Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style on employeeperformance and to examine organizational culture as the influence betweenleadership style and employee performance. This study used a descriptivequantitative method by taking a sample of 55 employees who were collected usinga questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis used was a structuralequation model with the partial least square (PLS-SEM) method using the smartPLSapplication. The results showed that the Leadership Style was able to improveemployee performance directly or indirectly, namely through enhancingorganizational culture and having an impact on improving employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan juga mengetahui seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap harga yang ditentukan oleh penjual online, lalu untuk mengetahui juga seberapa besar niat beli masyarakat terhadap kualitas produk dan harga yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dengan populasi berjumlah 50 orang konsumen yang pernah belanja di toko online. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat smartPLS 3.0 untuk analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian ialah: (1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan sugnifikan terhadap niat beli. (2). Kualitas Produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap niat beli. kata kunci : kualitas produk, harga, keputusan pembelian, niat beli

Abstract

This study aims to determine, test and analyze the effect of the independent variables Price and Product Quality on the dependent variable of Asus laptop purchasing decisions on students. The method used in the research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were students totaling 45 respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using PLS-based Structurel Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value while the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values. All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of price and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Asus laptops.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of satisfaction, brand image and trust on customer loyalty at member cards. This research method uses questionnaire data collection techniques with the respondent data of 100 people. The process of distributing questionnaires to respondents was carried out online and publicly. This type of research sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, to test the data using validity and reliability tests. In testing the validity using the validity of the construction. This research was analyzed with the help of the smart PLS program. The results of the analysis obtained show that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at member cards. Meanwhile, brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards and the variable customer trust also has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards.

Abstract

This study aims to examine job insecurity, self-efficacy and emotional exhaustion on the performance of contract employees in Bandar Lampung. The method used is using a questionnaire. The sample is 50 respondents. The statistical test was carried out using Statistic Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3. The validity test used the loading factor value, while the reliability test used the cronbach'c alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) produced indicators. valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing produces job insecurity and emotional exhaustion which has a positive and insignificant effect, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of contract employees in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana pengembangan produk atau inovasi produk-produk dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan dalam industri pemasaran pasta gigi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi proses pengembangan produk yaitu pada tahap komersilnya dan teknik penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara pada pengguna pasta gigi merek Pepsodent. Teknik analisis dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan yang di dapat dengan hasil wawancara. Dalam teknik ini informasi diolah menggunakan triangulasi dengan mengelompokkan data, lalu untuk memperdalam penelitian menggunakan teori-teori yang membahas tentang pengembangan produk, inovasi, juga keputusan pembelian serta menggabungkan semua infomasi yang ada. Hasil Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Pepsodent terus berkembang dengan mengeluarkan produk-produknya yang baru, tak hanya mengembangkan produk pada pasta gigi saja tetapi juga pada obat kumur dan sikat gigi. Hal ini berpengaruh pada kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen secara tidak langsung. Dengan hal ini membuktikan bahwa hasil yang di peroleh penulis tentang pengembangan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sesuai dengan persentase pasta gigi merek Pepsodent yang menjadi Top Brand Indonesia pertama.

Abstract

Product innovation, competitive advantage and marketing strategy are indicators to measure the success and success of managing a business. Because product innovation and product excellence are variables that are believed to be able to improve marketing performance, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM). The purpose of this study was to directly test the variables of product innovation, competitive advantage and marketing strategy on marketing performance. To consumers. The number of samples included in this study was 82 and PLS3 was used as an analysis tool. The results showed that the effect of product innovation, competitive advantage, and marketing strategy had a positive effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

Hubungan etos kerja dengan produktivitas kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemic pada, jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Syariah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk peluang baru tentang a) etos kerja karyawan b) produktivitas kinerja karyawan c) mengetahui hubungan etos kerja dengan produktivitas kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif , Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu 1) wawancara 2) observasi 3) kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan pola kerja yang didasarkan peraturan-peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dan bekerja dengan teliti. Produktivitas kienreja karyawan pada masa pandemic ditunjukkan dengan upaya pegawaiyang selalu teliti dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dalam pekerjaannya, dan semangat dalam bekerja untuk meningkatkan produksi. Sehingga mereka terdorong untuk untuk melakukan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab, apalagi dimasa pandemic ini harus benar-benar ditingkan dalam semangat kerja dan produktivitas kinerjanya, untuk itu butuh yang namanya peminpin yang dapat mengajak dan meberikan arahan dalam semangat bekerja.

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping media that is used to buy and sell products easily. The existence of increasingly advanced internet technology encourages e-commerce companies to form interesting breakthroughs to increase consumer purchases. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Shopee advertisements on TV had an effect on Tangerang's buying interest through the Shopee application in the city of Tangerang or not. The theory in this research is cultivation theory and S-O-R. The method of this research is explanative quantitative research, because it wants to know the relationship between the X variable and Y variable. This study uses a cluster random sampling technique to take this sample from the population randomly. This study uses a data collection technique that is a questionnaire survey. The results of the coefficient of determination test prove that shopee advertising has a significant influence on buying interest through the shopee application in the city of Tangerang. This study also uses a signification semiology approach (understanding with a sign so that cognition can be processed which takes precedence over other communication).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence celebrity endorsement, brand image, and testimonials have on consumer buying interest in Lemonilo instant noodle products on social media Instagram. The method used in this research is by distributing online questionnaires. The sample of this study is 62 respondents, namely people who have consumed Lemonilo instant noodles, following at least one celebrity endorsement on Instagram and knowing the Lemonilo instant noodle brand. The results showed that the brand image variable had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest on Instagram social media, while the celebrity endorsement and testimony variables had a positive effect on consumer purchase interest on Instagram social media. These results indicate that people are more concerned with brands when buying noodles for consumption.
