Abstract

Koperasi sekolah memiliki peran strategis sebagai sarana pembelajaran ekonomi sekaligus wadah pembentukan karakter kemandirian dan jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik. Namun dalam praktiknya, pengelolaan koperasi sekolah masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya pada aspek permodalan yang berdampak pada terbatasnya pengembangan usaha dan rendahnya partisipasi anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam memaksimalkan permodalan koperasi sekolah guna meningkatkan kemandirian dan partisipasi peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka, melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi permodalan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh besarnya dana yang dimiliki, tetapi juga oleh efektivitas pengelolaan, kualitas kepemimpinan, serta tingkat keterlibatan anggota. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi penguatan modal internal melalui peningkatan kesadaran anggota, inovasi dalam penghimpunan dana, diversifikasi unit usaha, serta pengembangan kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal. Selain itu, penerapan tata kelola keuangan yang transparan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan efisiensi operasional koperasi. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya partisipasi anggota, keterbatasan kompetensi pengelola, serta kurangnya dukungan kebijakan dari pihak sekolah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran kepemimpinan pendidikan yang adaptif dan visioner untuk mengintegrasikan aspek edukatif, manajerial, dan kelembagaan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, koperasi sekolah berpotensi berkembang menjadi lembaga yang mandiri, profesional, dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran koperasi sekolah sebagai sarana pembelajaran ekonomi. Namun, efektivitas pengelolaan koperasi sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh eksistensi kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam menjalankan fungsi manajemen secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis eksistensi kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam manajemen koperasi sekolah sebagai sarana penguatan pendidikan ekonomi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka (library research), melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber literatur ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen terkait. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan koperasi sekolah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi manajemen koperasi yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu mendorong terciptanya pengelolaan koperasi yang partisipatif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam kegiatan koperasi terbukti dapat meningkatkan literasi ekonomi, melatih keterampilan kewirausahaan, serta membentuk karakter seperti tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan kemandirian. Dengan demikian, koperasi sekolah dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam mendukung pembelajaran ekonomi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan kehidupan nyata. Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat mendorong terciptanya pengelolaan koperasi yang terarah, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan, serta berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi ekonomi, menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan, dan membentuk karakter siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan koperasi sekolah, mendeskripsikan indikator efektivitasnya, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan koperasi sekolah melalui fungsi pengarahan, motivasi, pengawasan, koordinasi, serta pengambilan keputusan. Efektivitas pengelolaan koperasi sekolah tercermin dari administrasi yang tertib, pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan, kegiatan operasional yang berjalan secara rutin, partisipasi aktif warga sekolah, serta kontribusinya dalam pembentukan karakter dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa. Faktor pendukung meliputi kepemimpinan yang kuat, keterlibatan stakeholder, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, sistem manajemen yang efektif, serta motivasi siswa. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat meliputi rendahnya partisipasi anggota, keterbatasan kompetensi digital, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, manajemen yang kurang efektif, serta persaingan dengan usaha lain. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi faktor kunci dalam mewujudkan koperasi sekolah yang efektif, edukatif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article aims to reconstruct the concept of leadership in Early Childhood Islamic Education (ECIE) through a philosophical reading of the concept of the prepared environment developed by Maria Montessori. Until now, ECIE leadership has tended to be understood within an administrative and managerial framework, often disconnected from the pedagogical experiences of children. This approach has limited the implementation of inclusivity, which often stops at the policy level rather than actual practice in the learning environment. This research uses a qualitative approach based on literature review with philosophical and hermeneutic analysis of key Montessori literature, inclusive leadership theory, and Islamic education studies. Data were analyzed through a process of concept reduction, thematic categorization, and reflective synthesis to develop a new conceptual framework. The study's primary focus lies in the shift in leadership paradigm from authority to design of learning environments. The results show that the concept of the prepared environment offers a strong theoretical basis for understanding leadership as a design practice that directly shapes children's learning experiences. The environment is positioned as an active medium that enables the realization of inclusivity in a concrete, rather than merely normative, manner. In the context of ECIE in Indonesia, this approach has the potential to be integrated with Islamic educational values, despite facing cultural, structural, and resource challenges. This article contributes to the development of Islamic educational leadership theory by emphasizing the importance of environmental design as a core practice of contextual and reflective inclusive leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze visionary leadership as a managerial strategy in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions. Early childhood is considered the golden age that determines holistic development, requiring institutions to have well-planned and sustainable management. The research employs a literature study method by reviewing books, journals, and academic articles related to visionary leadership and ECE management. The findings reveal that visionary leadership plays a strategic role in shaping the direction of institutions, not only functioning as administrative management but also as a guiding force that formulates long-term goals aligned with children’s developmental needs and societal demands. Visionary leaders establish clear visions and missions, which serve as guidelines for curriculum planning, program development, and resource management. The advantages of visionary leadership include inspiring teachers to be creative and innovative, fostering collaborative work culture, and creating a conducive learning environment. However, challenges remain, such as limited resources, resistance to change, and difficulties in consistently communicating the vision to all stakeholders. Theoretically, visionary leadership integrates elements of transformational, charismatic, and cultural leadership, emphasizing long-term vision, effective communication, and collective commitment. Thus, visionary leadership can be considered a relevant managerial strategy to improve the quality of ECE institutions, strengthen public trust, and ensure sustainability in the face of dynamic educational changes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explores the integration of information technology and educational leadership in archival management, emphasizing the role of social capital and digital paradigms in supporting organizational transformation. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach and literature review, the research combines theoretical perspectives, regulatory frameworks such as Law No. 43 of 2009 on Archiving and Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as well as leadership theories including transformational and social capital-based strategies. The findings highlight that digital archival systems such as ERMS and SRIKANDI accelerate record retrieval, strengthen data integrity, and enable real-time integration. However, their success depends not only on technological infrastructure but also on visionary leadership, digital literacy of human resources, and collaborative organizational culture. Social capital-based leadership strategies through internal collaboration, external partnerships, transparency, and collective commitment transform archival quality culture from administrative compliance into shared organizational values. This study concludes that sustainable digital archival management requires synergy between information technology, adaptive human resources, and leadership paradigms that are visionary, transformational, and data-driven.

Abstract

Records management plays a crucial role in supporting effective governance in educational institutions, especially in the digital era characterized by rapid technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the role of records management in improving efficiency, information security, and the quality of educational services. The research employs a qualitative approach using literature review and document analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital records management systems enhances the speed of information retrieval, minimizes data loss risks, and improves transparency and accountability. Additionally, the use of technologies such as electronic document management systems and cloud storage contributes to information security through controlled access and data backup mechanisms. Effective records management also improves the quality of educational services by ensuring that information is accessible quickly, accurately, and reliably. Therefore, digital-based records management has become a strategic necessity for educational institutions in addressing the challenges of the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of educational leadership in managing archival administration within educational institutions. Effective records management plays a crucial role in supporting orderly, accountable, and sustainable educational administration. However, in practice, several issues persist, including the lack of archival management competence, limited leadership attention to archival systems, and suboptimal use of information technology. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the main problems lie in weak leadership roles in planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising archival management. Additionally, limited human resources and infrastructure serve as significant obstacles. Therefore, adaptive, visionary, and innovation-oriented educational leadership is needed to improve the quality of archival management in educational institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digitalization of records management from the perspective of educational leadership in the era of information technology. Technological advancements require educational institutions to transform their archival management systems to become more effective, efficient, and systematic. Educational leadership plays a strategic role in directing policies, decision-making, and implementing digital archival systems in schools. This research employs a qualitative approach through literature review by examining various relevant scientific sources such as journals, books, and previous studies. The findings indicate that digital archival systems enhance accessibility, security, and efficiency in records management. Furthermore, adaptive, innovative, and visionary educational leadership is a key factor in the successful implementation of digital records management. Therefore, the synergy between technology and educational leadership is essential to achieve effective archival governance in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational leadership in archival management strategies within educational institutions. The method used is library research by analyzing various relevant literature sources, including books, scientific journals, and previous research findings. The results show that educational leadership plays a crucial role in formulating policies, managing archival systems, and promoting the use of technology in records management. Common problems in archival management include document accumulation, unstructured filing systems, and limited human resource competence. Therefore, effective and visionary leadership is required to develop systematic archival strategies, improve administrative staff competencies, and build an orderly administrative culture. In conclusion, educational leadership is the key factor in achieving effective, efficient, and accountable archival management in educational institutions.
