Abstract

The educational archival system plays a crucial role in supporting effective, transparent, and accountable governance within educational institutions. However, archival practices in Indonesia still face several challenges, including unsystematic archive management, low digital literacy among educational staff, and limited technological infrastructure. This study aims to evaluate the educational archival system in Indonesia from the perspectives of management and digital transformation. The research employs a qualitative approach using literature review and descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that archival systems in education are still largely conventional and not yet digitally integrated. Furthermore, the implementation of digital transformation is hindered by the lack of comprehensive policies, insufficient human resource competencies, and inadequate technological support. Therefore, adaptive and innovative managerial strategies are required, including strengthening regulations, enhancing human resource capabilities, and developing digital archival systems based on information technology. Digital transformation in educational archiving is expected to improve efficiency, security, and accessibility of educational data sustainably. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational leadership culture as a determining factor in archival management. Effective leadership culture is believed to create a well-organized, systematic, and sustainable archival management system. This research employs a qualitative approach using conceptual analysis through a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that leadership culture characterized by vision, discipline, and good governance orientation has a significant influence on the effectiveness of archival management. Leaders with strong awareness of the importance of archives tend to foster structured archival systems, enhance accountability, and facilitate information access. Conversely, weak leadership culture leads to poor archival management practices. Therefore, strengthening educational leadership culture is essential to optimize archival management in educational institutions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze educational leadership strategies in addressing problems related to digital-based archival systems in educational institutions. Digital transformation in educational administration requires an effective, efficient, and integrated archival system. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and suboptimal policies remain major obstacles. This research uses a library research method by reviewing various sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant documents. The findings indicate that adaptive, innovative, and technology-based educational leadership plays a crucial role in improving the effectiveness of digital archive management. The strategies include strengthening digitalization policies, enhancing human resource competencies, and optimizing the use of information technology. Therefore, educational leadership becomes a key factor in realizing a modern and accountable digital archival system. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational leadership in archival management systems to improve data efficiency and security in the digital era. The development of information technology requires educational institutions to transform archival management from conventional systems to more effective, efficient, and secure digital systems. However, the implementation of such systems cannot be separated from the strategic role of leadership in formulating policies, managing resources, and ensuring system sustainability. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing relevant scientific sources. The results indicate that educational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency through digital archiving, standardizing procedures, and utilizing information technology. Furthermore, data security is strengthened through data protection policies, access control, and improving digital literacy among educational staff. Therefore, visionary, adaptive, and innovative leadership is essential in optimizing archival management systems in the digital era. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of educational leadership and risk management in archival management to enhance the security and accessibility of archives. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant documents related to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that educational leadership plays a strategic role in formulating policies, fostering an archive-aware culture, and ensuring the systematic implementation of risk management. Risk management in archival practices includes the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks such as data loss, archive damage, and digital security threats. The integration of educational leadership and risk management has proven to improve archive security while facilitating easier access to information. Therefore, visionary, adaptive, and technology-oriented leadership is required to support an effective and sustainable archival system.

Abstract

Archival management is an important element in supporting administrative effectiveness and decision-making processes within an institution. Archives function not only as sources of information, but also as records that provide value for administrative and organizational purposes. In practice, the effectiveness of archival management is influenced by the strategy of applying leadership models in directing, coordinating, and supervising records management systematically. This article aims to examine the strategy of implementing leadership models to improve the effectiveness of archival management. The results show that each leadership model has characteristics that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of records management. Appropriate leadership models can support archive organization, facilitate information access, improve supervision quality, and maintain the sustainability of archival systems in the long term. In addition, effective leadership also plays a role in responding to the development of information needs and supporting more adaptive archival systems. Therefore, the implementation of leadership models becomes an important factor in improving the effectiveness of archival management in institutions.

Abstract

Archives management is a crucial aspect of an organization's administration system, serving as a center for information, evidence, and a resource for decision-making. In the modern era, marked by the rapid development of information technology, the need for a fast, accurate, and secure archives management system is increasingly pressing. Conventional archives management systems, which still rely on physical media, have various limitations, such as the risk of damage, loss, and slow information retrieval. Therefore, a more effective approach is needed, namely through the implementation of modern management. This research aims to comprehensively examine the improvement of archives management quality through the implementation of modern management. The study focuses on the basic concepts of archives management, the transformation of archival systems, the role of digital technology, and supporting and inhibiting factors for implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach using literature studies, which examines various scientific sources such as books, journals, and regulations related to archives. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of modern management can significantly improve the quality of archives management through document digitization, the use of electronic archival systems, and increased human resource competency. Furthermore, the implementation of technology-based systems also has a positive impact on work efficiency, data security, and ease of access to information. Thus, modern management is a strategic solution to address the challenges of archives management in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran kepemimpinan pendidikan yang berorientasi visioner dalam pengelolaan koperasi sekolah. Kepemimpinan visioner menempati posisi yang strategis dalam menentukan arah kebijakan serta pengembangan koperasi sekolah sebagai media pembelajaran kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik. Dalam konteks ini, koperasi sekolah tidak hanya dipahami sebagai unit usaha semata, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang menanamkan nilai kemandirian, tanggung jawab, serta keterampilan ekonomi secara aplikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui kajian terhadap berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, meliputi artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku referensi, dan publikasi akademik yang membahas kepemimpinan visioner, manajemen pendidikan, serta pengelolaan koperasi sekolah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang memiliki visi yang jelas dan terarah mampu merumuskan strategi pengelolaan yang inovatif, meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen koperasi, serta membangun sistem pengelolaan yang transparan dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan visioner berkontribusi dalam membangun budaya organisasi koperasi yang responsif terhadap perubahan dan dinamika pendidikan. Pemimpin visioner juga berperan dalam mendorong keterlibatan aktif warga sekolah serta menumbuhkan kemandirian dan semangat kewirausahaan pada peserta didik. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan pendidikan visioner memberikan kontribusi yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan koperasi sekolah sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang edukatif, berkelanjutan, dan bernilai ekonomis dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Hydrodynamic performance plays a crucial role in determining flow distribution and hydraulic losses inside flat-panel photobioreaktor systems. This study aims to investigate the flow characteristics and pressure drop behavior of a closed-loop flat-panel photobioreaktor using a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach. A three-dimensional steady and incompressible laminar model was employed with water as the working fluid. Inlet velocities of 0.01 m/s, 0.03 m/s, 0.05 m/s, and 0.1 m/s were applied to evaluate their influence on velocity distribution, streamline patterns, and pressure drop. A grid independence study was conducted using three mesh densities, and the final mesh with an element size of 0.015 m showed less than 1% variation in pressure drop, confirming mesh-independent results. The simulation results indicate that increasing inlet velocity significantly increases pressure drop and maximum velocity within the reaktor due to flow acceleration near the inlet region. Streamline analysis reveals the formation of recirculation zones in the lower section of panel.

Abstract

This conceptual article examines the importance and implementation of transformational leadership in improving the management quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. The aim is to explain how a change-focused leadership style can inspire and motivate educators to function optimally in facing today's educational challenges. The discussion covers four key aspects of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized attention, as well as the integration of leadership values from a Qur'anic perspective that prioritize kindness, honesty, and responsibility. Through a literature review, this article concludes that the role of the principal as an agent of transformation, a driving force, and a pioneer is crucial in creating a supportive work environment, enhancing teacher morale, and stimulating learning innovation in the digital age. It is hoped that the implementation of this leadership model will significantly contribute to the quality of educational services for children during their development.
