Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan dua mitra utama, yaitu UD Berkah Mojo dan CV Pesona Batik Jombang, yang selama ini menghadapi berbagai kendala penting, terutama terkait keterbatasan dalam penerapan produksi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah cair maupun limbah padat, serta belum optimalnya upaya diversifikasi produk batik yang berdaya saing. Topik ini dipilih karena industri batik merupakan sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Jombang dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan melalui pendekatan manajemen hijau yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui lima tahapan terstruktur, yaitu sosialisasi program, pelatihan, penerapan konsep, pendampingan serta evaluasi, dan perencanaan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup materi green management, prinsip reuse, recycle, dan upcycle, serta strategi diversifikasi produk berbasis motif lokal. Selanjutnya, pendampingan dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk memastikan mitra mampu mengimplementasikan konsep yang diperoleh ke dalam praktik produksi harian secara konsisten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas mitra dalam mengelola limbah, menghasilkan produk turunan batik dengan nilai tambah lebih tinggi, serta memperluas pangsa pasar melalui penerapan pemasaran hijau yang lebih efektif. Dampak nyata terlihat dari peningkatan rata-rata omset Mitra 1 sebesar 8,20% dan Mitra 2 sebesar 10,41% setelah intervensi berlangsung. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan green management yang dipadukan dengan diversifikasi produk terbukti efektif memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM batik.

Abstract

Industri batik merupakan salah satu pilar ekonomi kreatif yang memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menjaga warisan budaya sekaligus memperkuat perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, sebagian besar UMKM batik masih menghadapi persoalan mendasar, terutama terkait keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas warna akibat penggunaan metode manual yang kurang efisien. Hal ini juga dialami oleh mitra kegiatan, Batik Tulis Hadi Siswo di Desa Jatipelem, Kabupaten Jombang, yang mengalami hambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar karena proses fiksasi warna masih dilakukan secara tradisional. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas produk melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin fiksasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi program kepada pemilik dan karyawan, pelatihan pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin, penerapan teknologi melalui instalasi mesin fiksasi, pendampingan intensif pada fase awal operasional, serta evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi yang signifikan, yakni sebesar 100%, dari semula hanya mampu memproduksi 190 potong kain per bulan menjadi 380 potong kain per bulan. Selain itu, kualitas pewarnaan batik juga mengalami perbaikan, dengan ketahanan warna meningkat hingga 30% lebih kuat dan tidak mudah memudar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi tepat guna dapat menjadi solusi strategis bagi UMKM batik dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, memperbaiki mutu produk, serta memperkuat daya saing di pasar. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi penguatan keberdayaan UMKM sekaligus mendukung pengembangan industri kreatif.

Abstract

  Hukum pidana adat di Indonesia berakar pada nilai-nilai komunal yang menempatkan hukum sebagai sarana menjaga keseimbangan sosial dan kosmis. Berbeda dengan hukum pidana nasional yang menekankan kepastian dan sanksi retributif, hukum pidana adat lebih berorientasi pada pemulihan, rekonsiliasi, dan harmoni. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemahaman mendalam mengenai hukum pidana adat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai hukum pidana adat di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode empiris dan pendekatan sosiologis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sanksi pidana adat lebih menekankan pada pemulihan, rekonsiliasi, dan pengembalian harmoni, misalnya melalui pembayaran adat dan ritual tertentu, daripada pada penghukuman individual. Mekanisme ini sejalan dengan prinsip restorative justice yang kini berkembang dalam hukum nasional. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam hal kodifikasi, legitimasi formal, dan relasi dengan hukum negara, hukum pidana adat tetap relevan sebagai sumber nilai keadilan yang berakar pada budaya, serta memperkaya sistem hukum nasional yang bersifat pluralistik.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven significant transformations in educational management, one of which is through the implementation of the Mobile-Based Education Management System (MBEMS). This system allows teachers, students, and parents to access educational services via mobile devices. This study aims to describe trends in the use of mobile applications in educational management at a school that has implemented a digital system. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that at MA Ma'arif NU Sains Al-Qur'an Sumbang, teachers have utilized the e-Rapor application for grade processing, but learning outcome reporting has not been done online. Meanwhile, students use the digital library as a medium for literacy and independent learning. Communication between the school and parents is still conducted through the WhatsApp Group application, which serves as a means of conveying academic information, attendance, and announcements of school activities. Although not yet integrated into a single mobile-based management system, the implementation of this technology demonstrates a positive trend towards more efficient, transparent, and participatory educational management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and develop an integrative model of educational leadership management in strengthening students’ character and competencies at SMK Darussalam Cilacap. The background of this research is based on the dynamic changes in education in the era of disruption, which demand leadership that is not only oriented toward academic achievement but also toward holistic character building and competency development of students. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation techniques applied to ensure data validity. The results indicate that the integrative leadership model implemented at SMK Darussalam Cilacap combines transformational, spiritual, and data-driven leadership dimensions. This leadership approach is capable of fostering a character-based school culture while simultaneously enhancing students’ competencies through industry-based and technology-integrated learning approaches. The model has proven effective in improving students’ discipline, responsibility, and vocational skills. Therefore, this integrative model serves as a strategic alternative for developing adaptive and sustainable educational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reconstruction process of educational leadership in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era, shifting from emergency leadership to adaptive digital leadership. The pandemic has forced educational systems to undergo rapid transformations, resulting in a reactive and crisis-oriented leadership model focused on stability and immediate response. However, as the crisis subsides, such leadership is no longer sufficient to address the complexity of the digital era. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing relevant scholarly literature published between 2018 and 2022. The findings reveal that the reconstruction of educational leadership occurs through three main phases: the emergency phase, the recovery phase, and the transformation phase. This transformation leads to the emergence of adaptive digital leadership characterized by adaptability, integration of digital technology, collaborative leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, the reconstruction of educational leadership in the post-pandemic era is not merely technical but also paradigmatic, requiring a shift in mindset, values, and leadership practices toward a more innovative, sustainable, and future-oriented model.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of Islamic educational leadership in strengthening students’ disciplined approach to worship amid the challenges and opportunities of the digital age, characterized by the widespread use of mobile devices and social media. The approach used is qualitative, employing a literature review method to analyze various sources on Islamic religious education, character education, digital literacy, and Islamic educational leadership. The findings indicate that visionary Islamic educational leadership grounded in Qur’anic–Prophetic values plays a strategic role through the formulation of vision and policies, the cultivation of a spiritual atmosphere, exemplary conduct, the fostering of communal worship, and the oversight of the wise use of technology. The strengthening of the character of worship discipline is carried out through the stages of transformation, transaction, and internalization of values, so that worship does not merely become a formal routine but is ingrained as a habit and part of the students’ personality. This study emphasizes the need for a model of Islamic educational leadership that is adaptive to technology while simultaneously capable of maintaining and reinforcing the younger generation’s commitment to worship in the digital age. Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era requires a fundamental shift in educational leadership paradigms. This study aims to analyze the revolution of educational leadership from the traditional era to the digital era and its implications for modern education systems. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing on books, academic journals, and relevant documents. The findings indicate that technological advancements have significantly transformed learning processes, including improved accessibility, flexibility, and technology-based personalized learning. Furthermore, educational leadership has evolved from an authoritarian model (Leadership 1.0) to a human-centered approach (Leadership 5.0), emphasizing collaboration, innovation, adaptability, and empathy. This transformation also presents challenges such as the digital divide, data security issues, and the readiness of human resources. However, it offers substantial opportunities, including the integration of artificial intelligence and the development of 21st-century skills to enhance educational quality. Therefore, adaptive leadership plays a crucial role in managing change and ensuring the successful transformation of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the future challenges of adaptive educational leadership in the digital era, as well as to identify relevant challenges, opportunities, and strategies in responding to educational transformation. The research employs a qualitative approach using literature study as the primary data source. The findings reveal that adaptive educational leadership faces several major challenges, including gaps in digital literacy, limited technological infrastructure, resistance to change, regulatory complexity, and limited ability to critically evaluate digital content. However, the digital era also offers strategic opportunities, such as the use of technology for data-driven decision-making, the development of flexible and personalized learning, and expanded cross-institutional collaboration. Furthermore, leadership adaptation requires strengthening digital competencies, fostering a culture of innovation, and transforming organizational culture to become more collaborative, open, and adaptive. Therefore, adaptive educational leadership plays a crucial role in driving relevant, effective, and sustainable educational transformation in the digital era. Abstract

This article aims to analyze strategic approaches in madrasa leadership management in fostering learning innovation. In the context of dynamic educational changes, leadership is no longer limited to administrative functions but also serves as a driving force for adaptive, creative, and student-centered learning transformation. Strategic leadership approaches include vision formulation, strengthening an innovative culture, and optimizing human resources and educational technology. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research and conceptual analysis of relevant literature, including visionary leadership in education. The findings reveal that visionary and strategic leadership can create an innovative learning ecosystem through collaboration, teacher empowerment, and technology integration. Furthermore, effective leadership is characterized by the ability to respond to change and build adaptive and sustainable organizational cultures. Therefore, strategic leadership management in madrasas plays a crucial role in promoting learning innovation and improving educational quality holistically.
