Abstract

This study aims to determine how prices, the allure of advertising, and the role of social media influence decisions about what to buy at a café in Polewali Mandar, Western Sulawesi. This study will employ a survey and quantitative method with a descriptive research approach and verification analysis because the goal is to provide an organized, factual account of the facts regarding the relationships between the variables under investigation. Survey research is the use of questionnaires as a tool for research in both small and large populations. SPSS 23 was used to analyze the data. According to the findings of this study, 86% of the Purchase Decision factors can be explained significantly by fluctuations in three independent variables: Social Media, Advertising Attractiveness, and Price. In contrast, 14% of the explanations came from sources other than the study's variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang tingkat partisipasi politik perempuan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tingkat partisipasi politik perempuan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan atau sangat antusias mengikuti gelaran pemilihan kepala daerah. Hal tersebut berdasarkan data KPUD Kabupaten Tasikmalaya bahwa pemilih perempuan yang terdaftar dalam pemilih tetap berjumlah 2.280 pemilih dan berdasarkan daftar hadir di seluruh TPS yang tersebar di Desa Pasir Batang tercatat 1.180 diantaranya memberikan suaranya atau sekitar 95% pemilih perempuan datang ke TPS untuk memberikan hak pilihnya. Tingginya persentase pemilih perempuan Desa Pasir Batang yang memberikan suaranya dalam pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2020, menunjukkan bahwa pemilih perempuan tidak kalah antusias seperti halnya pemilih kaum laki-laki. Hal tersebut dikarenakan bahwa kaum pemilih perempuan sangat tinggi tingkat partisipasinya di Desa Pasir Batang Kabupaten Tasikmalaya adalah melihat sosok figur kepemimpinan dari bakal calon untuk memilih pemimpin dalam lima tahun kedepan dan memberikan suatu perubahan yang telah di paparkan oleh Calon dalam Visi dan Misi pada saat silaturahmi dalam proses pesta demokrasi pada saat pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi politik perempuan dan pemilihan kepala daerah. ABSTRACT This study analyzes the rate of women's political participation in the 2020 local election. This research is based on the rate of women's political participation in the 2020 local election in which its participation has increased in the local election. This is based on data from the Tasikmalaya Regency KPUD that female voters registered in the permanent voters are 2,280 voters and based on the attendance lists in all polling stations scattered in Pasir Batang Village, 1,180 of them votes. Around 95% of female voters came to polling stations to vote their ballots. The high percentage of female voters in Pasir Batang Village who vote in the 2020 regional head election, shows that female voters are no less enthusiastic than male voters. This is because women voters have a very high rate of participation in Pasir Batang Village, Tasikmalaya Regency, is to see the figure of leadership figures from prospective candidates to elect leaders in the next five years and provide a change that has been described by the Candidates in the Vision and Mission at the time of gathering in the process of the democratic party at the time of the election of the Head and Deputy of Regency in 2020. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Keywords: Women's political participation and local elections.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of facility provision, product diversity and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for fruit products at the Cibitung Main Market. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data through questionnaires distributed directly to each consumer of the Cibitung Main Market. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98 with the research subjects being business people who spent their fruit product needs at the Cibitung Main Market. Based on the results of statistical tests, it proves that facilities influence purchasing choices. However, the product diversity variable has a significance value of 0.302, which is greater than 0.05. As a result, hypothesis H2 was rejected, which means there is no significant relationship between product diversity and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The dispute over execution authority between general confiscation in bankruptcy law and criminal confiscation in criminal law is a classic problem that until now has not found a solution because each of these legal dimensions has its own legal certainty. On the criminal law side, criminal confiscation is a natural thing considering the procedural law regulates this matter. Likewise on the side of bankruptcy law, where general confiscation is a juridical consequence of the debtor's bankruptcy determination. This problem then becomes an irony because both general confiscation and criminal confiscation applied in a case are efforts that both uphold the interests of creditors or victims. This study will concentrate on the issue of protecting creditors from the problem of overlapping authorities to liquidate estates in bankruptcy. Both normative legal research approaches and qualitative analytical techniques will be used in this study. It is intended that this research will not only increase readers' understanding but also serve as a legal construction solution for associated parties to address authority conflicts throughout the liquidation process. estate insolvent. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menulis siswa dengan menggunakan teks deskriptif, yang difokuskan pada teks deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes dan wawancara. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah 23 siswa kelas Intermediate di Bimbingan Belajar Fast Learning Center. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 – 15 Oktober 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes dan data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dengan guru bahasa Inggris. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, nilai pretes terendah 20 dan skor tertinggi 40. Selain itu, skor postes terendah 60 dan skor tertinggi 80. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan siswa setelah diajar dengan menggunakan teks deskriptif. , data tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa Ho ditolak karena Zhitung 112,71 lebih tinggi dari Ztabel 1,67. Hasil wawancara guru bahwa guru memberikan respon positif terkait dengan pertanyaanpertanyaan yang diberikan oleh peneliti. Terdiri dari 5 (lima) pertanyaan berdasarkan teks deskriptif. Namun dalam mengajarkan kemampuan menulis siswa dengan menggunakan teks deskriptif dapat mencapai peningkatan siswa terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis dengan menggunakan teks deskriptif siswa kelas Intermediate di Bimbingan Belajar Fast Learning Center.Kata Kunci: Teks Deskriptif, Peningkatan, Penulisan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic excellent service (X1) and the strength of security-based management (X2) on revisit intentions (Y) in the community on public services in the East Bekasi District, Bekasi. The research methodology used is quantitative with the purposive sampling survey method for respondents who have the criteria of at least once visit and have experienced public services themselves. Then after collecting the necessary data, the data is processed by the researcher using statistical analysis, so that it can be seen whether the implementation of Islamic excellent service (X1) and security-based management (X2) has had a significant or not significant effect on revisit intentions (Y) to the public sectors. The value of the novelty of this research is to include and integrate Islamic excellent service (X1) with security management (X2) regarding on revisit intentions to the public sectors. The research results show that Islamic Excellent Service (X1) and Security-Based Management (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Revisit Intentions (Y) in Public Sectors in the East Bekasi District, Bekasi.

Abstract

Pada era industri yang sangat berkembang pada saat ini, Persaingan Para perusahaan yang mengembangkan bisnis-bisnisnya tentu memiliki strategi-strategi inovatif yang harus dijalankan dimulai dari proses produksi (Production) hingga proses penjualan (Marketing). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat setiap perusahaan menjalankan jenis usaha yang beragam dan saling bersaing, bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk selalu berkembang dan tidak kalah saing adalah dengan menangani secara baik jalannya perusahaan. Metode yang penulis gunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah inventory atau persediaan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan SPA Grand Majesty adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang massage dan refleksiologi. Terdapat beragam barang yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan usaha tersebut dan tentu berhubungan dengan inventory perusahaan tersebut. Tulisan ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana Perusahaan SPA Grand Majesty melakukan penanganan dalam inventory perusahaan tersebut dan penerapan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Electric Power Distribution System Learning has demands for learning outcomes so that students understand the concept, and have basic knowledge and skills in various constructions of electric power distribution networks. This requires varied and more contextual learning methods and requires contextual learning media as well. The learning media used should be able to provide real experiences for students in simulating the electric power distribution system according to the concepts they are learning. However, the ability of students in the configuration of various distribution networks has problems because there is no suitable learning media. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a valid power distribution system trainer for use in learning. This study aims to produce a valid electric power distribution system trainer. This type of research is research & development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Research is limited to the development stage (development). The validation test was carried out by 4 validators using an instrument in the form of a validation sheet. The results of the validation show that the electric power distribution system trainer developed is in the valid category, both for content quality aspects and objectives, instructional, and technical. This indicates that the trainer developed is appropriate for use in learning in order to test its effectiveness.

Abstract

Transfer file citra dapat dilakukan melalui jaringan internet yang tidak aman, sehingga citra pada bidang medis, penelitian, bisnis, militer dan bidang lainnya yang mengandung kerahasiaan membutuhkan proteksi. Pengacakan citra dapat dilakukan untuk mengamankan informasi yang terkandung pada citra digital.Metode chaotic map yang dapat digunakan untuk mengacak citra digital adalah Logistic Map dan Piecewise Linear Chaotic Map. Kedua metode chaotic map ini diketahui memiliki siklus yang besar dan memiliki distribusi keseragaman yang acak.Pengacakan citra dengan menggunakan kedua chaotic map ini adalah dengan mengacak nilai intensitas piksel citra menggunakan fungsi gerbang logika xor dan nilai acak yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode chaotic map.Pengacakan dengan Logistic Map dengan menggunakan nilai parameter = 4 memperoleh hasil pengacakan citra paling baik secara visual dengan nilai MSE = 9496.75862, sedangkan pengacakan dengan Piecewise Linear Chaotic Map dengan menggunakan nilai parameter p = 0.5 memperoleh hasil pengacakan citra paling baik secara visual dengan nilai MSE = 9803.35705.

Abstract

Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Buayan menghadapi permasalahan fundamental berupa jangkauan pemasaran yang terbatas dan rendahnya visibilitas produk akibat ketergantungan pada metode promosi konvensional. Keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi kendala utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, simulasi praktik, serta pendampingan langsung dalam penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pemasaran digital, optimalisasi pemanfaatan platform digital, serta peningkatan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Peserta kini mampu mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, yang berdampak pada peningkatan visibilitas usaha. Evaluasi kuantitatif menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 45 dan nilai rata-rata post-test mencapai 85,05.
