Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in rice craftsmen's income, and the impact of regional and village productivity development, the sampling method is using Total Sample (census) is a data collection where the entire population is investigated without exception. All populations used as samples are 5 samples. The analysis method used is descriptive and SWOT Matrix. The success of increasing rice collectors' income can be realized if supported by the availability of good rice, the availability of tools and machines, and capital loans to collectors, where this study plays an active role in running and increasing the income of rice craftsmen's businesses. From the results of visits and interviews, the average value of rice craftsmen's business income in the research area was Rp. 8,171,500.-/month. This shows that business activities have a fairly moderate income in creating family welfare. The right SWOT strategy for rice craftsmen in Sunggal in developing their business and increasing their income is the Aggressive Strategy based on the SO strategy. The quality factor of the rice is a factor that can be utilized by Craftsmen in Sunggal to increase the selling price. So that the income received by the craftsmen's businesses will also increase and be sufficient to support their families.

Abstract

Soy milk is a beverage product made from soybeans with the aim of increasing protein consumption. Soy milk itself has been widely known as an alternative milk to replace cow's milk for people who are allergic and do not like cow's milk or for those who cannot afford the relatively expensive price of cow's milk. The process of processing soybeans into good soy milk can create added value and also the utility value of the product so that it can increase the development of the current soy milk business. The partner in this activity is the soy milk business. In this home industry, the marketing management carried out is limited to products entrusted by street vendors, stalls and shops located near the production site. The lack of marketing management certainly causes the marketing area of the product to be less extensive. Therefore, a broader marketing management is needed.

Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan suatu peristiwa alam yang dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap bangunan gedung bertingkat. Semakin besar kekuatan gempa yang terjadi maka mengakibatkan tingginya risiko kerusakan pada struktur gedung. Sehingga perencanaan terhadap beban gempa merupakan hal yang penting dalam perencanaan struktur gedung. Perancangan gedung ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dimensi, tulangan, gambar, dan rancangan biaya dari pelat lantai, balok, kolom, dinding geser serta fondasi. Perancangan struktur gedung tahan gempa pada studi kasus Rusun PIK – Pulo gadung direncanakan menggunakan metode sistem ganda sesuai SNI 1726:2019. Elemen struktur beton bertulang direncanakan sesuai SNI 2847:2019. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan dimensi dan penulangan elemen struktur pelat yaitu tebal 130 mm untuk lantai atap dan 150 mm untuk lantai unit dipasang tulangan tumpuan arah X dan arah Y D10-150 sedangkan tulangan lapangan arah X dan arah Y D10-200. Balok B1 dengan dimensi 350 550 menghasilkan tulangan longitudinal tumpuan atas 5D22, tumpuan bawah 3D22, tulangan longitudinal lapangan bawah 4D22 lapangan atas 2D22, sedangkan tulangan sengkang tumpuan D13-100 dan sengkang lapangan D13-200. Kolom K1 dengan dimensi 700 1000 menghasilkan tulangan tumpuan dan lapangan 22D25 dengan tulangan sengkang tumpuan D13-100 dan sengkang lapangan D13-150. Dinding geser P3 mempunyai tebal 350 mm, dengan lebar 5500 mm didapatkan 46D25-250 untuk tulangan utama dan D13-150 untuk tulangan sengkang. Fondasi tiang pancang digunakan diameter 550 mm dengan kedalaman 13,5 m. jumlah kebutuhan tiang fondasi pada satu kelompok terdapat 2,3,4, dan 6 tiang pancang. Rencana Anggaran Biaya untuk pembangunan Rusun ini sebanyak Rp 56.262.394.063,000.

Abstract

Planning is one of the vital functions in project management activities. One of the plans is to make a Budget Plan (RAB). In the writing process, the author uses 2 methods, namely RAB which refers to the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022 and RAB which refers to field conditions (contractors). The author conducts an basically the RAB contractor is made as economical as possible. If it is too low, it will pose a risk to the contractor. If it is too high, the contractor is less likely to win the tender. The author conducts a planning analysis because in reality the contractor's RAB with PUPR no. 1 Year 2022 will be different in cost and time because it is influenced by factors such as wages, material prices, equipment prices, worker coefficients and components in AHSP. This analysis was conducted with the aim of knowing the comparison of the contractor's RAB with PUPR No. 1 Year 2022. Based on the case study conducted on the Rectorate Building Project of the Indonesian International Islamic University (UIII), the author will calculate the cost and time of the Ministerial Regulation No. 1 Year 2022 with contractors. This research was conducted only to review the structure of the rectorate building. Planning is done by calculating the volume, AHSP, RAB, weight and duration of work. The cost of the contractor structure work is Rp. 52,081,676,945.61 with a duration of 346 days. The results of the planning with the guidelines for the PUPR regulation No. 1 of 2022 obtained a cost of Rp. 53,022,244,952.58 with a duration of 275 days and the difference in costs is Rp. 940,568,006.96 and a duration of 7 days.

Abstract

Beton merupakan salah satu material yang dominan digunakan dalam bidang konstruksi. Beton terbentuk dari semen, agregat dan air dengan atau tanpa menggunakan bahan tambah. Semen berfungsi menjadi bahan pengikat utama yang menghubungkan partikel pasir, kerikil dan bahan tambahan lainnya dalam campuran beton. Namun proses pembuatan semen memberikan dampak  terhadap lingkungan yaitu menghasilkan polusi yang akan mengganggu kelestarian lingkungan (Bunyamin, 2023). Beberapa inovasi sudah dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diantaranya penggunaan material penyusun beton yang terus dikembangkan untuk menciptakan beton ramah lingkungan. Penggunaan limbah organik dengan sifat yang hampir mirip dapat dilakukan seperti cangkang telur, kulit kopi, abu sekam padi, cangkang kerang dara, abu ampas tebu dan abu eceng gondok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan tekan beton yang paling kuat dari keenam material substitusi semen, dengan persentase bahan pengganti semen 5% dan 10%. Benda uji yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran diameter 15 cm x 30 cm dan di uji kuat tekannya pada usia 28 hari, dimana pada usia tersebut kekuatan beton sudah 99%. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa bahan subtitusi paling baik dan ramah lingkungan dengan kuat tekan yang tinggi adalah abu sekam padi dengan variasi persentase 5% yaitu 28,60 MPa dan abu cangkang kerang dara pada variasi persentase 10% yaitu 31,75 MPa.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of soil tillage systems and planting spacing, along with their interaction, on the growth performance and productivity of lowland rice (Oryza sativa L.) variety IR64. The experiment was conducted in paddy fields using a factorial randomized block design (RBD) comprising two factors. The first factor, the soil tillage system, included three treatments: plowing (P1), tractor tillage (P2), and hoeing (P3). The second factor, planting spacing, consisted of three levels: 30×20 cm (J1), 30×30 cm (J2), and 30×40 cm (J3). Growth and yield parameters measured were plant height, number of tillers, leaf area, grain weight per clump, grain weight per plot, and estimated yield per hectare. The results revealed that the interaction between soil tillage systems and planting spacing significantly influenced the number of tillers, grain weight per clump, grain weight per plot, and grain yield per hectare, but had no significant effect on plant height and leaf area. The highest yield was achieved under the P2J2 combination (tractor tillage with 30×30 cm spacing), producing 600 g per 1 m² plot, equivalent to approximately 6 tons per hectare. These findings indicate that the combination of tractor tillage and moderate spacing enhances growth efficiency and yield potential in lowland rice (IR64 variety).

Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) are a popular vegetable crop in Indonesia because are the main raw material for cooking spices and medicines. This research used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatments, namelu Chicken Manure Fertilizer and Eco Enzyme. Chicken Manure Fertilizer (K) consists of 4 treatment levels, namely K0 = 0 g/polybag, K1 = 250 g/polybag, K2 = 500 g/polybag, K3 = 750 g/polybag. Eco Enzyme (E) consists of 4 treatment level, namely E0 = 0 ml/ litrer water/plot, E1 = 10 ml/liter water plot, E2 = 20ml/liter water /plot, E3 = 30 ml/ liter water/plot. Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the business development of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through service delivery or delivery of new BUMDes products and the use of appropriate marketing methods. with BUMDes and MSMEs. PKM activities are focused on developing BUMDes businesses and implementing BUMDes marketing methods both with conventional methods and through the internet. The service methods carried out are: (1) a preliminary survey to obtain data and information to find out the root of the problem, and (2) provide solutions to problems by conducting marketing training. The result achieved is that the management of BUMDes and MSMEs can increase their marketing competence, both conventional marketing and internet-based marketing. The conclusion is that marketing training is carried out to improve the marketing competence of both BUMDEs and MSME managers so that they can increase sales turnover.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan pada di lapangan produksi dan unit pengolahan minyak dan gas bumi adalah adanya gas hydrocarbonterbuang melalui gas flaring. Penelitian bertujuan memberikan gambaran proses pengolahan dan pemanfaatan gas flaringmenjadi produksi bahan bakar gas yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus di unit flare gas recovery system. Evaluasi value creation menggunakan metode analisis pancamutu quality, cost, delivery, safety dan moral. Hasil penelitian menunjukan inovasi pemanfaatan gas flaring dapat memproses 2.414.808 Nm3 gas flaring yang selama ini dibakar di flare stack menjadi produk bahan bakar gas (BBG) sebanyak 746.160 Nm3 dan produk komponen LPG sebanyak 9.415,44 Nm3 dengan total nilai value creation sebesar Rp. 6.820.795.998 dalam sebulan. Program inovasi energi terbarukan ini juga dapat mereduksi paparan gas terbuang di flare stack sebesar 75,41% gas flaring menjadi energi baru berupa bahan bakar gas.Kata kunci: Gas Flaring, Flare Gas Recovery System, Value Creation.

Abstract

Sumur X di Lapangan Y mengalami penurunan produksi dan peningkatan sand production akibat ketidakstabilan formasi batuan sandstone. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi awal sumur dan merancang desain gravel pack yang sesuai berdasarkan data distribusi ukuran butiran D10, D50, D90, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas pemasangan gravel pack. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pemasangan gravel pack, produksi minyak menurun hingga 650 BOPD dan sand rate meningkat menjadi 13,49 kg/hari. Setelah penerapan gravel pack dengan gravel mesh 12/20 dan screen slot size 0.010 inch, produksi meningkat menjadi 1.050 BOPD, sand rate turun menjadi 1,2 kg/hari, dan drawdown menurun dari 900 psi menjadi 750 psi. Dengan demikian, gravel pack terbukti efektif mengendalikan pasir, menstabilkan formasi, serta meningkatkan kinerja produksi sumur.
