This research aims to determine the effect of using Canva-based video learning media on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Joman. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a two-group pretest and posttest research design. The population in this study were all students of class XII Science consisting of 3 classes. The research samples used were 2 classes (Class XII IPA-2 and XII IPA-3) with 30 students in each class. In class XII IPA-3 was an experimental class using Canva-based learning video media and in class XII-2 as a control class without using Canva-based learning video media. After the learning was completed, a posttest was obtained with an average result for the experimental class of 80.5 and the control class of 76.4. The t-test results obtained t_count (3.774)> t_table (2.001). H_a is accepted, thus there is a positive and significant influence in the use of Canva-based video learning media on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Air Joman.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan; (2) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan; (3) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 157 guru SMP Sekecamatan Susukan, dengan sampel sebanyak 113 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan program SPSS for Window Versi 26. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa rata - rata perolehan skor peran kepala sekolah 166,93 termasuk kategori cukup baik; rata-rata perolehan skor iklim sekolah 148,70 termasuk kategori baik; rata-rata perolehan skor disiplin kerja guru 101,18 termasuk kategori baik. Hasil uji prasyarat dari data penelitian diperoleh data berdistribusi normal, homogen, linier, tidak multikolinier, dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas. Dari uji hipotesis ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif peran kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 46,609 + 0,327X1; kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,572 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,327atau 32,7 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 19,150+ 0,552 X2; kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,775 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,616 atau 61,6 %. Terdapat pengaruh positif peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersama - sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 14,393+ 0,089 X1 + 0,484X2; dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,609 atau 60,9 % Disiplin kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Sekecamatan Susukan di pengaruhi peran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Aspek hubungan antar personal dan perubahan dan perbaikan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kepala sekolah harus melakukan upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut. Bacground: Dengue fever is a disease caused by the dengue fever virus. Clinical manifestations of dengue fever can cause bleeding associated with thrombocytopenia. Platelet transfusions are used to manage dengue fever. Previous research found that platelets count after Apheresis Platelet transfusion was higher than using Platelet Concentrate. This research will be carried out to determine the number of platelets in dengue fever patients with platelet concentrate therapy. Methdes : The research design used was a descriptive observational study using 40 data on platelet count examinations before and after platelet concentrate transfusion at the hospital. Dr. Iqbali Taufan in 2021-2022. Results: The frequency of DHF patients with platelet concentrate therapy was 70% male and 30% female. DHF patients with platelet concentrate therapy are predominantly adults (26-45 years) was 70%. The results of the platelet count before the transfusion of Thrombocy Concentrate from a total of 40 patients were minimum 8,000/µL, maximum 87,000/µL, and an average count was 23,875/µL. The platelet count after transfusion of Platelet Concentrate were minimum 16,000/µL, maximum of 185,000/µL, and an average count was 92,350/µL. Conclusion: The frequency of DHF patients with platelet concentrate therapy is 70% male and 70% adult (26-45 years). The average number of platelets before the Platelet Concentrate was transfused was 23,875/µL and after the transfusion was 92,350/µL. Keyword: Platelet concentrate, Pre transfusion, Post transfusion

PT. X is an official distributor company which operates in the field of providing laptop products and providing various kinds of computer hardware and software. The increasing mobility of people and the importance of devices to support their productivity has made the company want to increase PT. X's sales turnover, which is one of the company's goals. However, efforts to increase sales turnover can cause higher levels of employee pressure and decreased work morale. The increasing level of employee pressure and decreasing work morale at PT. X could be a negative impact of the company's efforts to increase sales turnover. Increased stress and decreased morale can become a dangerous cycle for a company. Increasing employee motivation and morale is an important responsibility for the leadership of an organization. A visionary leader needs to create a conducive organizational climate to maintain the morale and work dedication of his team members. The main goal of effective leadership is to inspire and motivate employees. This research uses quantitative methods, the samples in this research are all employees in the IT and Service division of PT. X, totaling 30 people. The research results show that based on the presentation of the results that have been presented, it can be seen that the Fcount value is more than Ftable (3.354) with a significance level of <0.05, so it can be concluded that the motivation and work enthusiasm variables together have an effect on productivity (Fcount 14.101 > Ftable 3.354). Bearti H3 is accepted, motivation and work enthusiasm have a simultaneously positive and significant influence on productivity.

This study aims to explore and develop a learning program for children’s religious education at the Firya Lientas Housing Community in Lhokseumawe. The research employs an action research approach with qualitative methods to understand and enhance the effectiveness of the program. The methodology involves five main steps: problem identification, action planning, action implementation, observation and data collection, and reflection. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative techniques, including transcription, coding, thematic development, and data interpretation. The results indicate that the development of religious education activities has had a positive impact, as evidenced by increased understanding of religious values and the development of social-emotional skills. The increased support from parents, demonstrated by their willingness to contribute financially to the program and the establishment of active communication for mutual support, also reflects the positive impact of these activities. The active involvement of housewives who serve as religious teachers (ustazah) in imparting religious values, developing social-emotional skills, providing moral support, and planning the children’s religious education activities has helped enhance understanding of religious values and social-emotional skills through the development of teaching materials, implementation of interactive learning strategies, and ongoing evaluation. Based on these findings, additional training and preparation are needed for housewives who serve as teachers (ustazah) to better equip them to competently support children’s education.

Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah serius terkait gizi di Indonesia. Secara global, prevalensi stunting pada anak usia di bawah lima tahun pada tahun 2019 mencapai 21,3%, yang setara dengan sekitar 144 juta anak. Di Indonesia sendiri, survei terbaru pada tahun 2021 melalui Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) menemukan bahwa prevalensi stunting mencapai 24,4%. Pemberian ASI eksklusif memiliki peran penting dalam menyempurnakan nutrisi anak, tidak hanya meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, tetapi juga mendukung perkembangan kecerdasan secara mental, emosional, dan sosial. Intervensi spesifik dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif diharapkan dapat mengurangi kasus stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah tinjauan pustaka yang melibatkan analisis 5 artikel dari basis data seperti Google Scholar, Academia Edu, Publish or perish, Pubmed, dan Science Direct. Kriteria inklusi penelitian mencakup artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020-2023, tersedia dalam bentuk teks lengkap, lokasinya meliputi Desa dan Puskesmas, memiliki nomor ISSN, terindeks di SINTA, serta menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil tinjauan terhadap 5 literatur menunjukkan bahwa ibu rata-rata berusia 20-35 tahun dengan mayoritas latar belakang pendidikan SMP, dan sebagian besar dari mereka tidak bekerja. Sementara itu, balita yang mengalami stunting umumnya berusia 6-59 bulan dan tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif. Dari analisis bivariat pada 2 artikel, disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ASI eksklusif berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting, sementara 3 artikel lainnya menyatakan tidak ada hubungan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dan kejadian stunting pada balita.

This study aims to see the influence of financial literacy and saving behavior towards retirement planning of private-sector workers in Blitar. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire method. The sample of the data studied are private-sector employee who have worked at least 1-2 years in several company totaling 100 people. Data obtained by using a questionnaire to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar and saving behavior has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar district.

This article discusses human nature and Christian anthropology from a philosophical perspective in the context of understanding the nature of humanity. The background of this research is the need for a deep understanding of human nature and Christian anthropology to face moral challenges in today's society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the philosophical view of human nature and the understanding of Christian anthropology, as well as its implications for our understanding of the nature of humanity. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a library search approach to relevant philosophical and theological sources. The results of this study show that concepts such as rationality, dignity, and human responsibility have an important role in understanding the nature of humanity. The conclusion of this article is that philosophical thought and Christian anthropology complement each other in forming a comprehensive understanding of human nature and humanity.

Medical devices are instruments, apparatus, machines and implants that do not contain drugs that are used to prevent, diagnose, cure and relieve disease, treat sick people, restore human health and form the structure and improve body function. In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 4 of 2014 article 2 paragraph (1) it is stated that "Every medical equipment distributor and medical equipment distribution branch in carrying out distribution activities is obliged to implement Good Medical Device Distribution Methods". The aim of this research is to determine the influence of communication, resource, disposition and structural factors on how to distribute medical devices well and their impact on the business performance of medical equipment distributors. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires with 92 respondents from medical equipment distribution businesses. The results of the research show that the factors of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure have a positive influence on the implementation of Good Medical Device Distribution Methods, the implementation of Good Medical Device Distribution Methods has a positive influence on the business performance of Medical Equipment Distributors and the communication, resources, disposition and The bureaucratic structure has a positive influence on the business performance of Medical Equipment Distributors. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure have a positive effect on the implementation of CDAKB and PAK. The variables of CDAKB implementation, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure also have a positive influence on PAK's business performance.

In this study, researchers were interested in researching with the aim of finding out how much influence the partial and simultaneous application of work culture and leadership style has on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and is supported by secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples used was 50 respondents from employees of the Administration section of Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Jakarta, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of this research show that partially the Work Culture variable (X1) has an influence of tcount 4.056 >ttable 2,012 and Leadership Style (X2) is tcount 3,089 >ttable 2,012. Simultaneous test results obtained a count of 28,917 > F table 3.20. So simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on the performance of (Y) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Jakarta employees. The employee performance variable can be explained by work culture and leadership style variables of 55.2% and the remaining 44.8% is explained by other variables not tested in this research.
