Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems faced by teachers in dealing with students with special needs and how to overcome these problems that have been carried out by previous researchers. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method referring to PRISMA (Prefered Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to examine documents from Google Scholar between 2010 and 2024 related to teacher problems in dealing with students with special needs. Documents were obtained using the Publish or Perish journal search application with the keyword teacher problems in dealing with children with special needs. From the search results, 200 journal articles were obtained. From 200 journal articles, 10 articles were selected that were in accordance with the problems of teachers in dealing with students with special needs. The results of the journal analysis found that the problems faced by many teachers are the first difficulty in preparing lesson plans. Teachers have difficulty designing lesson plans due to lack of training in designing lesson plans, secondly teachers have difficulty in choosing the right learning methods because of the changing moods of students with disabilities.Third lack of media and infrastructure to support learning for students with disabilities. Finally, there is a lack of cooperation between teachers, parents, schools, communities and the government in supporting the implementation of learning for children with disabilities in inclusive schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of progressivism in overcoming the problems of teachers in dealing with students with special needs in inclusive schools. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method referring to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to examine documents from Google Scholar between 2010 and 2024 related to the application of the philosophy of progressivism in education and also related to the problems of teachers in dealing with children with special needs (ABK).Searching for journal articles using Publish or Perish with the keyword philosophy of progressivism in learning students with special needs. Then we also conducted a search on Publish or Perish related to the problems of teachers facing children with special needs with the keywords teacher problems facing students with special needs. From these two journal searches, it turns out that the principles of the philosophy of progressivism, which prioritize aspects of contextual and student-centered learning, can overcome teachers' problems in dealing with students with disabilities related to lesson plans, learning methods and media and infrastructure.

Abstract

Critical thinking ability is the ability of students when considering problems and deciding on a decision so as to solve a problem. The purpose of this study was to identify students' mathematical thinking skills on arithmetic material. This research used descriptive qualitative method. This research shows the results of student answers on arithmetic material related to students' mathematical critical thinking skills. The implementation of the research in class X in one of the private high schools in Bandung Regency, with a random sample selection of 40 students from class X.1 - X.5. This study used a question instrument including 4 description questions on arithmetic material. The analysis was carried out on student answers according to the question instrument indicators. The research results based on each indicator according to the percentage of critical thinking ability categories, it is known that 51% of students are able to interpret the problem, 50% of students can analyze and evaluate the problem, and 13% of students can evaluate inference or make conclusions correctly according to what is asked. Therefore, there are still many students who have low critical thinking skills

Abstract

Education is an essential foundation in character building and human potential development that lasts throughout life. In the modern era, education not only acts as a transfer of knowledge, but also as a medium to help individuals achieve full self-actualization. This research explores the relevance of existentialism philosophy in the context of 21st century education, focusing on self-actualization as the core of individual development. This research uses the literature method to understand the application of existentialism principles, such as freedom, authenticity, responsibility, and the search for the meaning of life in education. The results show that existentialism-based education supports the holistic development of students' potential through self-confidence, active engagement and character strengthening. In addition, education that integrates spiritual values offers a comprehensive approach to address modern challenges, such as academic pressures, emotional needs, and the influence of technology. With this approach, students are expected to be able to face the challenges of the modern era with strong character, high integrity, and a balance between worldly and spiritual achievements. This research makes an important contribution to the development of humanist and contextualized education, according to the demands of the 21st century.

Abstract

Perlindungan hukum dapat diartikan sebagai suatu perlindungan yang diberikan kepada subjek hukum ke dalam bentuk perangkat baik bersifat preventif (pencegahan) maupun bersifat represif (penekanan), baik lisan maupun tulisan. Perlindungan hukum didapatkan oleh seluruh warga negara baik itu laki-laki maupun Perempuan. Tidak dipungkiri Perempuan dapat terlibat dalam suatu perkara tindak pidana baik sebagai pelaku atau pun korban dan hal ini dikenal dengan perempuan yang berhadapan dengan hukum. Maka dari itu, salah satu bentuk dari Perlindungan Hukum bagi itu sndiri ialah Restorative Justice. Restorative Justice adalah suatu proses penyelesaian perkara pidana di luar jalur pengadilan yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan kembali hubungan para pihak dan kerugian yang dialami oleh korban tindak pidana. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja perlindungan hukum yang didapatkan oleh Perempuan yang berhadapan dengan hukum dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi Perempuan yang berhadapan hukum berdasarkan Restorative Justice, juga penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Normatif, dengan pengumpulan data penelitian kepustakaan.

Abstract

Anak merupakan individu yang masih labil secara emosi dan pemikiran. Oleh karena pendampingan kepada anak adalah hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh orang dewasa di lingkungannya. Hal itu juga saat anak terkena kasus hukum yang mengakibat anak menghadapi kasus peradilan. Tujuan pendampingan tersebut agar anak terbantu dalam mempersiapkan berbagai ketentuan yang harus dilakukan sebelum melakukan peradilan. Sehingga anak dalam proses peradilan tidak sendiri dan juga mendapatkan hukuman yang sesuai dengan perbuatannya dan ketentuan atas pelanggaran hukum yang dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum empiris yaitu salah satu jenis penelitian hukum yang menganalisis dan mengkaji kinerja hukum dalam masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan perundangan-undangan yaitu pendekatan dilakukan dengan menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan dan regulasi yang ada di Indonesia yang melindungi warga negaranya sesuai permalasahan dalam penelitian ini. Pada proses peradilan anak Atribut peradilan toga hakim, penasihat hukum, jaksa harus dilepaskan dan semua yang berseragam harus memakai baju yang tidak berupa seragam. Hakim pada peradilan anak adalah hakim Tunggal bila ada hakim majelis anak tersebut diberi ancaman hukuman lebih dari tujuh tahun atau proses pembuktian yang rumit. Kemudian tuntutan dan vonis hakim dalam peradilan anak tidak boleh lebih dari setengah hukuman orang dewasa.

Abstract

Pelecehan seksual pada hakikatnya merupakan suatu kenyataan di masyarakat saat ini, dimana tindak kekerasan terhadap perempuan sangat banyak dan seringkali meluas, begitu pula dengan kekerasan/pelecehan seksual, khususnya pemerkosaan. Kekerasan merupakan tindakan yang sangat tidak manusiawi terhadap perempuan, padahal perempuan mempunyai hak untuk menikmati dan mendapat perlindungan hak asasi manusia dan kebebasan mendasar di segala bidang.

Abstract

Perkara Perdata di pengadilan Negeri banyak yang masuk. Hal ini dapat membuat perkara lama diselesaikan. Hal ini dapat diselesaikan melalui gugatan sederhana. Sehingga Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelesaian gugatan sederhana. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum normative adalah suatu proses mempelajari dan mengkaji hukum yang berupa norma, kaidah, asas hukum, asas hukum, doktrin hukum, teori hukum dan dokumen-dokumen lain untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan.dan teknik analisis studi Pustaka. Gugatan sederhana ini dapat menjadi Upaya untuk menyelesaian gugatan perkara nilainya tidak lebih dari Rp. 500.000.000 juta. Pada Gugatan sederhana ini diadili oleh hakim tunggal sehingga perkara diselesaikan lebih cepat. Penyelesaian sengketa pada gugatan sederhana ini terdiri dari pemeriksaan, pembuktian, dan putusan. Jadi pada gugatan sederhana ini tidak ada replik, duplik dan kesimpulan. hak I ini bertujuan untuk membuat perkara cepat dan sederhana . selain itu pihak pada gugatan sederhana ini tidak lebih dari 1 pihak kecuali memiliki kepentingan hukum yang sama.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bilingualism that often occurs is a lot of code-switching or code-mixing, both in learning and outside learning. This phenomenon also occurs in the Arabic village, exactly in an Arabic course. The aims of this study are (1) to compare the forms of code-switching and code-mixing in learning and outside learning and (2) to reveal the language attitudes of respondents and the causes of code-switching and code-mixing. This research uses a descriptive-comparative method with an observational study design. The results show that three forms of external code-switching were found in one learning period (one month), ten forms of external code-mixing, and one form of internal code-mixing. Outside of learning, one form of internal code-switching, two forms of external code-switching, and three forms of external code-switching are found. In learning, code-switching is caused by familiarity, annoyance, and formality, while code-mixing is caused by the speaker’s first language, prestigious, language habit, and language limitation. Outside of learning, code-switching is caused by relax situation, familiarity, and assumption, while language habit and relax situation cause code-mixing. Code-switching and code-mixing relate to the attitude of respondents language towards Arabic, which is in the high category with a percentage of 79.42%.

Abstract

The article titled "THE PROBLEMATICS OF THE MEANING OF A CHILD'S STATUS IN NATIONAL LAW: BETWEEN LEGAL CERTAINTY AND JUSTICE" written by the Author raises the issue of analysis regarding the view of Judges who consider justice should be prioritized over legal certainty in delivering criminal verdicts, especially against Children who conflict with the law. The Author focuses on the limitations of the criminal sentence imposed on Children, then analyzes the provision against the verdict of the Penajam State Court No. 3/Pid.Sus-Child/2024/PN Pnj which exercised judicial activism by imposing a prison sentence exceeding the provisions in Law No. 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Justice System. The result of the research conducted by the Author is that a criminal sentence of imprisonment can be imposed on the child. If threatened with a life imprisonment or death penalty provision, then the Child can only be sentenced to a maximum of ½, so the maximum imprisonment sentence allowed is 10 years. However, this is countered by the Presiding Judge of Case Number 3/Pid.Sus-Child/2024/PN Pnj by imposing a 20-year prison sentence on Child Junaedi, prioritizing justice over legal certainty.
