Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the relationship between Experiential Marketing (X1), Satisfaction (X2), and Customer Loyalty (Y) in the hotel industry. Data was collected through a questionnaire via goggle form with questions and statements related to the third variable. The research sample was selected based on hotels with a -+ 4 star rating. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, T test, and F test using SPSS software. The research results revealed: 1). Experiential Marketing (X1) and Satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) in multiple linear regression analysis. 2). The T test shows that both X1 and X2 separately have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with the appropriate level of significance. 3). The results of the F test state that X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This research underscores the importance of creating engaging experiences for customers and ensuring their satisfaction to maintain and increase customer loyalty in the hotel industry. The implications of this research strengthen the role of these two variables in competition in the hotel industry and customer retention strategies.

Abstract

The goal is to maintain beauty as desired by most women, especially middle-aged and elderly women and prevent diseases associated with collagen deficiency in the body. The method used is presentation, question and answer/discussion and mentoring (in the form of practice and evaluation) with preparation carried out for 2 months and mentoring carried out for 4 months. The result was that community service activities through training and assistance in making collagen drinks received enthusiasm and quite a good response from a total of 148 participants who attended the Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan auditorium and entered the room on the Zoom’s webinar. It is hoped that the Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) on the Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan can use this activity as a start to making collagen drink products from herbal ingredients and marine sources that are in demand by young people and the environment around the campus. Apart from that, it can be sold freely as a substitute for collagen drinks made from synthetic or chemical ingredients. Then, the general public who participates is expected to be able to make collagen drinks independently at home.

Abstract

Giving drug to patients or people who have been diagnosed with a disease is very rarely given as a pure active ingredient so most drugs are given in a dosage form. One form of drug dosage preferred by adult patients is a solid dosage form in the form of tablet. The aim is to increase understanding and technical abilities of pharmacy students in tablet manufacturing and tablet quality control. The method used was theoretical, practical and final evaluation which was carried out on 18 pharmacy students in the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory on the Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The result was the community service activities through training in tablet making and tablet quality control received enthusiasm and good responses from a total of 18 students participating. It is hoped that this training activity will be the beginning of opening up collaboration between the campus and private companies that make legal medicines and state-owned companies in expanding information and knowledge regarding tablet manufacturing and tablet quality control.

Abstract

The aim of this training activity is to reduce the risk of Maternal Mortality Rate in the pregnant and postpartum women, provide more economical alternative methods, and increase the professional competence of midwives in pregnancy and postnatal care. The methods used are online presentations, questions/answers, and discussions via Zoom webinars as well as online and offline mentoring. The results w ere the community service activities through training on traditional herbal recipes for pregnancy and postpartum care received a positive response and were quite well received by the participants who took part in the training organized by the collaboration between the Future Insight Training Institute and STIKES Bina U sada Bali. It is hoped that there will be more in-depth collaboration between interested parties, such as carrying out follow-up projects from training with companies that have expertise in traditional medicines such as project partners.

Abstract

The aim of training and mentoring activities for Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students is to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit and become successful entrepreneurs is to foster an entrepreneurial mentality, improve practical skills, and have the knowledge to access resources and encourage innovation in developing new products . The methods used the theoretical presentation sessions, questions/answers and discussions for online training and discussions, FGDs, workshops and case studies for offline mentoring at the Surabaya Institute of Health and Business which were conducted on 92 Entrepreneurial students of Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS). The result is community service through training and mentoring activities for Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students to awaken their entrepreneurial spirit and become successful entrepreneurs, receiving an enthusiastic and positive response from the participants present. It is hoped that graduates of the Entrepreneurial Institut Kesehatan dan Bisnis Surabaya (IKBIS) students will have a deep understanding of the market, have strong practical skills in establishing or managing a business, have the ability to think creatively and innovatively and contribute positively to society, especially through the creation of new jobs.

Abstract

With the current increasingly high development of information technology, the level of competition faced by organizations, especially for business activities with the aim of seeking maximum profits (profit oriented companies), is felt to be increasingly high and the competition is also getting tighter. The research objective is to analyze the role of transformational leadership in encouraging organizational innovation. The method used is descriptive analysis supported by data from internet searching or online-based literature in the form of journals, websites and others. The result is that there are 10 (ten) roles of transformational leadership in encouraging organizational innovation which are based on transformational leadership as the "Four I's" (idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and inspirational motivation). It is hoped that the MahakaX company can encourage a culture of continuous learning in order to find new solutions to increase innovation.

Abstract

In health services provided by pharmaceutical personnel, the health workers are assisted in carrying out their duties by the assistant health workers who must have a minimum secondary education qualification in the health sector and must be under the supervision of health workers. However, it does not require a registration certificate or practice permit. The method used theoretical presentation, question/answer, practice and offline assistance at SMK Kesehatan Surabaya Laboratory. The results are the accompanying training activity to prepare the competency exam for assistant health workers in the field of Pharmacy at SMK Kesehatan Surabaya received a positive response and the participants were very enthusiastic. It is hoped that the pharmacy assistant health worker competency exams carried out at SMK Kesehatan Surabaya will be more in collaboration with related institutions such as BNSP which are recognized for their professionalism to support increasing understanding, technical skills and quality of SMK Kesehatan Surabaya students.

Abstract

The aim of the training and assistance activities in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn are to provide knowledge, skills to individuals or groups and provide solutions regarding healthy drinks to relieve heartburn that are good to drink, especially when breaking the fast in the month of Ramadan and to develop entrepreneurial character. The method used the provision of preparation materials for making healthy drink recipes, questions and answers, discussions, practice and mentoring carried out for 24 students of the SMK Kesehatan Surabaya in the classroom and gazebo of the school environment. The result are the service to community through training activities and assistance in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn getting a positive and enthusiastic response from the participants present.

Abstract

The aim of training and mentoring activities for vocational pharmaceutical personnel to become people in charge of small traditional medicine businesses are to improve the quality and safety of traditional medicine products as well as improve the technical and managerial skills of vocational pharmaceutical personnel so that they can carry out their role as people in charge effectively. The methods used theoretical presentation sessions, questions/answers and discussions for online training and discussions, FGDs, workshops and case studies for offline mentoring at the Islamic University of Madura which were conducted on 88 students of the diploma three Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Health, Islamic University of Madura. The result is community service through training activities and mentoring for pharmaceutical vocational staff to become people in charge of small traditional medicine businesses, receiving an enthusiastic and positive response from the participants present.

Abstract

This study looks at the dynamics of technical innovation adoption and how it affects the productivity of small-scale craft businesses in West Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from 110 small craft businesses, including statistical analysis and quantitative surveys. The workforce had high skill levels, moderate levels of technology adoption, and perceived problems such as resistance to change and financial restrictions. These findings were supported by descriptive statistics. Technology use, worker skills, and production efficiency were found to be significantly positively correlated, as evidenced by multiple regression analysis. Differences in adoption patterns between rural and urban industries were revealed through cross tabulation. The results of this study highlight the need for a customized approach, resource distribution and information exchange to enhance technical innovation in the heterogeneous craft industry in West Java.
