Abstract

Pada umumnya siswa masih mengalami banyak kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika khususnya pada materi pecahan. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya teori pemecahan masalah,salah satunya teori menurut Polya yang menerapkan langkah-langkah penyelesaian soal secara sistematis. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika pada materi pecahan kelas V SDN Jomblang 03 semarang berdasarkan langkah – langkah pemecahan masalah menurut polya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 17 siswa kelas V SDN Jomblang 03 Semarang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes soal berbentuk uraian dan wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan tahapan dari teori Polya, yaitu pemahaman masalah, perencanaan strategi, pelaksanaan strategi dan pengecakan kembali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika materi pecahan kelas V SDN Jomblang 03 Semarang berdasarkan langkah – langkah pemecahan masalah menurut Polya yaitu pada langkah memahami masalah dengan skor penilaian sebesar 20% dan langkah pengecekan kembali dengan skor penilaian sebesar 35%, Dalam hal ini siswa kesulitan dalam memahami isi atau maksud dari soal cerita tersebut dan kesulitan dalam menentukan satuan dari besaran yang ditanya, melakukan operasi matematika, serta tidak melakukan tinjauan kembali langkah-langkah penyelesaian soal yang dilakukan. Hal yang sama terlihat dari skor penilaian pada langkah pemecahan masalah matematika yang lainnya yakni pada langkah perencanaan strategi dengan skor penilaian sebesar 62% dan langkah pelaksanaan strategi dengan skor penilaian sebesar 65%. Karena siswa mengalami kesulitan siswa dalam menentukan dan melakukan operasi hitung yang akan digunakan dalam soal cerita matematika yang menyebakan siswa merasa sulit dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika materi pecahan.Kata Kunci: Kesulitan Siswa, Soal Cerita Matematika, Teori Polya, Pecahan

Abstract

The educational process that relies on face-to-face only is traditional teaching system that runs slowly and does not keep pace the times. Since the discovery of multimedia communication media, appropriate information and communication technology the basis for cutting-edge learning. Ideal demands of the 2013 Curriculum use ICT to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Observation results show the implementation e-learning at SDN 01 Kejambon is not optimal, SD and a source information. Teachers not been fully able to create teaching materials on internet, interactive forums in cyber world, or test using E-learning system. The results interviews with students showed that some students did not understand E-learning-based learning well. Responding these problems, inecessary to conduct study of implementation analysis to determine the implementation of e-learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the valid value and feasibility of developing Thematic Racing Game media as a learning medium on the Safety Themes at Home and on the Travel Themes Safety Rules in Travel for Grade 2 Elementary School students in terms of the validation of media experts, material experts, and acceptance of the media by the teacher as well as student responses. The type of research used is the Research and Development (RnD) research proposed by Borg and Gall with modifications to the initial field trials and revision of trial results based on preliminary field trial analysis including: (1) Research and information collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Developmet preliminary form a product, (4) preliminary field testing, (5) Main product revision. Data collection was carried out through interview techniques and questionnaires / questionnaires to teachers and students of grade 2 SD Negeri 1 Wanayasa and SD Negeri 3 Wanayasa, Banjarnegara Regency. The results showed that the assessment of the validation test by media experts obtained a percentage of 96.73% with very good criteria and the validation test by material experts obtained an average percentage of 94.30% with very good criteria. The results of field trials obtained a percentage of teacher acceptance of 91.18% with very good criteria and a percentage of student responses with an average acquisition of 96.52% with very good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and problems that occur in the implementation of good parental learning assistance to elementary school children during the Covid-19 pandemic when learning is carried out from their respective homes. This research method is a qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings of the research can be concluded that the problem in this research is due to the large number of complaints about the learning assistance process from parents during online learning that is carried out at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is very inconvenient for parents. There are several problems experienced by students, one of which is due to parents who are busy working and limited time for mentoring their children's learning. Suggestions from research results that can be conveyed are in the form of solutions when implementing learning assistance carried out by parents when learning is carried out at their respective homes. One of them is if parents are so busy that they are unable to accompany their children in learning, then the parents can provide learning assistance for their children to a tutoring place near their home.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the utilization of learning resources and learning media in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SDN 1 Pidodowetan in Patebon Subdistrict, Kendal. This research uses a cauldron method. The data source in this research was obtained from principals, teachers, and students in grades I, II, IV and V of SDN 1 Pidodowetan. Data in the form of observations and interviews. The implementation of thematic learning in the 2013 curriculum at SDN 1 Pidodowetan has been running for two years. The use of learning resources and learning media is still not optimal. Teachers are based on teacher and student books and other reference books. Learning becomes less meaningful because teachers do not prepare creative learning tailored to student development. The learning process is still teacher-centered so that students are still the object of education. Students are more interested in learning by using learning media that makes students actively participate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan What’s In Here berbasis model Team Games Tournament untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV di SDN Gabus 04 Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Gabus 04 Pati berjumlah 31 siswa tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah (1) Tes. (2) Angket, (3) Observasi, dan (3) Dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknis analisis data uji normalitas, uji hipotesis (uji-t), dan Uji N-Gain. Uji normalitas digunakan untuk mengetahui kelas tersebut berdistribusi normal atau tidak. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test. Uji N-Gain digunakan untuk menghitung kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan What’s In Here dapat diterapkan untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV di SDN Gabus 04 Pati. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Selain itu diperkuat dengan hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh thitung untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis sebesar 7,232 dan ttabel sebesar 1,694 karena thitung (7,232) > ttabel (1,694) maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa uji t kemampuan berpikir kritis signifikan. Sedangkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan aspek paling tinggi yaitu pada keterampilan mensintesis sebesar 78,2%.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman, kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa, pembelajaran berpusat pada guru sehingga proses pembelajaran membosankan dan sebagian siswa tidak aktif atau tidak terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi siswa setelah mendapat model circuit learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa tema lingkungan sahabat kita kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre eksperimental design dan jenis yang diambil adalah one group pretest posttest desaign. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Penelitian diperoleh rata-rata posttest sebesar 83,37. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, maka ada korelasi antara motivasi siswa setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran model circuit learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi diperoleh rhitung> rtabel yaitu 0,810> 0,349 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Selain itu ada perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang motivasi tinggi dengan siswa yang motivasi rendah setelah mendapat pembelajaran circuit learning. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, diperoleh thitung> ttabel yaitu 4,570> 1,697 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

This research is describe the analysis of batik extracurricular activities to the ability of batik painting of elementary school students in Mantingan Village, Jaken Sub-district, Pati Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with principal subject, extracurricular batik trainer, and students of SD N Mantingan. The object of this study is the analysis of batik extracurricular activities on the ability of art batik. Data collection is done by observation, interview. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To test the validity of the data used persistence. Batik extracurricular activities that have been implemented in SD N Mantingan have a role on the ability of batik art to produce various works of batik art. The ability of batik art, among others, elements and principles of art are taught by trainers or teachers able to make students can be creative, work, develop creativity, express feelings, talents, motivation and independence.

Abstract

Online Learning activities that done by each School Institution are option issued by the ministry of Education and culture of Republic Indonesia as action to prevent the spread of Covid-19 ended. Used whatsapp as media for Online learning is one of the way of teachers do the flexible learning and easy to reach by the students Elementary School. The implementation of online learning through whatsapp also need evaluation to know what the purpose itself and learning barriers that need so that learning runs effectively. The purpose this research is to describe the result of evaluation of online learning programs via whatsapp in class V Sukoagung Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interview, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The observation results are the implementation of online learning in class V Sukoagung Elementary School has been going well and deserves to be used as a substitute for directly learning during an emergency. Competencies belonged by teachers using pedagogy,social and personality show that teachers are able to provide online learning well, but teachers still not fully have a master of technology in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe parenting patterns in online learning for fifth graders at SD Negeri Ngiyono, Blora Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the problems in this study are due to changes in the pattern of education, which initially learned face-to-face at school, turned into online learning at home. With this, very important the role of parents in accompanying children to study online at home so that appropriate parenting patterns are needed according to the needs of children. From 15 parents of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Ngiyono, Blora Regency, 10 parents applied democratic parenting, 3 parents applied authoritarian parenting, and 2 parents applied permissive parenting. Based on the results of the research, suggestions that can be conveyed are that parents and students are expected to be able to establish good and harmonious relationships such as accompanying children to learn, be open, giving attention and support in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing appropriate parenting patterns in accordance with children's needs.
