Staff, Research and Community Service and Other Supporting Programs that put quality demonstrations that intersect with the interests of the business world and industry through the Merdeka Belajar program and the independent campus.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of service quality on public satisfaction with the police image in the issuance of driver's licenses (SIM) at the Traffic Police Unit of Boalemo District Police. Through path analysis involving 100 respondents regarding SIM services at the Boalemo District Police, the findings indicate that service quality significantly influences the police image. Service quality also significantly affects public satisfaction, while the police image also significantly influences public satisfaction. Additionally, service quality indirectly influences public satisfaction through the mediating variable of the police image.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of job loyalty, communication, and supervision on the work spirit and performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal) of Bone Bolango District Police. The population of the study consisted of 127 respondents selected using a census method. The analytical technique used to address the research problem and test hypotheses was Path Analysis, aided by Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) and Lisrel software for data analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (2) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (3) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on work spirit, (4) job loyalty has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (5) communication has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (6) supervision has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (7) work spirit has a positive and significant direct effect on performance, (8) job loyalty has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (9) communication has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit, (10) supervision has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance through work spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, ease of use, and information quality on the decision to use online hydrological data at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency. The sampling method was carried out through accidental sampling at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency office in Gorontalo. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that ease of use and trust insignificantly affect the decision to use hydrological data, while information quality has a significant positive influence. These results underscore the importance of information quality in influencing decisions regarding the use of online public services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer psychology on facilities and trust on the decision to use air transportation services at the Djalaludin Gorontalo Airport Management Unit Public Services Agency. The quantitative method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that consumer psychology has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. Strong consumer psychology will increase the speed of consumer decision making. Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. If consumer trust is high in the company, consumer decisions will be faster. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. The completeness of the facilities will speed up consumers' decisions in choosing which services to use.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand image on the decision to use air transportation with Lion Air at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport. The sample consisted of 99 Lion Air air transportation users, all of whom were respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Lion Air Air Transportation, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Lion Air air transportation, Brand Image has a positive and non-significant effect on the Decision to Use Lion Air Air Transportation, and Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Air Transportation with Lion Air at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, service procedures and service facilities on community satisfaction with hydrological data services at the Sulawesi II Gorontalo River Regional Office. The multiple linear regression quantitative analysis model is used to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that overall service quality, service procedures and service facilities influence public satisfaction, but for service quality the influence is not that significant. This shows that increasing community satisfaction is jointly influenced by service quality, service procedures and service facilities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran budaya kerja, pelatihan dan kompetensi dalam manajemen kearsipan pada kantor bagian sungai Sulawesi II Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian adalah 97 responden menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dan uji hipotesa adalah analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penemuan dari studi ini adalah (1) budaya kerja mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan, (2) Pelatihan kerja mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan (3) kompetensi mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen kearsipan.
