Abstract

This study explores the integration of entrepreneurial values within the educational practices of traditional pesantren in Aceh, Indonesia. While entrepreneurship is not formally taught, pesantren foster entrepreneurial competencies through religious devotion, moral education, and communal life. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that pesantren cultivate dual dimensions of edupreneurship: batiniyah values such as sincerity, perseverance, and reliance on God, and lahiriyah practices, including community leadership, social responsibility, and trust-building. These values emerge organically from daily religious practices and form a moral foundation for entrepreneurial engagement. Despite challenges such as the absence of formal entrepreneurial curricula and limited critical thinking development, pesantren demonstrates a sustainable model of faith-based entrepreneurship that balances religious commitment with economic agency. This study contributes to global discussions on Islamic education and value-based entrepreneurship, offering a context-specific paradigm for integrating ethical economic empowerment into religious education systems. The Acehnese pesantren experience provides a valuable alternative to secular models, emphasizing indigenous educational traditions’ potential to drive spiritual and socioeconomic transformation.

Abstract

In this study, the impact of compressor washing on improving the performance and engine life of a turbofan engine is analyzed. The purpose of this research is to determine the outcomes resulting from the compressor wash treatment, as well as the patterns and characteristics of engine deterioration rates in each block cycle following the wash. It also aims to identify the optimal timing for conducting a compressor wash to achieve the most favorable results and maximize the on-wing life of the engine. This research was conducted using an analytical method, which involved analyzing the data received from the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) to assess the influence of engine performance and deterioration characteristics on the conducted compressor wash. One set of temperature margin data analyzed reveals the benefits of washing in terms of the turbine gas temperature (TGT) margin. It shows a 7°C increase in the TGT margin, indicating improved performance, but a 3.1°C decrease in the unrecoverable margin. Furthermore, the analysis of the margin data per 100 cycles indicates that the rate of deterioration is steeper during the initial 300 cycles compared to the subsequent cycles. Based on these findings, it is recommended to conduct the compressor washing process at around 300 cycles to maximize engine life and achieve enhanced efficiency.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the strategic sectors that can drive economic growth, especially in rural areas that have unique natural and cultural potential. Brayeun River, located in Leupung District, Aceh Besar Regency, is a natural tourist destination that offers panoramic river views, the natural charm of the mountains, as well as various interesting activities for swimming and environmentally-based educational tours.This research aims to find out the management strategy of the Brayeun River tourist attraction in increasing the economic income of the local community and the impact received by the community from managing the potential of the tourist attraction. The Brayeun river tourism management strategy is an alternative to sustainable development that involves the community as a driving factor by utilizing the natural potential that exists in the surrounding environment. In this study, using qualitative research methods with the aim of observing the phenomenon of the management strategy of the Brayeun river natural tourist attraction in increasing the economic income of local communities. The data collection techniques through the stages of observation, interviews and documentation as well as analysis of the data found during the research process. The results showed that the more tourists who visit the Brayeun River tourist attraction destination, the greater the potential for economic growth of the local community. In addition, this positive impact also provides good benefits such as the construction of village roads, as well as the opening of jobs for the local community. With targeted management, Brayeun River tourism has the potential to become a sustainable driver of the local economy.

Abstract

Corn is one of the important agricultural commodities for the community. Corn has benefits, namely for food, feed, fuel and industrial raw materials. Animal feed made from shelled corn is a promising potential. One area that develops shelled corn is Bandung Regency. Most of the farmers have not carried out input and output calculations to determine the profit and feasibility of the farming being carried out. This study aims to analyze farming costs, acceptance, income and feasibility of shelled corn farming in Ciherang Village, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency. The research area was determined purposively (intentionally). The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques. In this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection used interview techniques with questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bandung District Agriculture Office and Ciherang Village Office. The results showed that the average production cost of shelled corn farming for one growing season was IDR 7,399,636/ha. The average income earned by farmers is IDR 32,130,000/ha. The income earned by shelled corn farmers in one planting season is IDR 24,730,364/ha. Based on the analysis of the value of the R/C Ratio, it is known that the R/C Ratio value of shelled corn farmers in Ciherang Village is 4.3, which means that every one rupiah spent will generate 4.3 rupiah in revenue, so is shelled corn farming feasible because the value of R/C > 1. Flat corn farmers in Ciherang Village will break even if the farmers are able to sell 175.88 kg of shelled corn at a selling price of IDR 1,174/kg and produce a revenue BEP of IDR 887,795.

Abstract

Background. This study delves into the dichotomy between business motives and educational services in Kendari's requirements for early childhood education (ECE). The rapid growth of the education industry has led to numerous institutions offering ECE services, raising questions about the balance between profit-driven business motives and genuine educational needs. The research aims to understand dynamics by examining incentives behind establishing ECE institutions in Kendari and how they influence educational service quality and accessibility. Methods. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and document analysis, the study aims to identify drivers for entrepreneurs investing in the ECE sector and their alignment with educational goals. It would explore how these motives affect comprehensive early childhood education delivery and their connection to the broader educational landscape in Kendari. Results. Findings are expected to show the equilibrium between commercial interests and educational aspirations in the ECE sector, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders. Conclusion. By delving into the interplay between business motives and educational services, this research establishes a foundation for comprehensively exploring the ECE landscape and its implications for young learners' future development.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip moderasi dalam beragama dapat diterapkan dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam Merdeka Belajar. Karena proses dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis dan menggabungkan pendekatan interpretatif dan logis terhadap materi pelajaran, maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis pustaka Pendekatan metode penelitian perpustakaan. Data untuk tinjauan pustaka ini dikumpulkan dengan memeriksa literatur yang relevan dengan cermat, termasuk artikel jurnal penelitian. Literatur yang dipilih mencakup sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan moderasi beragama dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islalam. Cresswellenyatakan bahwa peneliti perlu melakukan hal berikut: 1) Mengidentifikasi masalah, 2) perkiraan, 3) mengumpulkan data yang relevan, dan 4) mengevaluasi dan menafsirkan data. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan prinsip moderasi beragama dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk menciptakan generasi yang menerima keberagaman dan toleran, sesuai dengan jenis penelitian perpustakaan dan analisis mendalam yang dilakukan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan agama berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa yang berakal sehat dan mulia bukan hanya sekedar penyampaian ilmu.

Abstract

Pariwisata di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan terus berkembang dan menunjukkan kontribusinya dalam menyejahterakan masyarakat. Kecenderungan perkembangan pariwisata sekarang ini tidak merujuk pada pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya daerah lokal, melainkan hanya terkonsentrasi pada industri ekonomi kreatif. Permasalahan ini tentunya dapat mengancam keberadaan pariwisata budaya  di mana identitas budaya daerah lokal pada sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan mulai ditinggalkan. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pengedukasian dengan cara sosialisasi dini terhadap masyarakat khususnya siswa-siswa dan guru Tk Nur Kamil dan Tk Sanggula Pertiwi untuk diperkenalkan tentang budaya daerah yang saat ini sudah mulai di lupakan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan pelestarian tersebut adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi serta memperkenalkan keragaman budaya daerah berupa baju adat, alat musik, tarian daerah budaya setempat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta Iptek bagi Masyarakat telah diberikan edukasi dan bimbingan untuk mengetahui cara melestarikan budaya daerah untuk selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan sebagai sektor pariwisata di daerah. Para peserta dalam kegiatan bimbingan dan edukasi telah memahami, mengerti dan mengetahui jenis dan bermacam-macam budaya-budaya daerah mulai dari pakaian adat, lagu daerah, alat musik tradisional, tarian daerah, maupun senjata tradisional daerah.

Abstract

Penggilingan padi merupakan pusat pertamuan antara produksi, pasca penen, pengolahan dan pemasaran gabah atau beras, sehingga. Proses penggilingan padi adalah salah satu cara dalam maningkatkan hasil pasca panen padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1. Menganalisis penerimaan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh penggilingan padi di Desa Karangmulya Kecamatan Bojongmangu Kabupaten Bekasi. 2. Menganalisis seberapa besar nilai tambah yang diperoleh dalam menjalankan usaha penggilingan padi ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan salah satu teknik non probability sampling yaitu purvosive sampeling, dengan responden penelitian sebanyak 15 usaha pengilingan padi. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah metode hayami untuk menganalisis nilai tambah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kegitan pengolahan gabah mengjadi beras pada penggilingan padi di Desa Karangmulya total penerimaan sebesar Rp143.260.000. Total keuntungan sebesar Rp 53.307.070,32. Pengolahan gabah menjadi beras ini tergolong kategori nilai tambah sedang.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding the values ​​of local wisdom as well as strategies for transformation and internalization of these values ​​in the curriculum for students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This was qualitative research, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and strengthened by focus group discussions (consisting of 5 experts). The validity of the data was confirmed by the triangulation technique. The data were analyzed using inductive techniques to reveal the implicit/explicit meaning of the information in the field. The results of the study indicated that the value of learning needed to be adjusted to the character of the community. Characteristics of the Acehnese people who have a strong, reactive, and exocentric character, are more effective in learning through the use of symbols of local values. One of these local values ​​is peumalèe. Peumalèe can be explicitly implemented in the curriculum and implicitly embedded in the school curriculum. The value of peumalèe not only has a strong foundation in student learning because it is related to their daily beliefs and worship but also has social and religious sanctions for those who violate it.

Abstract

This article is purposed to know how concept, system and  obstacles  in  implementing  Syariah  (Islam  Law)  in preventing  misbehaviours  on  senior  high  school  effectively. The respondences of this research come from related agencies, either  Islam  Law  Department,  School,  Student  Organization. Data  collection  was  done  by  questionnaires,  interview, workshop. The  results  of  concept  prevention  deviate  behaviour  on teenages of Senior High School of Banda Aceh are: a)  Direct Prevention  Concept,  Direct  Prevention  Concept  is  concept  which assumed  immediately  can  prevent  misbehaviour  of  either teenages or the other age; (b)  Indirect Prevention Concept, this kind of prevention is planning and sustainable attempts which can be used to prevent also can reduce one or group’s intention to do disgraceful actions against values of Syariah (IslamLaw); (c)  Guiding  Concept,  guiding  is  an  effort  of  Syariah Department in giving and enhancing understanding to teachers and  students  regarding  with  True  Syariah  Implementation, along with sanctions faced as consequences of violationvalues; (d)  Violation  Prevention  through  Identification  of  Place  and Violation  Forms,  and  (e)  Problems  found  by  Department  of Syariah  in  Preventing  Deviate  Behaviours  Teenages  in  Senior High School Particularly.
