The purpose of this research is to determine factors that determine competitiveness of PT. AJS Bumiputera Medan in relation to the insurance market in Medan with an emphasis of SOPs and convergence between products and services. In the present study, the research adopted a descriptive qualitative research method of data collection that entailed conducting a series of interviews with in-formants to understand the efficacy of SOPs and service strategies. The study also established that operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are crucial for continual service delivery and keep service contracts regular, but adherence forces organizations to stay rigid in executing processes, thus lacking sufficient strategic maneuverability space to overcome the variety of issues and capture the variety of demands in clients’ growing markets. The paper discusses the degree of standardisation of services and the role of ‘vehicle’ of service encounters, in relation to the flexibility of SOPs to respond to clients’ needs. Besides, the study focuses on the importance of communication in linking product lines with services offered in the organization. One of the external factors is the agent’s capacity to effectively explain the value and the benefits of the insurance products, more especially in relation to the client’s financial status; this is deemed critical in enhancing the exploitation of the market and enhancing the client’s retention especially in a world that is earmarked by economic insecurity.

The aim of this research is to analyze, explore and explain the key factors for the success of waqf through money in the wallets of the dhuafa alert. This research intends to study the key factors of waqf through money and how successful waqf through money is in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Qualitative research is a method used by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that the key factor in the success of waqf through money in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is creating programs that are attractive to the community as an indicator of people who want to donate to Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Be alert to interesting programs such as mosque construction waqf, ambulance car waqf, Al-Quran waqf and livestock fattening wells. This is what really influences its success from other factors. Waqf through cash must be preserved and is not allowed to be sold, inherited or gifted to immovable or movable property. Because waqf through money is carried out widely and is not limited. However, those who are entitled to receive cash waqf include those who cannot afford it and the poor.

This research is to find out the procedures for filing unit link insurance product claims at PT AJS Bumiputera Medan branch and to find out the SWOT analysis of submitting unit link product insurance claims PT AJS Bumiputera 1912 Medan branch. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the procedure for submitting unit link product insurance claims at PT AJS Bumiputera? 2) How is the SWOT analysis of the submission of unit link product claims at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Medan Branch. This research uses qualitative methods, and the research approach used is direct research conducted by interviewing companies. In this study the authors used document research by collecting data and information through document archives. And using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This research is that the results of a SWOT analysis of the insurance claim procedure for unit linked products. By using SO, WO, ST, and WT. The procedure provided by the company is very clear and makes it very easy for the insured. Claim procedures can make claims division easier, however, not all participants understand the applicable procedures. Settlement of claims for the company's decision-making process in collaboration with the police to facilitate the claims division with surveys to locations to find facts.

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of cash on delivery in buying and selling online at the Shopee market place. To find out and analyze the impact of buying and selling online with the cash on delivery (COD) system on customers and couriers in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The research design used was qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the mechanism or method of buying and selling online with the Cash On Delivery system that is carried out by cash on delivery at the Shopee Community of Sidorame Village is to create a Shopee account first, then promote goods from suppliers or online shops that have been selected from the Shopee application by uploading photos. - interesting photos to social media, when there is an order then start searching/selecting and buying goods on the Shopee application, after finishing selecting then fill in the complete buyer's address, then select the payment method to be used, then check the words "send as cash on delivery. An Islamic economic study of buying and selling online with the Cash On Delivery system carried out by cash on delivery at the Shopee Community of the Sidorame Village shows that this buying and selling is not in line with the concept of bai' assalam, especially parallel greetings & basic principles/values of business ethics in the Islamic economy where there are elements the lack of clarity regarding the goods sold by Shopee cash on delivery, because cash on delivery does not own, know or see the original form of the goods in real terms. Then there is no element of honesty (openness) by the cash on delivery party to the buyer regarding the system used.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep supply chain management dalam industry halal fashion, tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan dipaparkan dengan merujuk kepada sumber pengetahuan utama umat Islam yaitu al-Quran dan Hadist yang kemudian di dukung oleh artikel yang telah ditulis oleh beberapa orang. Dalam perkembangan konsep supply chain halal fashion melihat beberapa hal yaitu supplier, manufactures, Distribution, and Retail. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah produk fintech dapat memaksimalkan potensi ziswaf, mengetahui sejauh mana produk fintech mendorong sektor filantropi islam dan mengetahui optimalisasi fintech di sektor filantropi islam untuk pengembangan ziswaf di Baznas Mandailing Natal. penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech memiliki potensi besar dalam memaksimalkan potensi ziswaf dilihat dari akumulasi dana zakat,infaq, sedekah dan wakaf yang terus meningkat. Dengan munculnya inovasi fintech, pemberi dana dapat menyalurkan dana secara mudah dan mengetahui kinerja lembaga pengelola hal ini akan meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan mereka terhadap lembaga filantropi islam salah satunya Baznas Mandailing Natal. Fintech di Baznas Mandailing Natal sudah optimal menggunakan Transfer ZIS, QRIS dan DANA yang dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien juga sudah mencapai target tahunan dari Baznas Mandailing Natal. Di tahun 2018 mencapai Rp. 128.985.035, meskipun sempat mengalami penurunan tahun 2019 di tahun kedua penggunaanya.Namun ditahun-tahun berikutnya mengalami peningkatan sampai tahun 2021 mampu terkumpul Rp. 230.109.000, angka tersebut sudah mencapai target dan bisa dikatakan optimal karena mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai maksimal.

Management of village fund management is accountability or answering and explaining the performance and actions of a person/leader of an organizational unit to parties who have rights or who are authorized to ask for accountability in the form of reports with the principle that every village financial management activity must be accountable to the village community. Research methods used The quantitative method used was a sample size of 34 people. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The dependent variable of this research is village fund budget management and the independent variables are understanding the accounting system, use of information technology and internal control. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t test show that (1) the variable understanding the accounting system has no effect on village fund budget management, the use of information technology has an effect on village fund budget management, internal control has a positive effect on village fund budget management while simultaneously the variables understanding the accounting system, use of information technology and internal control has a significant and positive effect on village fund budget management.

Ability to generate profit (prof) for Islamic Banks very impactful in increasing the growth of Islamic Banks itself. Islamic commercial banks in generating profits have various products, one of which is Financing. The ratio that can used to see the occurrence of problematic financing using the ratio of Non Performing Financing (NPF). Implementation Islamic bank operations in terms of operational efficiency. Indicator operational banking efficiency in terms of costs is the ratio between operational costs to operating income (BOPO). The method used in this research is quantitative method with data collection techniques one of which uses documents obtained from OJK (Financial Services Authority) in the form of Bank Syariah Indonesia monthly financial reports for the period 2018- 2022. The sample used in this study was 60 financial statements. Data sources were processed using the SPSS version 29 application. The analytical method used was descriptive statistical test, test classical assumptions (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test) and multiple linear regression analysis test. Based on the research results show that financing problem has a significant effect on profitability with based on Islamic business ethics at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Influence operational efficiency partially has a negative or no effect significant effect on profitability in Bank Syariah Indonesia. While simultaneously the effect of troubled financing and jointly significant positive operational efficiency to profiatability represented by multiple regression analysis using the F test

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran konselor sekolah dalam menggunakan teknik Empty chair dalam konteks konseling individu di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan teori-teori psikologi seperti teori Gestalt dan analisis transaksional Berne, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yang mencakup analisis literatur dan wawancara mendalam dengan konselor sekolah, untuk meneliti bagaimana teknik Empty chair dapat membantu siswa dalam mengatasi masalah mereka. Temuan analisis literatur mengungkapkan bahwa teknik Empty chair memberi siswa kesempatan untuk mengeksplorasi perasaan, pikiran, dan perilaku mereka lebih dalam, sejalan dengan penekanan teori Gestalt pada kesadaran diri. Selain itu, analisis transaksional Berne memperkuat penerapan teknik tersebut dengan mengakui bahwa individu memiliki berbagai status ego yang memengaruhi perilaku mereka. Wawancara mendalam dengan konselor sekolah menunjukkan bahwa teknik Kursi Kosong telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi siswa, termasuk peningkatan pemahaman diri dan keterampilan interpersonal. Namun, tantangan dalam penerapan teknik ini juga diakui, termasuk keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, serta penolakan siswa terhadap konseling. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi peran penting konselor sekolah dalam memanfaatkan teknik Kursi Kosong untuk secara efektif mendukung siswa dalam mengatasi tantangan mereka di lingkungan sekolah.

Financial statements are an important tool to obtain information in connection with the presentation of the financial statements of an organization or company in decision-making. BUM Desa is a government program where in recording its finances requires complete financial reports. However, in the presentation of its financial statements, the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village BUM has limitations in recording it. The purpose of this study is to find out the presentation of BUM Village financial statements and the application of Financial Accounting Standards based on SAK EMKM. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique is using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are from the results of the analysis showing that the presentation of the financial statements of the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village BUM is still simple, namely the journal of outgoing money, incoming money, and balance sheet mutations. In the implementation of SAK EMKM, based on the results of the comparison of criteria between the criteria for SAK EMKM's financial statements and BUM Desa shows that BUM Desa in the presentation of its financial statements has not implemented SAK EMKM.
