Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam konteks industri manufaktur, serta faktor-faktor kontekstual yang memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus, temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin transformasional memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan memotivasi karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam industri manufaktur, di mana efisiensi operasional dan inovasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan motivasi, komunikasi, dan kinerja keseluruhan perusahaan. Faktor-faktor kontekstual seperti struktur organisasi, budaya perusahaan, dan kondisi pasar dapat memoderasi hubungan antara pemimpin transformasional dan kinerja organisasi. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, pemimpin transformasional dapat mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan karakteristik industri manufaktur di mana mereka beroperasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemimpin dan manajer dalam industri manufaktur untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dalam pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Abstract. The eastern region of Balikpapan is dominated by fishing communities in Manggar. In this region, there are attractions Manggar Beach. The government and the surrounding community have used both elements in their daily activities. However, the utilization is still not maximal. Although the government has improved the coastal infrastructure, it is still necessary to develop human resources in order for the economy through tourism to materialize. Through strategic stages, namely (1) data collection; (2) analyzing data; (3) presentation of the result of data analysis, expected to get data to become picture and consideration of government and society around in improving economy area especially tourism with community profession partly as a fisherman. The findings in the tourism sector have yet to show results for the economy in Manggar. This is because the creativity and innovation of human resources have not been optimized by the community and local government. The potential of the community actually exists to be developed in the tourism sector. This can be done through training the management of fishery products by following the global development so as to attract domestic and foreign tourists, making the coastal area as a tourist destination of choice.Keywords: Development Of Tourism, Economy, Society   Abstrak. Wilayah timur Balikpapan didominasi oleh masyarakat nelayan di Manggar. Di wilayah ini terdapat objek wisata Pantai Manggar. Pemerintah maupun masyarakat sekitar telah memanfaatkan kedua unsur tersebut dalam aktivitas keseharian. Namun, pemanfaatan tersebut masih belum maksimal. Walaupun pemerintah telah memperbaiki infrastruktur di pantai tersebut, masih perlu pengembangan SDM agar perekonomian melalui pariwisata dapat terwujud. Melalui tahapan strategis, yaitu (1) pengumpulan data; (2) penganalisisan data; (3) penyajian hasil analisis data, diharapkan diperoleh data-data untuk menjadi gambaran dan pertimbangan pemerintah serta masyarakat sekitar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah khususnya pariwisata dengan profesi masyarakat sebagian sebagai nelayan. Hasil temuan di sektor pariwisata belum menampakkan hasil bagi perekonomian di Manggar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kreatifitas dan inovasi SDM belum dioptimalkan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat. Potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat sebenarnya telah ada untuk dikembangkan di sektor pariwisata. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan hasil perikanan dengan mengikuti perkembangan global sehingga menarik wisatawan dalam negeri maupun mancanegara, menjadikan wilayah pesisir sebagai  tempat wisata pilihan.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Wisata, Perekonomian, Masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling with a population of 35 CV employees. Chandra Motorsport. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport. The Communication variable has a positive and significant effect on CV Employee Job Satisfaction. Chandra Motorsport. The motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on CV employee job satisfaction. Chandra Motorsport. The first hypothesis tests whether the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.002 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 3,050 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Leadership Style variable(X¬1) has a significant positive influence on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y) so that the first hypothesis can be accepted.The second hypothesis tests whether the Communication variable (X2) has an effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.004 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 2,913 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Communication variable has an influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis can be accepted.The third hypothesis tests whether the Motivation variable (X3) has an effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). The test results show a p-value of 0.000 or smaller than 0.05. And has a t statistical value of 4,573 (t statistic > t table 1.96). This proves that the Motivation variable has an influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the results of research analysis that has been carried out regarding the influence of leadership style, communication and motivation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Chandra Motorsport can draw the following conclusions: Based on the test results, the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the test results, the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the test results, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan pegawai kantor kecamatan balikpapan barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 39 pegawai kantor kecamatan Balikpapan barat, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation, communication, and training on the work spirit of lecturers in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Balikpapan University. The sampling technique used in this research is census with a sample size of 36 lecturers. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. This research utilizes SmartPLS for data processing. The results of this study indicate that the variable of non-financial compensation does not have a positive and significant impact on the work spirit of lecturers in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Balikpapan University. The communication variable has a positive and significant impact on the work spirit of lecturers in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Balikpapan University. Similarly, the training variable has a positive and significant impact on the work spirit of lecturers in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Balikpapan University.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of work discipline and motivation variables on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees, as well as to determine the indirect effect of work discipline on performance with motivation as a mediating variable for Balikpapan city transportation service employees. This research used a sample of 53 respondents with a questionnaire data collection method and analysis tools assisted by PLS software. The results show that (1) work discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on the motivation and performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (2) motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (3) Indirectly, work discipline influences the performance of transportation service employees by mediating motivation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Balikpapan. This research method is quantitative with the determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling with ASN criteria as many as 73 people. Data were collected through interviews, and Likert scale based questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS and SPSS applications. The outer model was tested for construct validity and reliability, while the inner model measured the relationship between variables with the R-square value and the t-statistic hypothesis test. The results show the composite reliability and Cronbach's Alpha values averaged above 0.70, indicating good reliability. The R-square value of 0.796 or 79.6% shows that the variables of work environment, work discipline, and motivation on job satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6%. Hypothesis testing shows that work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a p-value <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to be able to maintain a good work environment, work discipline and work motivation in order to increase employee job satisfaction.

Supervisor I Mr. Didik Hadiyatno, and Supervisor II Mrs. Tutik Yuliani. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, work environment and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Balikpapan Main Branch. This type of research is quantitative using purposive sampling techniques with the criteria of permanent employees, the number of respondents was 68 people by distributing questionnaires. Researchers use SmartPLS 4.1.0. Data calculation methods using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Research Hypothesis Test, F-Square Test and R-Square Test. The research results show that the Compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), and Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

The Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office must certainly serve the community well. The provision of good service is certainly inseparable from skilled and reliable human resources. This quantitative research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Balikpapan City, using a purposive sampling technique totaling 40 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Balikpapan City. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires and using SmartPLS in processing the data. The results of the study show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of employees of the Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office, while work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The problem of MSMEs that often occurs is the recording of financial statements that have not been done properly. MSMEs consider recording financial statements difficult, complicated, and do not yet have the need for accounting applications. This service aims to help compile and record the financial statements of Bank Indonesia's fostered partners. One of the efforts made by Bank Indonesia is to encourage business capacity building and access to MSME financing by providing a means of recording financial statements. Bank Indonesia has created a web-based and mobile-based financial statement recording application called SIAPIK. SIAPIK is a digital-based financial recording application that is expected to make it easier for MSMEs to record their finances so that it can be a solution for MSME financial access to upgrade. The results of the survey on the quality of SIAPIK training can be concluded that the average assessment from participants of the implementation of the SIAPIK ToT is very good.
