Abstract

Assistant General Administration is the organizational structure under the district secretary in charge of assisting the district Secretary in the implementation of local government. One way to realize the implementation of optimal governance is to demonstrate the performance of its employees. Performance is influenced by several factors including organizational culture, work discipline, leadership style, etc. Research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and leadership style as a partial or simultaneous to the performance of assistant officers of the public administration of the District secretariat of the North Paser district. The sample in this study was 160 employees who were civil servants (PNS) at the assistant to the General administration of the regional secretariat of the North Paser district office as respondents.English translation. Using multiple linear regression analysis method.  The research shows that organizational culture, working discipline and simultaneous leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The test results of partial significance from analysis and research studies show that organizational culture, work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and organizational culture has influence the dominant performance of the three factors investigated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variable job characteristics, motivation, and work discipline on the variable job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) IV Balikpapan Branch, using a sample of 124 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and a hypothesis testing tool, namely the t test. As for the results of the analysis and the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that Job Characteristics, Motivation, and Work Discipline simultaneously proved to have a significant influence on the variable Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) IV Balikpapan Branch. And the test results partially show that the three independent variables are Job Characteristics, Motivation, and work discipline proved to all show a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) IV Balikpapan Branch.

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan tercapainya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang optimal adalah dengan menunjukkan kinerja pegawainya. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan lain-lain. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap pegawai.Dengan menggunakan metode analisis Regresi linier berganda Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 orang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji signifikansi parsial dari analisis dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan   memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai dari ketiga faktor yang diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of the variables of leadership, compensation and organizational culture on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees of PT Meranti Nusa Bahari Balikpapan. The population in this study were all employees of PT Meranti Nusa Bahari Balikpapan as many as 87 people and the number of samples was the same as the population of 87 people. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are at PT Meranti Nusa Bahari Balikpapan. With Smart PLS software. (Partial Least Square) The results of the analysis showthat leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, leadership and compensation have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Placement, Job Training and Motivationon the Moraleof the Employees of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan.The population in this study were permanent employees as much as 222 respondents.By using random sampling techniques so  the sample that  is in  use as much as 111respondents.Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires.The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression using program SPSS v22. The  results  showed  Placement,  Job  Training  and  Motivationsimultaneously affect the Morale of employees PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)in Balikpapan. Motivationpartially hadsignificant influence and dominant to the morale of employees of PT. ASDP Indoensia Ferry (Persero) in Balikpapan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Communication, Motivation and Work Environment on the Spirit of Work Employees at PT Andiarta Muzizat Balikpapan. This type of research uses quantitative research. The sample in this study were 82 employees of PT. Andiarta Muzizat Balikpapan uses saturated sampling technique. The method used are instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that Communication (X1) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y). Work Environment (X3) has a significant effect on Spirit of Work (Y).

Abstract

Beberapa tantangan dalam mewujudkan ketahanan pangan di Kota Balikpapan meliputi laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi yang berimplikasi pada tingkat konsumsi, luas lahan pertanian yang semakin menurun akibat konversi lahan, pemenuhan kebutuhan beberapa komoditas pangan strategis juga masih bergantung dari daerah sekitar Balikpapan permasalahan adopsi teknologi dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas juga masih terhambat karena rendanya transfer teknologi dari lembaga penelitian formal kepada petani. Tantangan dan permasalahan seperti diatas agar dapat dicapai ketahanan pangan berkelanjutan, perlu ada penyesuaian atau perubahan arah kebijakan yang saat ini diimplementasikan. Perubahan pendekatan arah kebijakan yang disarankan meliputi tujuan, cara, dan sasaran pembangunan ketahanan pangan, dengan strategi dan potensi di daerah yang mengembangkan wisata alam merupakan strategi ketahan pangan yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work stress, and work discipline partially on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan. This research was conducted at PT. Abadi Raya Commerce Balikpapan, with 52 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the compensation and work discipline variables had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the work stress variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation Variables on the Performance of Nurses at Regional Hospitals in Balikpapan, both Simultaneously and Partially. The population is 138 people with sample j used is 138 nurses and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the simultaneous test, it was obtained that there was a strong relationship between the variables of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation on the Nurse Performance variable at the Hospital in Balikpapan. it can be concluded that the variables of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation are proven together to have a significant effect on the variable of Nurse Performance at Hospitals in Balikpapan. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test, it was found that the variables of motivation, work environment, and compensation proved to have an influence on the performance of nurses at the Balikpapan Regional Hospital, that it was the compensation variable that had a dominant influence on the performance of hospital nurses in Balikpapan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and work environment on the work of PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek. This research was conducted at PT. Subur wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek, with 91 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection by way of observation and distribution of direct questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of discipline, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Fertile Wilderness in North Penajam Paser Sotek.
