The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of raw material supplies and machine maintenance cost on the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi. The research method used is a case study. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The data used is a case study. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the research results, it is known that the supply of raw material and machine maintenance simultaneously have a significant effect on the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi. Raw material inventories partially have a have a significant effect on operational performance. Partial maintenance of machines does not have a significant effect on operational performance. Therefore, Cv. Sari Wangi management must pay attention to the supply of raw materials properly and pay attention to machine maintenance to improve the operational performance of CV. Sari Wangi.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and production labor costs partially or simultaneously at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used in this research is to use the causal relationship method (comparative causal) with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The population of this study is the annual financial report of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya and the sample was taken for 3 years for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the analysis method of data normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the cost of raw materials and labor costs have a significant effect on production results at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. The cost of raw materials partially has a positive and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. Then the Labor Cost partially negative and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing employee performance in terms of Work Discipline and Communication at the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

This study aims to determine the effect of menu variations and cafe atmosphere on competitive advantage (a case study on Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the menu variation has a very good rating classification, the cafe atmosphere has a good rating classification, while the competitive advantage has a very good rating classification for Volkswagen Café Consumers in Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously, menu variations and cafe atmosphere have a significant influence on competitive advantage. Partially, menu variations have a significant effect on competitive advantage and cafe atmosphere has a significant influence on Volkswagen Café's competitive advantage in Tasikmalaya.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of lifestyle and consumer motivation simultaneously and partially on survey purchase decisions on smartphone users in Eureunpalay Village, Cibalong Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality survey approach. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed simultaneously the lifestyle and motivation of consumers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, consumer motivation has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial influence of Purchasing Decision analysis reviewed from lifestyle, Price Perception and Quality of Xiaomi Mobile Purchase Products in the city of Tasikmalya. The research methods used in this research are descriptive methods of analysis with a survey approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is secondary and primary data. Lifestyle partially affects xiaomi mobile phone purchase decisions in the city of Tasikmalya. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of product quality, product design and promotion on purchasing decisions on the Karangnunggal Tasikmalya Fashion Mandate. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method of analysis with a survey approach. The population studied was 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that product quality, product design and promotion simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision of Amanah Mode Karangnunggal Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has an insignificant effect on the Purchasing Decision of the Karangnunggal Tasikmalya Fashion Amanah. Product design partially has a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision in the Karangnunggal Tasikmalya Fashion Mandate. The promotion partially had an insignificant effect on the purchasing decision on the Amanah Mode Karangnunggal Tasikmalya.

This study aims to determine the analysis of product design and product quality on purchasing decisions (a survey of consumers who buy bag products at the Tazik Art Shop). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 consumers who buy bag products at the Tazik Art Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the design of the bag product at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a very good rating classification, the quality of the bag product at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a very good rating classification, the decision to buy a bag at the Tazik Art Shop shop had a good rating classification. Simultaneously product design and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand prestige and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya consumers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 110 respondents who are consumers of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress on employee performance at PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya (Case Study on Employees of PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya City in the Sales Clerk). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents from sales clerks at PT. Asia Department Store Tasikmalaya City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance.
