Abstract

AbstractPurchasing decisions will affect the sustainability of a business. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of brand image, product innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions at Nyunsep chicken stalls, Dau district.  The sampling in this study were the customers of Ayam Nyungsep Dau Malang who had met the criteria as respondents, which were determined by the researcher, namely, having eaten or bought at least 3 times. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Brand Image style, product innovation, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. (2) Brand Image has partial effect on Purchase Decision. (3) product innovation has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, and Halal Certification on Customer Loyalty in Wardah Cosmetics (At Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business Students). This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Slovin formula with the Snowball Sampling technique obtained 81 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaktion has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Halal certification has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisma. Keywords: Brand Image, Customer Satisfaktion, Halal Certification and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social needs, appreciation, and self-actualization needs on the learning achievement of members of the Islamic Student Association of Malang Islamic University. In this study the data collection method used a questionnaire method (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. This study uses data from a questionnaire distributed to members of the HMJM Islamic University of Malang and the sample is taken using purposive sampling. The number of samples taken was 64 respondents The results showed that social needs had no effect on learning achievement. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, and the level of trust in purchasing decisions on shopee users in Malang city. The population in this study are students who use shopee in the city of Malang. This research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires via google form. The population in this study were students at the Islamic University of Malang, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, State University of Malang. The results of the study partially show that price perceptions affect purchasing decisions, the level of trust affects purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Price Perception, Trust Level, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of using Youtube media and product quality on brand awareness of electric guitars among consumers of CV Sang Adi Musik Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 70 data was obtained. This study uses primary data using a questionnaire as a data collection method, validity test used as a data analysis technique, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, and t test, with IBM Spss V-20 tools. The results showed that the use of Youtube Media and Product Quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Partially, the use of Youtube media has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, product quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand awareness. Keywords: Youtube Media, Product Quality, Brand Awareness.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on teacher performance at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang.The population and sample in this study were all teachers of SD Islam Surya Buana Malang, totaling 30 people. Data collection using a questionnaire, with multiple linear regression analysis method.            The results showed that work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Work motivation and work discipline significant effect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze product quality, price, packaging and legality of PIRT products that have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of packaging on consumer purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs in Batu City. To determine the effect of the legality of PIRT products on the purchasing decisions of Srikandi UMKM consumers in Batu City.The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents and the samples taken were 50 respondents. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing.The results of the analysis show that Product Quality, Price, Packaging and Legality of PIRT Products simultaneously have an influence on the Consumer Purchase Decision of Srikandi MSMEs in Batu City. Partially Product Quality, Price and Packaging affect the purchasing decisions of Srikandi SMEs consumers. However, partially the legality of PIRT products has no effect on purchasing decisions for Srikandi MSMEs in Batu City. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Packaging and Legality of PIRT Products on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, resilience and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 84 students with notes who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of a partial research analysis, entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. While partially resilience has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust on Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. To solve the problem in this cases using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study are that Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust variables affect Impulse Buying simultaneously, partially the Price Discount variable has no effect on Impulse Buying, while Shpping Lifestyle has no effect on Impulse Buying. Impulsive Buying, while Lifestyle Shpping has no effect on Impulsive Buying. and Consumer Trust partially influences Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang Keywords: Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, Consumer Trust, and Impulse Buying.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analiyze the direct influence andi ndirect influence of the three variables, namely Word of Mouth, Destination Image, Destination Branding on the interest of visiting the east java Park 3 Batu Malang. This type of research uses the type survey research. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA Force 2019-2020 with a total of 90 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis conducted showed the value of t arithmetic(6,112)> t table (1,987) and with a significance level of 0,000<0.005 so that word of mouth has a positive effect on interest in visiting. Based on the result of the analysis carried out shows that the value of t arithmetic(5,774)>table (1,987) and with a significant level of 0.000<0.005 so the destination image has a positive effect on interest in visiting the 3 stone city of east java. Based on the result of the analysis carried out shows that the value of t arithmetic(5,774)>table (1,987) and with a significant level of 0.000<0.005 so the destination branding has a positive effect on interest in visiting the 3 stone city of east java. Keyword: Word Of Mouth, Destination Image and Dation Branding
