Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of mixed arithmetic operation material in madrasah ibtidaiyah due to monotonous conventional methods. The research aims to test the effectiveness of the Game Based Learning (GBL) model assisted by Wordwall media on improving learning outcomes of third grade students at MIS Perwanida Salatiga. The method used was a quasi-experiment (Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design) with a sample of 31 students (16 experimental group, 15 control group). The research instrument consists of questions that have been pilot-tested and declared valid and reliable. The test results were analyzed using the N-Gain test and independent samples t-test through IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed: (1) The improvement in learning outcomes of the experimental group was significant (N-Gain 0.8545 / high category), far exceeding the control group (N-Gain 0.5735 / medium category); (2) The average posttest of the experimental group (91.25) was statistically superior to the control group (72.67) with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion of the study proves that the GBL model assisted by Wordwall is effective in significantly improving student learning outcomes. The findings recommend the integration of game-based technology in basic math learning to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

Local content in an education unit is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials prepared by the education unit by considering the surrounding potential so that the vision and mission of the education unit can be achieved. So in this case, an education unit is required to plan, organize, carry out matters related to local content and evaluate so that the achievement of learning can be maximized. Through the learning of local content of work skills, it is expected that students not only gain global academic knowledge, but also have concern for the social and cultural values that exist around them. In addition, the purpose of this learning is to equip the generation with life skills, so that students can adapt to society and compete in the world of work.   This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to describe, explain, and reveal the results regarding the management of new student admissions. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used are 1) observation 2) triangulation and 3) data checking. The results of research by researchers related to the application of work skills-based local content curriculum at MA Al - Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang are: 1) Planning local content curriculum work skills in accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the madrasah. 2) Curriculum organization which begins with curriculum mapping, schedule preparation based on the academic calendar, division of teaching duties, and arrangement of teaching hours through the selection process. 3) Implementation of the curriculum for the work skills program at MA Al-Ihsan emphasizes more on direct practical activities after the delivery of material. 4) Curriculum evaluation activities include evaluation of students and educators.

Abstract

Permasalahan limbah puntung rokok dan ketergantungan petani terhadap pestisida kimia menciptakan tantangan serius bagi keberlanjutan ekosistem pertanian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan petani Desa Plumbon dalam memanfaatkan limbah puntung rokok sebagai bio-pestisida alternatif yang ramah lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif kelompok tani dalam serangkaian kegiatan seperti identifikasi masalah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik pembuatan bio-pestisida. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kolaboratif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman petani terhadap dampak lingkungan dari pestisida kimia serta potensi limbah puntung rokok sebagai sumber daya produktif. Perubahan persepsi masyarakat dan peningkatan partisipasi aktif menjadi indikator keberhasilan awal pendekatan PAR. Program EcoGreen ini menawarkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis inovasi lingkungan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Transformasi limbah menjadi solusi ekologis menjadikan pendekatan ini tidak hanya relevan secara lokal, tetapi juga signifikan secara konseptual dalam literatur pengabdian masyarakat berbasis penelitian partisipatif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the low-voltage drop that occurs at the substation and on the customer side. The voltage drop is affected by many factors, including line resistance, line current, power factor, and line length. The need for electric power is increasing every year, causing power losses and voltage drops in the network to be a major concern. This research was conducted at Feeder 5, outgoing villages 4 and 6, one of the areas of PT. PLN in Tarakan City. The research data is voltage measurement data. This research applies analytical calculations with a quantitative descriptive method compared to calculations based on ETAP software. The allowable voltage drop by SPLN is 5% of the nominal voltage. The results of the analysis show that the average voltage drop that occurs is still within the limits permitted by the SPLN, namely below 5% of the nominal voltage.

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, the turnover prevalence rate was significantly high, recorded at 20.8% in 2019. The high turnover intention will have an impact on the high incidence of nurse transfer in the hospital so that it will become an obstacle for the hospital in providing health services to patients.Turnover typically begins with turnover intention, which can be influenced by organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The nurse turnover rate at Wonosari Regional Hospital remains within the normal range and has decreased over the past three years. However, preliminary study interviews with five inpatient nurses revealed that 3 out of the five nurses might consider seeking alternative employment and leaving the hospital if a better opportunity presented itself. Objectives: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on nurse turnover intention at Wonosari Regional Hospital in 2024. Methods: This study is a quantitative study carried out by utilizing a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of inpatient nurses at Wonosari Regional Hospital, with a sample size of 131 nurses selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected employing questionnaires and analyzed using logistic regression techniques.Results: The result of the study revealed a significant effect  of organizational commitment on the turnover intentions of nurses at Wonosari Regional Hospital, with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly influenced turnover intentions, with a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. Conclusions: There is an influence between organizational commitment to nurse turnover intention. There is an influence between nurse job satisfaction to nurse turnover intention.

Abstract

 enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi keterampilan 6C dalam pendidikan karakter di MIBahrul Ulum Tuban, sebuah madrasah ibtidaiyah yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis konteks lokal dan nilainilai Islam. Keterampilan 6C meliputi critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, citizenship, dancharacter yang dikembangkan untuk membentuk peserta didik yang cerdas, berkarakter religius, dan memilikikesadaran kewarganegaraan sesuai tuntutan abad 21. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifdengan desain studi kasus yang melibatkan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala madrasah, guru, dan pesertadidik, observasi partisipatif, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapanketerampilan 6C terlaksana secara holistik melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah, proyek kolaboratif, pembiasaanibadah, dan kegiatan rutin seperti upacara bendera yang menanamkan nilai tanggung jawab dan cinta tanah air.Pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan berhasil mengembangkan kompetensi kognitif, sosial, dan moral peserta didikserta memperkuat kepribadian yang kritis, komunikatif, kreatif, dan religius. Namun, penelitian ini terbatas pada satumadrasah dan belum mengukur dampak jangka panjang dari implementasi model tersebut. Simpulan penelitianmenyatakan bahwa model pendidikan karakter berbasis keterampilan 6C di MI Bahrul Ulum Tuban efektif dan inovatif.Saran penelitian selanjutnya mencakup eksplorasi di konteks yang lebih luas, pengembangan instrumen evaluasiholistik, serta optimalisasi integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk mendukung kreativitas dan kolaborasi pesertadidik.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are essential contributors to economic development, especially in emerging countries. However, many SMEs lack the necessary knowledge and tools to manage their finances effectively, particularly through standardized and digital approaches. This community engagement initiative seeks to enhance the digital financial literacy of SMEs through a cross-border collaboration between State University of Jakarta (Indonesia) and University Malaysia Sabah. The program introduced a structured empowerment framework that integrates SME accounting standards—particularly Indonesia’s SAK EMKM—with financial technology applications to support accurate and timely financial reporting. The activities included virtual training and mentoring on financial literacy, the use of cloud-based accounting tools, and simplified financial reporting procedures. Evaluation results showed significant improvement in participants’ ability to record transactions, prepare basic financial statements, and use digital accounting tools independently. This project demonstrates that integrating localized SME standards with financial technology can strengthen SME resilience, promote innovation, and contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the DINAR (Discovery Learning based on Augmented Reality) model on the critical thinking skills of grade V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students on the material of human respiratory organs. The method used was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design, involving 48 students divided into experimental (DINAR learning) and control (conventional method) groups. This research was conducted at MIS Raudlatul Mutaallimin, Pakis, Bringin District, Semarang Regency. Data were collected through critical thinking tests based on analysis, evaluation, and inference indicators, and analyzed using parametric statistical tests (Independent Sample T-Test) and N-Gain. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group with an average posttest of 156.8 (versus 133.2 in the control). The T-Test produced a value of t(46) = -5.836 (p = 0.000), indicating a highly significant difference. N-Gain analysis reinforced these findings with an effectiveness score of 57.49% (moderately effective) in the experiment, while the control only reached 38.52% (less effective). The integration of Augmented Reality in Discovery Learning facilitates 3D visualization of respiratory organs, allowing students to explore concepts interactively and build independent understanding. This finding is in line with Bruner's theory of constructivism, asserting that a combination of immersive technology and explorative approaches effectively improves critical thinking skills. This study recommends the adoption of the DINAR model in science learning, particularly for abstract materials, as well as teacher training in AR-based media development.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi strategi penting dalam pendidikan dasar untuk mengakomodasi keragaman kemampuan, minat, dan gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan prinsip, strategi, tantangan, dan peluang implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review berdasarkan panduan PRISMA, dengan sumber data dari basis data Scopus pada periode 2020 hingga 2025. Sebanyak 32 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik dan bibliometrik untuk mengidentifikasi model, strategi pembelajaran, bentuk asesmen, capaian positif, serta hambatan yang dihadapi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti flexible grouping, tiered instruction, dan enrichment menjadi praktik dominan, yang secara konsisten terintegrasi dengan asesmen formatif untuk memantau kemajuan belajar siswa. Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan hasil belajar, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada keterbatasan sumber daya, pelatihan guru, dan dukungan kebijakan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya panduan implementasi yang kontekstual, pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan praktik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap literatur pendidikan dengan menyintesis temuan lintas disiplin dan memetakan kesenjangan penelitian yang dapat menjadi fokus studi lanjutan.
