Abstract

All drugs must be injected immediately after being prepared because the life of the drug can be shorter and it no longer refers to the Expiration Date (ED). If the medicine is not injected immediately, then to maintain the quality of the medicine before the BUD limit is to give the medicine vial a mark of the date and time the medicine was prepared and it must be stored according to storage requirements. The method used theoretical presentation, question/answer, discussion and practice offline in one of Surabaya Health Vocational School classrooms. The results are the community service activities through training on determining the Beyond Use Date (BUD) in Pharmacy practice at the Surabaya Health Vocational School received a positive response and the participants were very enthusiastic. It is hoped that there will be special standards established by the Surabaya Health Vocational School to help provide understanding regarding determining the Beyond Use Date (BUD) in the pharmaceutical practice and further collaboration with the Health Service, Community Health Center or Hospital on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Workers are human resources who function as the most important asset in moving a company so that it can compete or survive with its competitor companies in achieving its goals. To be able to compete or survive this situation, companies need workers who are able to work well and carry out unlimited innovations for the benefit of the company. In the post-Covid-19 era, many companies still implement a work from home system where workers do not need to always go to the office and hold meetings or negotiations with clients via an online system so that work can be completed anytime and anywhere (no restrictions). Without realizing it, this change in work patterns makes the boundaries between personal life and work become blurred, where work is no longer limited by the term "working hours" or the lack of work-life balance. In the absence of work-life balance, workers will experience excessive stress which will have an impact on the intensity of their work involvement, where there will be a decrease in work quality, pride, dedication, motivation, thus having a negative effect on workers' behavior in making innovations. In this article, work-life balance and work engagement of workers have a serious impact on increasing innovative work behavior to support the company's future development.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses a number of previous studies such as Talent Management, Employee Performance and Employee Involvment. The data used in this research was obtained from 300 Ms-Glow employees spread throughout Indonesia. These data were obtained from distributing a questionnaire containing 5 questions containing strongly agree, disagree, normal/average, disagree and strongly disagree. The result in this research show the Talent Management variable has a positive and significant relationship to Employee Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022.. Apart from the above related to the hypothesis, researchers also believe that Employee Engagement is part of good Telelent Management. Therefore, Employee Engagement can influence Talent Management and can also influence Employee Performance. On this basis, the researcher assumes that it is also the second hypothesis in the research that the Employee Engagement variable can moderate the influence of the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table of path coefficients show that the Employee Engagement variable can moderate the influence of the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing. Therefore, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely research that uses previous research as the main source for finding novelty in the research carried out. Of course, these studies are closely related to Career Development, Employee Performance and Incentives. This research uses primary data or data obtained from objects directly using a digital questionnaire instrument to obtain them. The digital questionnaire contains 5 choices of strongly agree, agree, neutral/average, strongly disagree, disagree, and so on for 300 CFC employees spread throughout Indonesia. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show the Career Development variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values results are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. The researcher's assumption, as stated in the questionnaire, is that employee career development that continues to improve can make the vision and targets given by the company easier to achieve. In the end, research on employee performance also increased. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the path coefficient also shows that the second hypothesis in the research can also be proven if the Incentive variable can strengthen the influence of the Career Development variable on Employee Performance. This is due to the more incentives the company gives to employees, the more enthusiastic the employees will be at work, the more focused they will be at work, and in the end it can increase career development and improve employee performance. Based on these results, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven. Keywords: Career Development, Employee Performance ,Incentives
