Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness, with risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity as mediating factors. Parenting styles play a significant role in shaping children's behavior, including nurturing their entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The study involved a sample of 296 respondents. IBM AMOS version 23 was employed for hypothesis testing. Additionally, a sobel-test calculator was utilized to examine mediation. Ultimately, the results support all nine proposed hypotheses, providing valuable insights into the relationship between authoritative parenting, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings confirm several key aspects that researchers initially hypothesized. First, authoritative parenting has a positive and significant impact on risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity. Second, risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity have positive and significant effects on entrepreneurial preparedness. Furthermore, the results indicate that risk tolerance, self-efficacy, and creativity mediate the relationship between authoritative parenting and entrepreneurial preparedness. The findings of this research demonstrate that authoritative parenting can influence children's character development, leading to higher levels of creativity, self-confidence, and risk tolerance traits essential for entrepreneurs

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengeringan rumput laut menggunakan Arduino Uno. Rumput laut memiliki nilai ekonomis yang signifikan dalam berbagai industri, namun proses pengeringannya masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas produk akhir. Dalam penelitian ini, sistem pengeringan dirancang dengan memanfaatkan kontrol suhu dan kelembaban yang dikendalikan secara otomatis oleh Arduino Uno. Metode eksperimen digunakan untuk menguji sistem ini dengan memasukkan rumput laut basah ke dalam sistem pengeringan, sementara suhu dan kelembaban udara dipantau secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengeringan rumput laut menggunakan Arduino Uno mampu menciptakan kondisi yang optimal untuk pengeringan, yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas proses pengolahan rumput laut. Diharapkan, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi pengolahan rumput laut yang lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan.This research aims to design and implement a drying system for seaweed using Arduino Uno. Seaweed holds significant economic value across various industries, yet its drying process still faces challenges in maintaining the quality of the end product. In this study, the drying system is designed by utilizing automated temperature and humidity control facilitated by Arduino Uno. An experimental method is employed to test this system by inputting wet seaweed into the drying apparatus, while monitoring the real-time air temperature and humidity. The results indicate that the seaweed drying system using Arduino Uno can create optimal conditions for drying, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of the seaweed processing process. It is hoped that this research contributes to the development of more efficient and environmentally friendly seaweed processing technologies.Keywords:Rumput Laut, Pengeringan, Arduino Uno, Kontrol Suhu, Kontrol Kelembaban, Otomatisasi.

Abstract

Developing village tourism in Indonesia is a crucial government strategy to boost the local economy and increase regional income. Villages with diverse assets such as natural beauty, rich cultural traditions, traditional cuisine, handicrafts, and historical sites have the potential to become attractive tourist destinations. This research focuses on Gunung Wangi Nature Tourism, which offers attractions such as sunset views, city lights at night, and camping activities. However, constraints such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure are the main focus of this research. Through a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, this research offers solutions to revitalize the facilities and infrastructure and a long-term revitalization strategy to increase the attractiveness of Gunung Wangi. Local community involvement is integrated into every research stage, including problem identification, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), implementation, and evaluation. Revitalization efforts at Gunung Wangi Nature Park have shown positive results, with substantial improvements reported in post-revitalization evaluations. Feedback from stakeholders, including visitors, MSME players, and Gunung Wangi Tourism village managers, showed significant improvements in infrastructure and visitor experience. While a few respondents suggested room for improvement, the overall success is evident in the increase in visitor numbers, with the majority experiencing a significant increase. This revitalization has rejuvenated this tourist spot's attractiveness and boosted economic growth in the local community

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of dialogue between religious communities based on culture. Franz Magnis Suseno, a Catholic theologian in Indonesia has unique thoughts about building dialogue between religious communities based on culture which has implications for strengthening religious identity and multiculturalism. In analyzing the problems above, this research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The results of this research show that the theological and cultural-based concept of inter-religious dialogue built by Franz Magnis Suseno is motivated by the spirit of culturation which is divided into three concepts, namely the concept of inculturation dialogue, interiority dialogue, and integral dialogue. This research concludes that the concept of dialogue between religious communities based on theology and culture is relevant in building harmonious religious life in Indonesia.

Abstract

The social spirit of society and the values of the Qur'an are two interrelated sides. The current phenomenon shows that the social spirit of society has begun to be fragile and faded for the millennial generation due to the flow of globalization. If one of the two is strengthened then both can be saved. Therefore, this study wants to reveal the values of the Qur'an in the form of the value of brotherhood, the value of knowing each other, the value of equality, and the value of simplicity and generosity contained in the social soul of society. This research analyzes the problems above using a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study. The results of this study explain that the values of the Qur'an contained in the social soul of the community are able to become a formula for internalizing the social soul of society for the millennial generation. In the end, this research provides a solution in the form of holding taklim majlis, education, congregational prayers, social harmony forums, and mutual cooperation culture which are considered to be effective solutions in growing the social spirit of society for the millennial generation through the values of the Qur'an

Abstract

In the past decade, the organic food industry has witnessed a tremendous surge in popularity as consumers increasingly perceive it as a healthier, more natural, and more environmentally friendly alternative to conventional foods. This trend has prompted extensive research into consumer behavior towards organic food, mainly focusing on the factors that drive its acceptance. Despite its growing interest, the adoption of organic food faces considerable challenges, mainly due to its higher price. This study examines Indonesian consumers’ willingness to pay more for organic food (WTPM) by examining the role of product knowledge (PK), consumer attitude (CA), and price consciousness (PC). Data was collected from 250 respondents representing consumers in Indonesia through an online survey. Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to test hypotheses and understand relationships between variables. The results show that PK significantly affects CA towards organic food but does not directly affect WTPM. In addition, CA emerged as a significant mediator between PK and WTPM, indicating that consumers with positive CA towards organic food tend to pay more, as they see the cost as an investment for environmental sustainability and health. However, this relationship is moderated by PC, which indicates that price sensitivity may reduce the effect of positive CA on WTPM. The findings of this study underscore the need for a multifaceted approach to promoting organic food. To increase consumer acceptance and uptake, strategies should include education initiatives, awareness raising, and addressing issues related to price and perceived value.

Abstract

Adopting energy-efficient home appliances is one of the critical strategies for supporting environmental protection through reducing energy consumption. This study aims to identify factors contributing to consumers’ intentions to adopt energy-efficient household appliances (EEHA) in Indonesia, particularly in Java, a representative area of energy consumption in the country. Adopting the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the main theoretical framework, the study expands the model to include media publicity (MP) variables as external factors. The survey method was applied to 200 respondents, and the collected data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique through Smart-PLS 4. The results revealed that consumer attitudes (CA), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and subjective norms (SN) significantly affected consumers’ intentions in adopting EEHA. Furthermore, the study found that MP significantly influences CA. Likewise, as we expected, MP significantly affected PBC and SN, marking the first time this relationship has been identified in the context of the adoption of EEHA. Based on these findings, we discuss some of the implications for policymakers, marketers, and environmental practitioners in promoting the adoption of EEHA to accelerate the transition to more sustainable energy consumption in households.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan digitalisasi seperti media sosial menjadi salah satu jawaban yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha (Tiara Fitari & Lasmi Hartati, 2022). Banyaknya pengguna tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh banyak pelaku usaha diantaranya UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) ESCOBANG yang merupakan usaha minuman kuliner yang saat ini masih dalam tahap progresif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi penerapan skema konten dalam meningkatkan kinerja media sosial ESCOBANG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan variabel jangkauan akun, interaksi akun, dan pengikut akun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan skema konten dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Instagram ESCOBANG (@escobang_id) secara bertahap dalam jangka panjang. Diketahui pula bahwa ESCOBANG berpotensi meningkatkan brand awareness dengan memanfaatkan kinerja kontennya.

Abstract

The purpose of study were to analyze the form of legal protection for doctors for the occurrence of risks in telemedicine services to patients. A normative juridical method is used in this research in which the implementation of this method is a study of legal principles and legal systematics. This research was a normative legal research. The results showed that the form of legal protection for doctors against risks in telemedicine services to patients is in the form of preventive and repressive protection. Legal protection for doctors in therapeutic relationships of health services through electronic telemedicine media is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. Preventive legal protection is preventive in nature against disputes, where in this case the KKI organizes training and skills improvement activities for doctors in order to improve the quality of services provided to patients. On the other hand, the protection provided is repressive legal protection related to the resolution of medical disputes between medical personnel and patients.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi dokter atas terjadinya risiko dalam pelayanan telemedicine kepada pasien. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian normative yuridis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi dokter atas terjadinya risiko dalam pelayanan telemedicine kepada pasien adalah dalam bentuk perlindungan yang bersifat preventif maupun represif. Perlindungan hukum terhadap dokter dalam hubungan teraupeutik pelayanan kesehatan melalui media elektronik telemedisin diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 Tentang Kesehatan. Perlindungan hukum preventif bersifat pencegahan atas terjadinya sengketa, dimana dalam hal ini KKI menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan kegiatan peningkatan keterampilan bagi dokter agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Di sisi lain perlindungan yang diberikan adalah perlindungan hukum represif yang berkaitan dengan penyelesaian sengketa medis antara tenaga medis dengan pasien

Abstract

Kepala Desa merupakan kepala pemerintahan ditingkat Desa, diharapkan mampu menjalankan roda pemerintahan dengan baik dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat untuk mencapai visi misi dan tujuan suatu pemerintahan Desa. Dalam pembangunan Desa diperlukan Gaya kepemimpinan pada Kepala Desa untuk mengarahkan, memotivasi, berkomunikasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan pengawasan anggotanya untuk mewujudkan tujuan. Pembangunan di Desa sering tidak berjalan dengan baik akibat pemimpin yang hanya mementingkan kepentingan pribadi, tidak terdapat musyawarah, tidak mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat. Peneliti tertarik menjawab masalah tersebut dengan mencoba menjawab rumusan masalah: Bagaimana Kepemimpinan Kapala Desa dalam Pembangunan Desa di Desa Bahar Mulya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam Pembangunan Desa secara jelas dan cermat. Maka metode yang di gunakan adalah deskriftif kualitatf. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam pembangunan Desa diwilayah Desa Bahar Mulya, Kecamatan Bahar Utara, Kabupaten Muara Jambi, Provinsi Jambi. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive. Informan penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang, sebagai pertimbangan bahwa yang dipilih memenuhikriteria sesuai tujuan penelitian. Gaya Kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin berkaitan erat dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai pada pemerintah Desa. Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam Pembangunan Desa di Desa Bahar Mulya. Pertama memiliki Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, aktif, dinamis, terarah, bertanggung jawab, menerima dan menghargai saran, pendapat, dan nasehat dari staf/bawahan serta masyarakat, pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan musyawarah dan melakukan koordinasi antara BPD dan perangkat desa. Kedua, responsif dengan tipe kepemimpinan inovatif dan progresif. Mempunyai kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi dan mengendalikan masyarakat. Ketiga, Kendala terjadi karena kurangnya komunikasi antara kepala desa dan pamong kalurahan, anggaran yang tidak mencukupi pelaksanaan pembangunan, Terdapat tarik ulur antara pendukung Kepala Desa dalam pembangunan desa.
