Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of raw material inventory control that has been carried out at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya, how to apply the EOQ method in controlling raw material inventory at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya and wherher there is a difference between inventory control raw materials at Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya without using the EOQ method using the EOQ method. The main raw material used is rice. Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya processes rice into sorabi food. This study used interview data collection techniques, library research and observation. The method used in this research is the mixed methods method (combination method). The data analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the research, it is known that with the calculation of the EOQ method of Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya can optima inventory and can streamline inventory cost. And based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it states that is a significant difference between the data results without using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method Key words: Inventory Control, Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pengendalian bahan baku yang selama ini dilakukan pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya, bagaimana penerapan metode EOQ dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya dan apakah ada perbedaan antara pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya tanpa menggunakan metode EOQ dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan adalah beras. Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya mengelola beras menjadi makanan sorabi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data interview, penelitian keperpustakaan dan observasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahh metode mixed methods (metode kombinasi). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point dan Total Inventory Cost. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan perhitungan metode EOQ Warung Sorabi Teh Eneng Cabang Cihideung Balong Tasikmalaya dapat mengoptimalkan persediaan dan dapat mengefesienkan biaya persediaan. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji paired samples t-test menytakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil data tanpa metode Economic Order Quatity (EOQ) dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Persediaan, Economic Order Qunatity (EOQ), Persediaan Pengaman (Safety Stock), Titik Pemesanan Kembali (Reorder Point) dan Total Biaya Persediaan (Total Inventory Cost)

Abstract

Komitmen merek merupakan sikap yang akan menghasilkan tingkat pembelian konsumen terhadap merek tersebut lebih tinggi daripada untuk membeli merek lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh BrandExperience dan Brand Commitment Terhadap Brand Loyalty (Survei Pada Pengguna Smartphone iPhone di Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 100 Pengguna Smartphone iPhone di Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara simultan Brand Experience dan Brand Commitment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty Pada Pengguna Smartphone iPhone di Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Brand Experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty Pada Pengguna Smartphone iPhone di Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Brand Commitment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty Pada Pengguna Smartphone iPhone di Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Masalah dari citra merek adalah dari segi kualitas, kadangkala jika pengunjung banyak kualitas makanan semakin berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Cita Rasa Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survei Pada Konsumen RM. Pringsewu Babakan Pangandaran). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 100 orang Konsumen RM. Pringsewu Babakan Pangandaran. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Cita Rasa yang diperoleh dari Cita Rasa pada Konsumen RM. Pringsewu Babakan Pangandaran memiliki kriteria baik. Citra Merek pada Konsumen RM. Pringsewu Babakan Pangandaran memiliki kriteria penilaian baik, keputusan pembelian pada Konsumen RM. Pringsewu Babakan Pangandaran memiliki kriteria baik. Secara simultan Cita Rasa dan Citra Merek mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Cita Rasa memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Banyak bahan baku yang menumpuk, hal ini kurangnya pengendalian bahan baku, sehingga tidak efisien banyak bahan yang menganggur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Pemeliharaan Mesin Terhadap Proses Produksi (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 30 Karyawan Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Pemeliharaan Mesin secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Pemeliharaan Mesin memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Proses Produksi Pada Perusahaan Sandal Comet di Kota Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The objective of this study was for determine and analyze the effect of the amount of raw material inventory and engine capacity simultaneously to volume production at PT Bintang Mas. The sample of this research is company data on the number of inventories of raw materials, machine capacity and production volume in 2018-2020 at PT Bintang Mas. The collection of data through observation. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of a company's internal data PT Bintang Mas, Based on the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing by using test of F can be seen that simultaneously the number of inventories of raw materials) and engine capacity significantly affects the volume of production. While based on the hypothesis test by using test t count that the partial amount of raw material inventory there is a significant effect on the volume of production and the capacity of the machine partially significant effect on the volume of production.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention of analyzing the influence of several independent variables including brand image, service quality and price perceptions on the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The objects in this study are customers from food distributor companies in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and data obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this research is 256 customers. Abstract

The current phenomenon is that digitalization for some MSMEs provides benefits and benefits, but for several other MSMEs, especially with all their limitations, digitalization seems to bring serious challenges due to various factors. Therefore, various parties are trying to carry out activities to boost the capabilities of MSMEs in terms of digital financial literacy and digital payment skills, and financial reporting applications in order to improve their financial performance. The research method used a mixed method (mixed method) sequential explanatory on 40 MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City. The research results show that the financial performance of Tasikmalaya City MSMEs has an average Current Ratio of 3.9, Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.54 and Net Profit Margin of 1.38. In terms of financial digital literacy it is good, and for the use of digital payments it is good because on average MSMEs use more than one type of digital payment, and for financial reporting applications it was found that MSMEs on average use premium applications compared to free ones because the features are more complete and also the use of more than two financial reporting applications because each application has its own advantages and disadvantages. In addition, quantitatively shows that simultaneously digital financial literacy, digital payments and the application of financial reports have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs and partially financial digital literacy and digital payments have a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs, while the application of financial reports has no influence. significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price on Switching Barrier, Trust in brand on Switching Barrier and to determine the Effect of Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand on Customer Loyalty (Survey on customers of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Garudafood Depo Tasikmalaya Distribution Division). The method used in this research is quantitative method, the research sample is 80 respondents and the analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The method of determining the sample uses probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on the Switching Barrier; Trust in Brand has a significant effect on Switching Barrier; Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty; Switching Barrier partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price through Switching Barrier has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand through Switching Barrier has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Design and Process Design on Product Quality at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey, while the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Wijaya Agape Tasikmalaya numbered 60 people. By taking total/census sampling, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that good product design has a significant impact on product quality. Aspects such as aesthetics, functionality, and product usability have a positive influence on consumer perceptions of product quality. In addition, effective process design also contributes to product quality. Structured and standardized processes can reduce product defects and improve reliability. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of product design and process design in achieving the desired product quality. The results of this research can be used by companies to improve their design processes and ensure that the resulting products are of good quality. By paying attention to product design and process design holistically, the company can meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Reward and Communication on Employee Work Productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were employees of the SPBE operator PT. Buana Energi Raya partners are 45 people. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data testing technique used in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis in this research uses multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the research show that Rewards and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Rewards partially have a significant effect on employee work productivity at SPBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PBE PT. Mitra Buana Energi Raya.
