Abstract

This community service program is of high urgency, considering the challenges and demands within vocational education in Indonesia. With the advancement of technology and the emergence of Industry 4.0, the skills required by the industry are continuously evolving. Vocational schools need to adapt to these developments to ensure their graduates remain relevant in the job market. The implementation mechanism of this community service program follows stages of problem and needs analysis, offering partnerships with industry partners, carrying out activities, and evaluating the activities. The results obtained show that teachers have gained teaching skills that are more aligned with industry developments, enabling them to deliver content that meets the needs of the business world.

Abstract

Photocatalytic paints have proven to be a promising solution for combating air pollution in urban environments by breaking down harmful pollutants into harmless by-products. These paints interact with meteorological parameters when exposed outdoors, and we have investigated the influence of these parameters on the degradation of the exposed paint. We conducted experiments in a controlled laboratory in which samples of the photocatalytic paint were exposed to different temperatures and humidity levels. Using a standardized test method, we determined the constant reaction rate and analyzed the data to understand the effects of temperature and humidity on photocatalytic efficiency. The results show a significant effect of temperature and humidity on the constant reaction rate. Temperatures from 10°C to 30°C and humidities from 10% to 50% were found to increase the reaction rate, leading to an improvement in photocatalytic efficiency. However, too wide a temperature range (30℃ to 60℃) and too high a humidity (55% to 80%) had a negative effect on the thermal stability of the paint and its long-term durability. Over time, we observed an increasing loss of adhesion and fading of the paint as temperatures and humidity increased, leading to a deterioration of the photocatalytic paint. In summary, while moderate temperatures and humidity improve photocatalytic efficiency, extreme conditions can negatively affect the stability and long-term performance of the paint.

Abstract

Catfish is one of the most cultivated freshwater fish. Cimuning Village is one of the villages that has potential in the development of catfish production. The purpose of the research is to identify what are internal and external factors and analyze the right catfish production development strategy to increase the income of catfish farmers in Cimuning Village. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection with observations, interviews and questionnaires. The research respondents were catfish cultivators and stakeholders and were carried out in a purposive manner. The analysis techniques used are analysis of IFAS, EFAS, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. The results of the analysis show that the internal factors that become strength are quality catfish seeds, the production of their own cultivation development, the cultivators have their own land and are able to create jobs. While the factor that becomes a weakness is the few seed suppliers. Based on external factors, the opportunity is to increase the income of catfish farmers. While the threat factor is competition with fellow catfish farmers. Based on the QSPM matrix, strategic priorities are obtained which are the main alternatives, namely by utilizing market development, their own land potential and human resources with a TAS value of 10.45

Abstract

This article examines the values ​​of Sufism as the foundation of tolerance and brotherhood in a multicultural society. Sufism, or Sufism, is a spiritual dimension of Islam that emphasizes the purification of the soul through love, humility, and simplicity. In the context of a diverse society, Sufism promotes the values ​​of universal love, sincerity, and ihsan as an important basis for building tolerance and social cohesion. These values ​​form a dialogical attitude that respects differences as common wealth, in accordance with the principle of multiculturalism that prioritizes diversity. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of Sufism values ​​in building social harmony in a pluralistic society. The research method used is a library approach, through the analysis of various written sources, such as books and scientific journals, to understand the concept of Sufism values ​​and their application in a social context. The results of the analysis show that Sufism not only functions as an individual spiritual practice, but also as an effective social tool to promote peace, universal brotherhood, and acceptance of diversity. In conclusion, Sufism makes a significant contribution in strengthening tolerance and appreciation for cultural diversity, creating sustainable harmony within society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran sains pada siswa kelas rendah di SDN 2 Lebo. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus di sekolah tersebut, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa mengintegrasikan teknologi AI dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis AI berperan signifikan dalam pengambilan keputusan pengelolaan sekolah, merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efisien, dan meningkatkan motivasi serta pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran sains. Presentase peningkatan pemahaman siswa atau contoh konkret penerapan AI dalam proses pembelajaran yang berdampak signifikan. Nilai kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada fokusnya pada konteks lokal pendidikan dasar Indonesia, yang selama ini belum banyak mendapat perhatian dalam literatur kepemimpinan digital dan penerapan AI di sektor Pendidikan.

Abstract

Giri Mekar Giri Mekar Village, as one of the coffee producers managed by the Giri Senang Forest Farmers Group. There are several obstacles to the development of coffee plants, namely climate change which can cause production to decline and a lack of business capital. The aim of this research is to determine revenue costs and income, determine the feasibility of farming and analyze the level of sensitivity to Arabica coffe farming. The analysis method used is through the NPV, IRR, NET B/C, and Payback Period values as well as sensitivity to production quantities, selling prices. The research carried out resulted in income of IDR 16,004,000 one year and income during the research of IDR 14,915,200 in one year. The NPV value obtained wa IDR 50,694,437, the IRR was 73%, the NET B/C was 10,65 and the Payback Period was 3,58 years. The level of sensitivity value to revenue has a maximum limit of 12% for price reductions, 11% reduction in production quantities and 9% increases in production costs. Arabica coffee plantations show that farming is still worth pursuing.

Abstract

Flooding is a common natural disaster in Indonesia, especially in regions with heavy rainfall and insufficient drainage systems. North Kolaka Regency is among the areas vulnerable to floods, particularly during the rainy season. This issue is exacerbated by climate change and environmental damage, which diminish the ground’s ability to absorb water, leading to floods that cause material losses, infrastructure damage, and even loss of life. To strengthen local preparedness, community outreach initiatives were carried out to raise awareness about the importance of developing flood contingency plans. These initiatives used a participatory approach, engaging the local community and stakeholders in the dissemination, planning process, and disaster preparedness training. The outcome showed an enhanced understanding, readiness, and improved coordination between relevant agencies in flood response efforts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat loyalitas konsumen di Kedai Dichaian, Cikarang Utara. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, khususnya accidental sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan rumus Lemeshow, diperlukan 96 responden, namun jumlah ini dibulatkan menjadi minimal 100 responden. Responden yang dipilih adalah konsumen Kedai Dichaian yang telah membeli teh lebih dari sekali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua sumber utama: data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada konsumen. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur yang mencakup buku, publikasi dari Badan Pusat Statistik, jurnal ilmiah, serta sumber-sumber internet yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berbagai tingkat loyalitas konsumen di Kedai Dichaian. Ditemukan bahwa 46% responden termasuk dalam kategori switcher buyer, 41% merupakan habitual buyer, 78% adalah satisfaction buyer, 50% menunjukkan liking the brand, dan 40% termasuk dalam kategori committed buyer. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang profil loyalitas konsumen yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan mempertahankan pelanggan di Kedai Dichaian.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become increasingly vital in education for fostering school improvement, innovation, and teacher collaboration. This study aimed to describe how transformational leadership is implemented by elementary school principals and how it contributes to the development of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Conducted at SDN 019 Pabaki Bandung, West Java province of Indonesia, this study employed a qualitative case study design. Data were gathered through purposive sampling from three participants: a principal, a vice principal, and a teacher. Methods included interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Triangulation and inductive analysis were used to ensure data validity and depth. The findings reveal that the principal's transformational leadership significantly improved teacher collaboration, instructional quality, and administrative efficiency. The development of PLCs was evident through continuous, collaborative learning practices supported by the principal's guidance, encouragement of innovation, and cultivation of a supportive school culture. These practices fostered a harmonious and innovative environment conducive to ongoing professional growth. This study underscores the importance of transformational leadership in empowering educators and sustaining PLCs. The findings highlight the role of school leaders in promoting continuous learning and collaboration, ultimately contributing to improved educational quality. The implications suggest that adopting transformational leadership can serve as a catalyst for meaningful school reform and long-term professional development.
