Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, organizational justice and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Voltaindo Perkasa in Tangerang Regency. The sampling technique used is Saturation Sampling with a sample size of 50 respondents. data analysis technique using SPSS 22.00. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that Organizational Climate has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational Justice has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Climate, Organizational Justice and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Keywords: Organizational Climate, Organizational Justice, Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, keadilan organisasi dan employee engagement terhadap organisasional citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT Voltaindo Perkasa di Kabupaten Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Saturation Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 22.00. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Iklim Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keadilan Organisasi berpengaruh positif Signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavor (OCB). Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Iklim Organisasi, Keadilan Organisasi dan Employee Engagement secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Kata Kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Keadilan Organisasi, Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tiga toko yang menjual produk Samsung di Jakarta, observasi ini meliputi wawancara langsung dan penarikan pendapat konsumen tentang variabel penelitian yang diteliti menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract, This research is to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and firm size on the return on assets of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 10 pharmaceutical companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio, which is measured using a comparison of current assets with current liabilities, has no effect on profitability. The Debt to Equity Ratio, which is measured using a comparison between debt and capital, has a negative and significant effect on the return on assets. Total Asset Turnover as measured using a comparison between total sales and total assets has no significant effect on return on assets. Firm Size or company size as measured using total assets has no effect on return on assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham studi empiris pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 Perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 11 Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengujian hipotesis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang lengkap selama 2017-2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan diuji menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Current Ratio, Return On Assets dan Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of internal communication, work environment and career development on employee engagement in PT. Suplintama Maju Semesta at Tomang, West Jakarta. Using the Non Probability Sampling technique using the saturated method. As many as 52 employees at PT. Suplintama Maju Semesta were taken as respondents in this study. This reseacrh was conducted using multiple liniear regression methods Y = 1,144 + 0,235 X1 + 0,259 X2 + 0,267 X3 assisted by SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The result showed that internal communication (X1), work environment (X2) and career development (X3) had a positve and significant effect on employee engagement (Y).

Abstract

The Villa Mutiara Serpong Pondok Jagung Complex is a dynamic environment with various social activities involving all community groups. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of citizens through e-commerce training. The methods used include identifying needs, planning and implementing training programs, and evaluating results. The training carried out covers the basic principles of e-commerce, the implementation process, utilization of the marketplace, and use of social media for product promotion. The results show an increase in citizens' understanding and skills in e-commerce, which has the potential to improve local business development and community welfare.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important concept in human resource management. Organizations that want to achieve success need to understand the factors that influence organizational commitment and implement strategies to increase the organizational commitment of their employees. so that it can provide great benefits for the performance and success of the organization as a whole. The type of research used is quantitative research, with primary data collection methods using questionnaires taken from 51 respondents who are employees of PT. Luttan Indonesia Store. The data collection technique for this research uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.27 software. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Work Life Balance has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) Workload has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. The contribution of this research pays attention to Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, Workload and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The waste problem is not only related to landfills, as has been the case so far, because the waste management system involves many parties, including waste producers (such as households, markets, institutions, industries, and others), managers (and contractors), regulators, the informal sector, and communities affected by waste management. Its completion requires the involvement of all relevant parties and various approaches. By looking at the above description, it is important to undertake counseling or socialization about the waste management system "Trash Bank" through community engagement, to find out how well this program works to reduce waste generation and turn waste into items of economic worth / Indirectly, this action will develop the Waste Processing Household Industry Group, organic fertilizer/compost, and create a healthy environment. With this PKM activity, it's intended that public awareness of the entrepreneurial spirit would grow. This service seeks to spread awareness and understanding of Waste Bank's waste management to promote a healthy and successful community. Improving school-community interactions (Budi Luhur University). Budi Luhur University's Tridharma community service program. Al Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation: Increase knowledge, understanding, and entrepreneurial spirit in trash banks with commercial value. Develop the community's creative economy through reusing garbage. Increase awareness of the importance of a healthy environment. This community service was well-executed. Face-to-face or lecture training was given to the socializing committee. Al Azka Kamila Indonesia Foundation socialization resources on improving business spirit through waste banks as SMEs to drive the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Stress, Work Discipline, and Employee Trust on Organizational Commitment in employees of PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch. This study uses a Non Probability Sampling technique with a saturated sampling type taken as many as 53 employees of PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch as a respondent in this study. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 software, as well as SPSS version 26 software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the variables of Work Stress (0.035) and Employee Trust (0.212) both have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline variable has no effect and is not significant to Organizational Commitment. The results of this study are expected to increase the level of organizational commitment in PT. Brataco West Jakarta Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja dalam konteks SMK Media Informatika. Seluruh partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 guru dari Sekolah Vokasi Media Informatika. Data diperoleh dengan pemberian kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Data yang diterima kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2021 dan software SPSS versi 22. Metodologi sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel Non-Probabilitas, khususnya menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Metodologi studi yang digunakan memerlukan pemanfaatan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi (3,036) menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Namun, variabel Budaya Organisasi (0,240) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Di sisi lain, variabel Komitmen Organisasi (2,125) menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja.
